Well equipped room with kitchen and laundry, balcony and beach views. Aircon but also had a fan heater in cupboard if required. Local supermarket and pharmacy plus Asian restaurant (Raymond’s - very expensive) and pizza/hamburger place which is great value. Cafe Three 66 1 mile north has excellent breakfast and lunch and top beach views.

This is a hidden gem for getting away on the South coast. Excellent and exceptional value compared to usual offerings in Ulladulla and Batemans bay. Disability friendly with lift. Secured parking. Staff were very helpful, professional and polite. Pantry is a great option for dinner as there is limited options when we came in late around 8 pm.

Wonderfully positioned small hotel overlooking Malua Bay. Rooms are spacious with small kitchen and laundry a bonus. Underground secure parking was a bonus. I would have given 5 stars overall except for the lack of styling in rooms....not a photo or art work to be seen, so a little plain with the all grey decor. Abode....get a stylist!

1. The lounge and arm chair were heavily stained, felt tacky and smelt musty. 2. Had to wash plates and cutlery due to baked on food. 3. Clothes were left in the wardrobe by past residents and beer carton under spare blanket. 4. Sliding insect screen didn’t close correctly or align with the sliding door, letting sand flys in. 5. Sheers curtains stained and dirty. 6. Shower screen door didn’t close. 7. Carpet was dirty and tacky. 8. Staff were not pleasant and seemed unhappy to be at work. Overall disappointing stay and completely over priced.

Our room needed a bit more care in cleaning. The mirror had handprints all over it, the washing machine needed to be cleaned out, the dishwasher was not working properly, the ironing boards were all broken and the showers needed the grout a deep cleaning and the cupboards needed a good wipe down. The view is fantastic but there isn’t many restaurants nearby and not many of them open on a Monday which I found odd as it’s prime time holiday season, but that is no fault of the hotel.

The kitchenette was ok. Parking is safe and secure. The Bathroom shower was absolutely Filthy and Mouldy. No shower screen on the door so the water from the shower floods the bathroom making this a Potential Slip Hazard for anyone. With all the water on the floor its hard to use any electrical appliance like a straightner etc as the cord sits in the water. Also the bedside table is rusty on the 2nd shelf. The Glass door's and glass baracade on the verandah are filthy and there's spiders webs.

I have enjoyed my stay at this property. It was, spacious and had a good view. I wish I could give it only 4.5 stars. The only reason for talking half a star away is that the kettle was simply filthy inside. I tried wiping it with a sponge and it came out black. I would recommend families bringing their own kettle if they are planning to stay there for long periods of time. But otherwise, everything else was very clean.

We had a very stay at this hotel , large rooms, well appointed with good kitchenette and laundry in bathroom. Good size balcony overlooking thr beach. Handy food available in foyer at fair prices. Location was good, rooms were large, comfortable, very clean and well equipped (kitchen and laundry facilities). Setting is beautiful and ocean view rooms all have great views. Our room had a faulty kettle that management promised to replace, and the showers have no doors, so bathroom floors get very wet and slippery if you are not careful.

Nice location, room was comfortable, only bad point was shower cubicle which has no door and made the bathroom floor wet every time used, also the shower head was not good, spraying water in every direction. Staff were nice and helpful.

Beautiful location directly across from the beach, and the hotel itself is really nice. Really big sized rooms and balcony, and all the amenities. Only downside (& this is such a personal preference) is the bed - its SO soft and offers zero support that i didn’t get a decent night's sleep at all.

Loved this place. Huge apartment. Parking garage for guests. Really private feel with direct access to the beach, a pretty decent playground, and a reputable Chinese restaurant just next door. Just the best place to de-stress and appreciate nature. Close to Mogo Wildlife Park. I want to stay here again. Friendly staff.

Reception staff were uniformly friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and rooms were spacious, facing the sea, and well equipped. Only drawback was no dining table. Guests were obviously meant to eat at the kitchen bench which not only cramped the kitchen space, but the high stools are no good at all for short, elderly people or little kids.

Upon arriving, we thought our stay would be great and extended our stay for two extra nights. On the third day, it went from great to HORRIBLE. We were leaving for the day when the cleaning lady arrived. She asked if she could come in to clean, we agreed and within two minutes, we were out the door. When we returned, all she had done was remove our used towels and trash. She did not make the bed nor clean anything. We arrived back again after dinner and went to sleep, but woke up around 1:30 because it was so hot in our room. That's when we discovered the AC was broken. We called the main number and were offered NO APOLOGY, only told that there was no maintenance on call and we had to wait until 7:00. At 7:10, we called again to find out why no one had called us at 7 to arrange fixing. We were told no one would be here until 8. At 8, we called again and were told that the manager would be contacted. We waited, no manager, nothing. We went to the front desk. The response was "oh, no!" and were told that the manager wouldn't be in until 9 (no apology again). We asked the clerk to call the manager. He flat out refused. We asked when the maintenance was coming to fix it. "He's out sick today." We asked to be switched to another room. Nope. None available. We are sitting here in a holding pattern in a hot room. We slept unsafely with the balcony doors open and have bug bites all over us as that was the only choice we had.

We loved the view of the bay and made good use of the balcony. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Ben at Reception was always friendly and helpful, happy to assist with any concerns. We will definitely plan to return and happily recommend the hotel to family and friends.

This property had a great location across the road from the beach. Very clean and modern amenities and very close to dining and a supermarket. Staff where very helpful and check in was very quick and professional. The view was amazing being able to have whale watching from the balcony. Highly recommended.

The property was along the coastal route by the ocean front and not far from Batemans Bay. My room was on level 2 with an ocean view. It was a very spacious studio apartment furnished with dining table and two double beds. The bathroom was large combined with laundry facilities. Kitchen facility was adequate. The walk to the beach was less than 5 mins. The hotel provided beach towels which was very handy.

The room was very spacious and clean with a good kitchenette. Check in and check out staff were very friendly and helpful. I just wish they had a cafe attached to the hotel or at least nearby. It’s great it’s a pet Fri accommodation. We will bring our dog next time!

Loved our spacious room with balcony and a beautiful ocean view. Staff were lovely and everything was so easy. About a 7 minute walk to club Malua. A nice Restaurant and a few shops just next door to us. Secure parking and about a 10 minute drive to mogo zoo.
