So, I used the the Google maps through the hotels.com app. Which took me to the elementary school in Buckeye, Az. Apparently, my cell service doesn't work so great there. But, I call the hotel and the girl at the front desk was able to give me directions to the hotel with no problems. The service was great and the room was super clean. The bartender Wayne, is awesome. Ask him to make you a paper airplane!

The hotel is nice. Nice pool and bar in the lobby. The room was great. Had a fridge and microwave and nice size tv to enjoy. We stayed 3 nights and never got house keeping. Idk if that’s on us to request but we certainly made it known we wanted it daily. Front desk experience was terrible because I was incorrectly charged and they couldn’t find out why. They additional held a deposit but couldn’t find my card on file to ensure I received my deposit back. I’m assuming that’s cause of some ancient system being used but it wasn’t comforting knowing that nobody could trace my charges.

I liked that the property is new. Located near a main freeway, with adequate light outside, and available parking. And it looks like the area is safe. Also, near by there is a Starbucks, and a couple of options to grab a bite.

The main reason why I chose this location was only because it offered EV charging. My work vehicle is an EV that I’m required to drive so not my choice. When I arrived there was an oversized gas truck parked in front of one of the ev charging stalls and could barely fit in the 2nd stall to hook up to a charger. This location only has 1 ev charging station that can charge two ev’s. I was only in town for a funeral that night. I told the receptionist that I would be irate if I return from the funeral at the end of the night and gas vehicles had parked in the EV charging spots. Sure enough I return and both spots are taken blocking my access to charge overnight. The next morning I had to backtrack 20 miles just to charge so I can head back to California. I never act like a Karen but here is my shot. I will never choose a hotel location based on EV charger availability ever again.

This place was perfect location to stay for buckeye marathon. Late checkout compared to many other locations. Minus the two different name confusion and same address this location was awesome. Pool was warm and hot tub was wonderful. Breakfast early for runners was also so awesome. Plus gym was 24 hours - also definitely perfect for preparing for marathon in the early morning. Definitely will return next year and stay here again for next years run

The beer on tap was so cold! Hotel was clean. The only thing that was hard for me was squeezing all the bottles of soaps because I have arthritis in both hands.

This hotel is super clean the rooms and bathrooms super clean - I felt comfortable sleeping here with clean bed clean room. Staff were attentive and helpful- Adam and Paige terrific! Will definitely come back !!!

The hotel is new which is reflected in its decor, high ceilings and layout. The buffet breakfast is more than adequate and is prepared/laid out by a very friendly lady. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the sunrise views from the east side spectacular. It is nice to have a bar where beer and wine can be purchased to wind down after a long day.The only drawback is noise from the highway.

Booked a king size bed room on Hotels.com for 3 nights. Got to the hotel & was told that was merely a “suggestion” & doesn’t guarantee that type of room. Girls at the counter tried to pull a fast one & I told them absolutely not! I would never book 2 queen size beds for a husband that can’t fit on a queen for 3 nights. I showed them my reservation & somehow they produced the room I paid for. After that there weren’t any issues. Floors are thin, you can hear people walking/running above you. The A/C doesn’t have a fan option to circulate the air in the room, so it’s constantly going on & off. Next trip to Phoenix, I doubt we will stay here.

The hotel property was clean, the room was very nice, and the staff was very friendly. We were disappointed by the 'cheapness' of the construction. We could hear the guests next door conversing and the TV playing. Also could hear the upstairs guests talking, music playing, and footsteps on the floor. Expected much better from a Marriott proprty.

Never had TV! Tv stayed on one channel and I called the front desk 3 times between 7pm and 10 pm and they came to give me a new remote and try to fix the TV twice and then ignored me each time after they said they would be back. I called at 10 o\'clock on Friday night and told him I want my damn money back and they said that they could move me to another room and I\'m late now I\'m not moving at 10 o\'clock at night. You should\'ve done this at 7 o\'clock. On Saturday I was gone all day and around 6 o\'clock. I got back to the room and the TV was still not working so I called again and they said that they would do something for me. They ignored me for an hour so I called again at 8 pm and asked for my money back. The "GM" came to the room and "tried fixing" the TV and gave me some excuse and then left cuz I told him I\'d just deal with it in the morning. As of Monday I haven\'t heard back from the manager. Horrible experience!

Hotel is outdated, website was inaccurate in regards to available amenities. Pool was small and uninviting, yet advertised larger and cleaner. Bed was uncomfortable with pillows much too big to sleep comfortably. Won't stay here again.

The property and its amenities were excellent, including the breakfast. It was the front desk service that deserves recognition. We got there way too early, but Mayra was outstanding in getting us a room as soon as possible so that we could settle down and rest. We were privileged to also have her at check out, and again she was excellent.

Excellent vibes. The lobby/ bar area is gorgeous and has excellent decor and seating options. The breakfast is superb and offers lots of high quality options. The room is nice and high quality. When something did not work in the room the customer service was excellent and they moved us rooms right away. We would return again!!
