Overall a lovely stay. Staff were great, room was ample for what we paid. Offsite parking was a bit of a walk, but it was secure. Tram stop very close by. Would stay again happily

Although the very small room was clean and modern, the tornado wind noise coming through the door was horrific! When I complained about it to reception, I was told to put a towel on the gap of the door and that is a common problem! Ok....if it's a common problem, then fix it!! Or supply each room with a draught blocking sausage, don't just tell us to put one of our clean towels on the floor! Then when we got into bed, I had to remake it as the bottom of the sheets (top and bottom) were so far up the bed the mattress was left exposed by a good foot! During the night the room got quite stuffy, so I turned the (very oversized) AC on, but the light showing the temperature was so bright it lit up the room to almost daylight.... Apart from these issues the room had a great view and was well supplied with a basic kitchen and handy coffee machine. The reception staff were lovely, but the parking is a bit annoying being so far away. In saying that, $25 to park is a lot cheaper than what some hotels charge in the city, so worth a 250mt walk. One night was plenty though, I can't imagine how some people survived living there in Covid lockdown.

First time staying here, will definitely be coming back! Very clean and surprisingly spacious rooms. Friendly staff, the only thing was the on-site parking needs to be reserved ahead of time which we didn’t know.

*Pros:* 1. Close to CBD Fringe, Restaurants and Public Transport 2. Comfortable bed and good sets of pillows *Cons:* 1. The shower recess and tiles around the main entrance to the bathroom felt sticky underfoot. 2. The room screen was extremely dusty which triggered my asthma attack. When I advised the reception manager about this not even a word of apologies was given but only commented “ok”. 3. The amenities were fairly average. Overall an okay experience. The overall cleanliness in the room as well as the bathroom shower recess needs more attention to details. The staff seems not concerned about the feedback I have provided when I checked out notifying them of my experience. It is quite disappointing that they have shown no concern. I have to rethink if I will stay again at this hotel on my next visit to Adelaide.

I was staying for work and it was by far the freshest, most up to date property ive stayed in! I REALLY appreciated the coffee machine and that the balcony was spotless (so many are never cleaned). The only negative was the soundproofing between rooms, but everything was quiet after 10pm, so thumbs up!

Sleeplessness night experienced due to an unknown noise coming from the wall or ceiling. Upon arrival in the room, the television was on with an audio stream playing. Didn't really notice any noise at this time possibly due to the television being on, was it conveniently put on? Went out for the night and returned later after Reception desk had closed. Immediately upon entering the room the noise was evident. In an effort to eliminate the noise we turned off the air conditioner and also checked the fridge. Still the noise was persistent. As it was late and nobody available to report the issue to, we went to bed. The noise would get lower but always returned. No sleep was had. In the morning upon checking out we reported the noise and our severe lack of sleep to the reception staff member who really didn't seem interested and simply said we'll look into it. No sorry or offer of anything for our lack of sleep. After two days no response from the hotel about the issue. We have stayed at the hotel many times and never had an issue, very disappointed.

Great value with a beautiful room with a view over to the Adelaide Hills. Room was very clean had a small kitchenette and everything you need. Tram stop outside door but everything in the central city is also in walking distance. Will stay again.

So perhaps the service review is harsh, but like most reviews it tends to be the disgruntled whom complain, and 4 days on i am still not over it. First with the room, nothing but praise, kitchen is threadbare being just a microwave but that’s fine if you have no plans to cook. Room is clean with great ambience and design. Bathroom is nice, table for eating, basically the room itself is great. As for my negative, this relates purely to the checkin process and lack of communication, something which financially cost me thousands in lost income due to the requirement that i come back to checkin. The staff did their best to get the room ready before 2pm but were jnable to, which is fine, i understand that and checkin is 2pm. Where i am annoyed is i feel that I should have been told of the 9pm check in close, or even that doors are locked from 8pm, meaning i was waiting for about 3 minutes before being let into thr building. It does say on here that checkin is 2pm-9pm, so i take responsibility for not reading instructions, however if this were made aware to me, i would have waited in the lobby until 3pm in order to make sure i was checked in before leaving. As it stood, no pre checkin paperwork was done, and my bags and all belongings bar the work necessities were in the building, including ID, wallet and passport, meaning I had to leave work early, costing me conservatively about 2k. Room is great, hence the 4 stars, but on general principle will never stay here again

