All very good except the jacuzzis had Luke warm water and the pool had cold water. When I called, they told me the temperature was 38 degrees Celsius but that was not the case.

Terrific location, close to traditional areas of Mexico City, like San Angel and San Jerónimo. Le Pain Quotidien, Starbucks, Office Max and pharmacy in the same campus. Walking distance to El Batan park where I was able to run 6 miles in a shaded trail. Lap pool on the rooftop. Excellent morning buffet till noon, great restaurant. Gym and yoga room. The room very clean, spacious, great working desk for room for 2 people, just ask for an extra chair.

The room is very nice. The shower is the best I’ve experienced. However, the pool and jacuzzi were out of service. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

La habitación 533 en piso 5o ejecutivo olía a caño a tal grado que hizo no apta mi estancia. Enviaron a personal de mantenimiento a la habitación 533 pero no pudieron arreglarlo. Pedí cambio de habitación y en todo ello desde que llamé para reportar el fuerte olor hasta que me hicieron el cambio pasó más de 120 minutos al siguiente día las recepcionistas no quisieron reponer en check out el tiempo perdido. Además a la habitación que je cambiaron fue de una calidad menor a la que pagué.

Desafortunadamente me lleve muy mala experiencia, elegí habitación en piso ejecutivo en or razones de mejores amenidades y beneficios la regadera despedía un pésimo olor a drenaje el cual era muy desagradable e invadió toda la habitación con alto grado de toxicidad por inhalación de esos gases de drenaje enviaron a mantenimiento y tardaron aproximadamente MÁS DE UNA HORA disque en arreglando el imperfecto, resultó peor el olor termine pidiendo cambio de la habitación me lo concedieron pero me mandaron a una habitación de MENOR categoría y hoy pedí más tiempo para hacer mi check out y SE NEGARON a dármelo, cuando ayer fueron más de 2 horas que perdí por sus malas condiciones de drenaje en la habitación 533. Las señoritas de la recepción de hace un rato se negaron a darme la atención de salir más tarde argumentando tenían varias llegadas y no contaban con el espacio!!!

The main for to enter the bathroom didn’t close, it kept sliding back. The glass door to the shower didn’t properly close and has a good size gap that causes the water to leak through there so you end up walking out to a wet floor. The head shower threw the water to the ceiling and splashed it all over causing a water mess outside the shower. Makes Me wonder if they even wash the shower since they were not aware of it. The coffee machine works good once and then it goes on and off… don’t know if I would stay there again. They had an event on the 5th floor and it got pretty loud once a female had some drinks on her.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is very good for business travel (why we were here.) The staff is terrific and very attentive and the rooms are clean and spacious. Had time to enjoy the rooftop pool - really nice property.

Very nice modern rooms, clean, comfortable beds and attentive staff. Underground parking has plenty of spaces. Good location with a cafe, bakery and japanese restaurant just steps away. Easy access to main roads. Only recommendation is to request a room facing the back of the hotel, and away from the road - as rooms are not sound proof from the outside and traffic can get noisy at rush hour.

La habitación que me dieron el ruido era demasiado exagero, pasaban los camiones todo se escuchaba, pedí un cambio de habitación ya que lo que quería era descansar y parecía que estaba durmiendo en la calle. Llame a recepción para un cambio de habitación y la chica toda grosera me dijo que le haría un cambio que bajara por la llave, cuando su deber es subirla! Me dan otra habitación peor que la anterior el ruido del aire acondicionado era terrible a pesar de que lo apagué, escuchaba los ronquidos de la otra habitación como si lo tuviera a lado de mi cama! No puede ser que tengan paredes tan delgadas y que no se pueda descansar en este lugar! El gasto que se hace para no poder siquiera dormir! Me parece injusto

Siempre es un placer visitar ese hotel. Sin embargo en esta ocasión la señorita que nos recibió, Viridiana, nos dejó esperando en una fila sin atendernos para el check in. Y cuando le pregunté si podía ayudarnos pues, solo me pidió las reservación y me dijo de mala manera que “en donde la había contratado” que no la encontraba. Que no estaba la reservación. Posteriormente le ayudó otra compañera y encontró la reservación pero ella ni siquiera aclaró el punto. La reservación que hice era para dos habitaciones distintas y cuando la otra persona titular de la siguiente habitación se presentó volvió a decir que NO estaba su habitación, que la reservación solo era una habitación. Tuvieron que volver a ayudarla para encontrarla y aún así se comportó indiferente sin siquiera aclararnos que ya la había encontrado. Fue un trago muy amargo para iniciar el hospedaje pero puedo decir que posteriormente todo estuvo agradable como siempre. Gracias al resto del personal, sobre todo a Juan a carlos que en terraza o restaurante, siempre nos ha atendido muy bien.

Desde la llegada , terrible. Llegamos 9 Pm con mi esposa y 3 maletas. Nadie para ayudarnos a subir las maletas para el check in. El día siguiente no arreglaron la habitación y cuando les avisamos en el front dese lo único que hicieron fue llevarnos toallas. Tuvieron un evento y el hitel estaba lleno . Desayunar era posible hacerlo después de las 8:30 porque estaba siempre lleno el comedor y con muy pocas personas para atender la demanda.

Although we did not stay at the property due a flooding we were sent to the Galeria Reforma. But, at the Galeria San Jeronimo the staff was extremely helpful after my husband passed out at the entrance of the property. They ran to help him and took him inside. They drove us to the near ER and later that night they sent our baggage and drove me to the other property. Service was excellent and I really appreciate their help. Unfortunately I don't have their names anymore but I will book again at SanJeronimo since I wanted to stay there. Thank you so much to the staff. Jorge E Hernandez

Check in process was a little bad. Got told check in was at 3pm and then later got told that room wasn't going to be ready until 7pm. We had to be pushy with the receptionist until they gave us the room like around 4:30. If we were not pushy they would've given it to us until 7pm

Loved the quality of the room, staff was also super helpful! This isn’t convenient if you want to be in the heart of the city. It will cost a little more with uber to get around but it was very nice accommodations.

Muy buen servicio por parte de todos los empleados, valet, recepción, seguridad, restaurantes, camaristas, amenidades, etc. Los colchones un tanto incómodos ya que no están firmes, el centro hundido. La hamburguesa que pedimos a la habitación, provocó bastante malestar estomacal a quien la consumió.

Sugiero que pongan empeño en los alimentos que ofrecen, el buffet deja mucho que desear, no hay variedad ni acompañamientos, y los platillos que ofrecen en su menú muy caros las porciones muy pequeñas para lo que cuestan. Por el resto el personal muy amable y atento, las instalaciones estan muy bien.

El brunch dominical ha decaído los alimentos en sabor y temperatura. En el 2023 Mayo desayuné y fue extraordinario, luego en Abril 2024 ya no muy buena y en Junio menos. Tome una sopa de mariscos y fría, sin variedad en platillos.

The staff was amazing. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet in one of their restaurants and the food was delicious. Everyone in both restaurants were very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our weekend stay at Plaza San Jeronimo.
