It is a nice hotel, in a great neighborhood. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to parks. The room was large and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the terrace bar, it is not a rooftop bar but it was open and had nice views. Enjoyed the free breakfast. I felt well taken care of.

El lugar buen ubicado tiene un mini estacionamiento pero es de ayuda por la zona que a veces no es fácil encontrar lugar en la calle. La habitación súper sencilla el edificio se ve viejo falta mantenimiento en área de jacuzzi la pared cuarteada y muy a la vista de la calle, falta privacidad, el frigo no estaba incluido era con costo adicional y el desayuno es una burla. Demasiado caro para lo que es. Me desepcione además q no tiene clima, hay que conectar un calentador de los antiguos, por el precio es súper básico. No volvería

Circulo Condesa is a reasonably priced hotel with a nice balcony for every room. The location is great and the staff was friendly. I personally prefer a bit more of a boutique hotel but I’d stay there again if I could book a room w a jacuzzi tub!

This is a very nice little hotel, in a perfect Condesa, Hippodromo location. Very nice staff, and it comes with breakfast! They supply drinking water too, which I appreciate in Mexico City. The bathroom was spacious, there was hot water, and everything was so clean.

The hotel is in a very central location and very walkable. We didn't have air conditioning and it was pretty hot. I also noticed the doors were very thin and the hotel needed some maintenance and remodel. The breakfast that was included was just okay but we opted to find a nice pace for breakfast down the street. Staff was very friendly.

First of all staff was very kind. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good for what you pay. BUT... The sliding Windows/doors in the room are so poorly done that they don't close at all (1 inch plus gap on both sides) and it's like having your window open the entire night and you can hear EVERYTHING from the street. It's such a shame because this place has so much potential and they do most things well.

First of all staff was very kind. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good for what you pay. BUT... The hotel itself is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Vicky who cleaned our room daily was excellent. The only gripe is that the rooms get extremely hot and I struggled to sleep. We were given an air conditioning unit but it was very noisy and ended up turning it off and sweating.

The staff was very friendly and the room was cute. My only complaint is that the room was very hot, sometimes like a sauna. They did provide me with a portable AC unit when we asked for a fan, but the unit was VERY loud and not very efficient. Overall, this was a nice place to stay.

This is a new building, well located in Condesa, with big, comfortable rooms, and wonderful staff. However, no central AC or heating (our fault; we should have noticed), a dark breakfast bar (the staff really helps but you won't go there more than once), and their internet does not work (not the right place to stay if you have to work during your stay).

The room was great and the shower pressure was.fantastic. Housekeeping did a fine job. The breakfast buffet was not good. It appeaed that the hot items had no steron so the eggs, pancakes, and bacon were all room temperature. Coffee was undrinkable. fortunately the neighbohood has lots of great cafes and restaurants. One night at 3am and couple returning to their room next to mine was having a loud fight that included a lot of screaming, slammed doors and banging on walls. The security guard who was one flight down did not intervene. The fight lasted more than 45 minutes. When I reported this the following morning I was advised that the couple had now checked out. This response left me concerned that the hotel did not take its security responsibilities seriously. I will not be returning.

We enjoyed the location and surrounding restaurants. I would recommend asking for a room with a view. When we stayed a local farms market was at the feet of the doorstep with fresh squeezed fruits drinks and Mexico’s delicious foods.

Lovely hotel in Condesa with great restaurants within walking distance. Room was spacious and balcony was an added plus. The only negative was the bed, very hard but the hospitality was worth it.

The hotel is in a very central location and very walkable. We didn't have air conditioning and it was pretty hot. I also noticed the doors were very thin and the hotel needed some maintenance and remodel. The breakfast that was included was just okay but we opted to find a nice pace for breakfast down the street. Staff was very friendly.

The room was great and the shower pressure was.fantastic. Housekeeping did a fine job. The breakfast buffet was not good. It appeaed that the hot items had no steron so the eggs, pancakes, and bacon were all room temperature. Coffee was undrinkable. fortunately the neighbohood has lots of great cafes and restaurants. One night at 3am and couple returning to their room next to mine was having a loud fight that included a lot of screaming, slammed doors and banging on walls. The security guard who was one flight down did not intervene. The fight lasted more than 45 minutes. When I reported this the following morning I was advised that the couple had now checked out. This response left me concerned that the hotel did not take its security responsibilities seriously. I will not be returning.

Very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of good restaurants. We were comfortable walking around in the evening after dark. Helpful staff. Rooftop terrace is nice, if a bit expensive. Breakfast bar is pretty basic but the made to order omelettes are a nice touch.

Very happy with our experience there. Lovely staff, great location, wonderful shower, loved the private hot tub on the private balcony, even some vegan options (some days more than rice, beans and fruit, lol) at the included breakfast. Can def recommend.

The staff was friendly and quick to respond with anything that might help to make my stay better. I had a clean room with a great view, loved the shower (strong blast of hot water... especially nice after getting caught in a torrential rainstorm one day). Nice breakfast buffet with healthy options and variety, many items made in-house (e.g. bread, yogurt, pickled veggies...)! I had a wonderful time walking all around La Condesa, Roma, and Bosque de Chapultepec, felt very safe and the hotel was a great location from which to base myself. Thanks for everything!
