This is our third time staying with our young children between Sydney and Melbourne. It’s always so clean the rooms are spacious, well equipped and well presented. I love the gym it’s very well equipped and the secure parking is easily accessible. We’re staying again on our return trip in a couple of weeks and are looking forward to our stay.

I've got mixed feelings about this hotel. The positive things are: it's a new and clean hotel with nice cafes and restaurants around. But there is always 'BUT'. Parking is limited so you need to park outside. It wasn't a big deal for us, but a modern hotel should have enough parking spaces. No pool unfortunately and a 'pool is only 5 minutes away from the hotel' is a bit strange. But what's really bad is that why you are giving only ONE swipe card for a couple? If one person is leaving the room then he/she has to call a partner to get back because the lift has swipe card access. And if you take that car with you then the partner has to sit in the dark with no TV or AirCon because electricity is swipe card operated. Only one card for two people?!?! Really?!?!?! Now housekeeping staff has no sense of place and has zero common sense. People are coming to a wine regions and buying boxes with bottles of wine. Why you need to throw away boxes? How we suppose to take bottles back with us? Luckily there is Dan Murphy's nearby and you can get empty boxes for wine bottles there, but why on earth you need to do that while people are still living in the room.

On Saturday went to go up to our room but the access card did not work. Went to reception they told me that the card was cancelled that morning, they thought we only staying a night. Wanted a card from reception to go to the pool which was off site asked in morning but was told no you need to get the card when you actually want to go to the pool which was in the afternoon in our case. Couldn't be bother coming back to get the card later and we had to pay to get in. Still waiting for my bond to be returned back to my account!!!!

I would recommend anyone staying here to book the Cathedral side for the views rather than the Dan Murphy car park side. We booked an accessible 2 bdrm apartment for my 91 yr old father with limited mobility travelling with us. The accessible bathroom is a long walk down the corridor from the bedroom it services. We decided dad would be better off in the bedroom with the regular ensuite design that I was going to sleep in.... because of it's easy access from that bedroom. We coped ok with that but for anyone with serious accessible issues ask about the actual bathroom/ensuite lay out of the accessible apartments first. It may not suit you as well as it sounds. We really enjoyed our stay and it felt very luxurious in all aspects.

Great place to stay. Rooms are have an industrial feel – lots of glass, steel and concrete – but the property is in excellent condition, super convenient and very clean. Kitchen is galley-style, but usable with a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, oven and cooktop. Would stay again.

Great location, walking distance to main shopping area. Got an upgrade to a 2 room apartment and facilities were magnificent. A lovely king bed with separate lounge and kitchen with all the amenities you could hope for. Even a washing machine and dryer. The only criticism would be, no airflow at night (not near a window). Overall, loved it.

The good points, it is without doubt is is clean and quiet. The not so good points, there is no pool, the studio apartment has no balcony so if your looking to have a swim and then sit on your balcony choose your room wisely and be prepared to drive to the aquatic center for a swim. The lounge seating is ridiculously small and not comfortable or suitable for adults. Watching a movie you'll need to sit on the bed. The bathroom whilst very clean and modern could do with with more bench space on the vanity.

Quest Wangaratta is awesome. It is well situated, clean safe and veeeery comfortable beds. Stayed for 1 night but have put it on our list to stay for longer next time.I had to phone hotel to check on booking reservation and Oscar was such a delightful person who assisted me in every way possible and without any fuss sorted my accommodation issue. “I had to leave the hotel one night earlier due to an emergency. During check-out, the front desk staff assured me they would clear my room and approve a refund for the unused night. They told me to contact Expedia because I booked through them, and said everything was ‘all clear’ on their end to speed up the process. However, after leaving and contacting Expedia, they refused to issue the refund, citing their cancellation policy—despite the hotel telling me in person that they would approve it. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. I trusted their word when checking out, only to be denied later. I will not be staying at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone who values honesty and transparency.”

was only there on a one night stop over. this is close to everything. the hotel was very clean and felt very secure. The room had everything we needed and could easy spend a week here as it had a kitchenette so you could make it feel like home. The driveway very narrow wouldn't like to have a big car. the reception was pleasant and gave us all the information we needed on arrival. the only thing i didn't like was the lady took my credit card to take the holding deposit which was fine, but I had to pay $20 for parking which was also fine however she just tapped my card which I don't do as I don't like to pay the bank surcharge I always insert my card but before I could get my card back she said I will just tap for you and bang. I requested extra towels as ladies when we wash our hair always need extra towels she said yes we have put extra towels in room however when I got to the room there was just 2 towels no extras, when I rang the reception i was made to feel like I shouldn't be asking she told me there is 2 people in room and 2 towels I said we asked for extra she said well you will need to come to receptions , also they only give you one card to the room so you need to ask for a second one. but let's get back to the good points. room great, linen crispy everything super clean and very central to everything. yes, I would recommend staying here price was also very good.