When we arrived at the hotel the staff member was on the phone. We waited for around 5 to 10 minutes before they ended the call. Only to be addressed rudely, no greeting simply what do you want? We had arrived an hour before the official check-in time and had advised of our early arrival. The staff member didn't even check if our room was ready and just said leave your bags and come back at 2pm. Other staff were much better

I really enjoyed my stay at Tom’s court. When I arrived I got to my room and after unpacking I went to put the tv on and there was no remote, so I went to reception and they said they would bring one up. Didn’t take long at all to get to my room. I then tried to turn in on and the tv wouldn’t turn on with the remote or button on the tv. So I went down to reception again and she was very helpful and changed my room. The next room was great! I really enjoyed my stay at Tom’s court. When I arrived I got to my room and after unpacking I went to put the tv on and there was no remote, so I went to reception and they said they would bring one up. Didn’t take long at all to get to my room. I then tried to turn in on and the tv wouldn’t turn on with the remote or button on the tv. So I went down to reception again and she was very helpful and changed my room. The next room was great! Well to start with the Hotel is in the perfect position tram out.front only 3 stops from middle of City centre. Adelaide is one of the cleanest cities and I've been to quite a few cities around world now about the Hotel to me it Ticks All off Boxes 📦 From the Concierge service from start To end of VISIT the Cleanest hotel ever And the view was great there's a restaurant for Breakfast call soul sisters which the Hotel has connection with so over all in MY opinion I rate Hotel at a 10 plus. Incredibly helpful front desk service rhat were courteous and helped with bag storage during the day. Room was clean and had a relaxing lighting feel. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom, have already booked to stay here again.

Nice clean room in a great location. Understaffed so there was always a wait at reception while i was there. I enjoyed my stay, however I have yet to receive my $100 deposit refund from three weeks ago. Messaged the hotel last week and did not receive a response. For that reason, I can only give 2 stars

Good for a base for a couple of nights in Adelaide. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Reception staff very helpful. Kitchen hub had kettle fridge and microwave but no toaster and only crockery were too small side plates. A few more items in the cupboard and drawers would be helpful such as breakfast bowls, sharp knife and dinner plates.

Had a 2 night stay for a doctor's visit in Adelaide. Chose Toms court because of location and price. Very happy with the choice. Quick friendly check in , comfortable room on the 10th floor and great location on the edge of CBD. An excellent Italian restaurant next door who give you 10% discount when you show your Toms hotel keycard. Will stay there again on my next visit in November

Extremely clean, have obviously listened to past reviews and feedback regarding hairdryers, coffee facilities, etc. Attentive staff, ensuring that I was going to arrive in time for reception to be open in case an after hours arrangement had to be made for the key. Well situated within the city to be accessible yet not too busy/hectic.

We had a great one-night stay in a superior twin room with balcony. Our check-in was mildly delayed while we waited for our room (after 2pm). The beds were very comfortable, the room had an espresso machine with pods and the tv had chromecast so we could watch Disney and Netflix from our phones. We had a short walk to Gouger Street for dinner. I would recommend staying here.

Great value with a beautiful room with a view over to the Adelaide Hills. Room was very clean had a small kitchenette and everything you need. Tram stop outside door but everything in the central city is also in walking distance. Will stay again.

Awesome service by the staff, rooms were super clean and the bed was so comfortable to sleep on. And the location of the hotel is too good easy to move around and a lot of restaurants next to it. Highly recommend Toms Court Hotel.

I was lucky to book this hotel at the last minute, travelling with a husky. Tom’s Hotel still had a pet friendly room (of which there are three) available. Checking in and out, even after hours, is easy. If you use their offsite booking, there is a garage two side streets away. It’s undercover and access is via a touch card. The room itself, as is the whole hotel, is very clean. Housekeeping however, only re-tucks in your existing sheets, not replace them. I’m guessing though that a full change would happen if the linen gets soiled/dirty. One thing to note is that the room I stayed in did not have a room safe. This may be true for other rooms, but I cannot say with certainty, only having stayed once. Staff were polite, friendly and professional, they were a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is not necessarily the closest hotel to tourist hotspots, but it is far from being an inconvenient stroll to get to them. My experience there was a positive one, and I would certainly stay there again when the need arises. (Yes, that’s a chicken nugget my husky left for me on the bed.)
