This is perhaps the best overall hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff’s attention to detail in every aspect of the stay is impeccable. Instant responses to messages through Expedia. Once we arrived, we were treated as if we were the only guests at the hotel. The room was so unique with the arched ceilings that were from the original building. The spa and pool felt like an exotic grotto. The gym is as good as actual stand alone gyms. The location is perfect as you’re just a short walk from all Valletta has to offer. We will certainly be back in Malta and will book the Iniala Harbour House. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable.

Absolutely flawless in every way. From the champagne tour of the property to the attention to detail, the staff were amazing. The location cannot be beaten - make sure you book a harbour view room. Amazing shower, rooms are immaculate, pool and gym facilities wonderful. Will definitely be back - you can’t stay anywhere else in Valletta!

Der Service war hervorragend und lag ausgesprochen über unseren Erwartungen Die Zimmer sind hervorragend ausgestattet, in unserer Suite war uns das Bett lediglich etwas zu klein. Das Taxi brachte uns an die Rückseite des Hotels, das passiert wohl öfters, allerdings landet man dort im Fitnessbereich und da niemand anwesend war und es keine direkte Verbindung zum Hotel gibt, das es komplett auf der anderen Seite liegt, war das Gesuche groß. Ein Hinweisschild mit Eingang gegenüber ,über die Brücke würde enorm helfen. Täglich gab es im Eingangsbereich the Hideaway ab 15.30 Uhr bis 17Uhr kostenlos Getränke und Snacks . Das Frühstück findet im Haupthaus in der 4, Etage statt. Es gibt einen hervorragenden Blick auf das Meer und man kann die Glasfront je nach Wind verstellen oder ganz öffnen. Das Frühstück ist absolut hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Impeccable service and got an unexpected upgrade to the most luxurious suite. Tasting menu at ION restaurant was amazing. Would definitely recommend - especially the package with the meal and spa treatment and we will be back.

Iniala Harbour House is an amazing place! They went above and beyond for us on our short stay there for the first stop of our honeymoon. The room and views were gorgeous, the staff was kind and courteous. We were able to use to indoor cave pool late one night just for ourselves and it was incredibly romantic. We also forgot an iPad and they called us asap to come retrieve it! Best place to stay in Valletta! I wish we could have stayed there longer

Every aspect of our stay at Iniala was wonderful! We had an unexpected upgrade and had the most incredible suite: Pied-a-Terre. It had a separate entrance bit was only 1 minute away! We were greeted on arrival with a glass of champagne. The room was ready early so we were able to check in early. The suite was magnificent! We used the spa which was small but lovely. We ate at ION Harbour which was also amazing! Breakfast was also incredible! All of the staff were fabulous, but a special mention to Racqui and Eleanora. Location is perfect, with wonderful harbour views! This was such a treat and worth every penny!

Couldn’t get a reservation at the spa or the restaurant. We really like the hotel but the annex is inconvenient: didn’t like having to go outside from the spa and hotel to access our room. Guests should be advised of this in advance. The breakfasts were fantastic. And the view from the restaurant is amazing. But, very inconvenient not being able to get a drink in the restaurant. The staff were terrific: very courteous and helpful.

We came to Malta with no expectations or plans, and were so thrilled with our choice to stay at Iniala Harbour House. The staff were very informative about the property, and local area and guided us to the perfect recommendations for our trip. Although it was a two day stop over from our Sicily vacation, it was the highlight of our trip and we wished we had stayed longer. This is by far one of the best hotels we'e ever stayed at, and we have both traveled the world extensively. We were in the Incognito two story room which was absolutely stunning, it has its own private entrance making us feel like locals and allowing us to exit directly to the street without walking through the hotel. The Ion restaurant was an absolute highlight tor our stay, both of us are foodies and this was an incredible experience, one of the best meals of our lives. The spa is also wonderful. The service from the moment we stepped on property was top notch, we loved that the manager immediately came up to introduce himself and tell us a bit about the hotel. Everything about this place is spectacular, If you're staying in Malta, this is where you need to be!

Not worth the price we paid. The 'city view' room is misleading as we got a room with only a street view. Paid extra to get a harbour view room & unfortunately the harbour view was blocked with a very high balcony - one would need to climb on the seating area to get a good view! The shower drains weren't working well, so couldn't really use both showers at the same time - on the first night water seeped through to the wadrobe area & into room! The choice of furshings looked good but were not practical. Breakfast coice quite limited & on one day we had wait 1hour even for some fruit! Expected more because of the'VIP' status its been given therefore quite disappointing overall.

The associates of this hotel are wonderful offering incredible service. The hotel is located in a fabulous area of Malta which plenty to do. Rooms were unique and ours had a rooftop terrace with hot tub overlooking the harbor. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location facing the grand harbor . No countertops in bathroom to place man and ladies beauty things and no hairdryer outlet near a mirror in bathroom. Except that an exceptional property and exceptional hospitality. Only place to stay in Valetta !

A lovely characterful property in a quiet, yet incredibly convenient location. Our suite in the Hideaway was on the top floor with a mezzanine level and outdoor spa pool. The view towards the harbour and of the three cities was amazing. However, for someone less mobile the spiral staircase might be tricky to climb. The hotel was very luxurious and the service first class. We will definitely return as Malta has so much to offer and 3 days wasn’t nearly enough time to experience it all.

Exceptional and memorable visit thanks to the entire Iniala Team (receptionists, butlers, service staff and management). From the minute we arrived we were welcomed with genuine smiles and professionalism. We had an issue with our room and the team response was immediate and professional they truly care about their clients. A special thanks to Renata, Joanna, Isabella for the wonderful customer care. Absolutely flawless in every way. From the champagne tour of the property to the attention to detail, the staff were amazing. The location cannot be beaten - make sure you book a harbour view room. Amazing shower, rooms are immaculate, pool and gym facilities wonderful. Will definitely be back - you can’t stay anywhere else in Valletta!

Every aspect of our stay at Iniala was wonderful! We had an unexpected upgrade and had the most incredible suite: Pied-a-Terre. It had a separate entrance bit was only 1 minute away! We were greeted on arrival with a glass of champagne. The room was ready early so we were able to check in early. The suite was magnificent! We used the spa which was small but lovely. We ate at ION Harbour which was also amazing! Breakfast was also incredible! All of the staff were fabulous, but a special mention to Racqui and Eleanora. Location is perfect, with wonderful harbour views! This was such a treat and worth every penny!

Not worth the price we paid. The 'city view' room is misleading as we got a room with only a street view. Paid extra to get a harbour view room & unfortunately the harbour view was blocked with a very high balcony - one would need to climb on the seating area to get a good view! The shower drains weren't working well, so couldn't really use both showers at the same time - on the first night water seeped through to the wadrobe area & into room! The choice of furshings looked good but were not practical. Breakfast coice quite limited & on one day we had wait 1hour even for some fruit! Expected more because of the'VIP' status its been given therefore quite disappointing overall.

Tiene la mejor ubicación, con vista al mar, la habitación muy cómoda y excelente decoración, te hace sentir en casa, las amenidades muy bien, el desayuno de primera y el menú del restaurante impresionante! Son muy amables y hospitalarios, nos han acompañado todo el tiempo con nuestras peticiones y con la mejor atención.

This hotel and its staff is fabulous. The architecture and design is inspiring and the view cannot get better. If that is not enough, the hotel has a Michelin stared restaurant with a sustainable vision that made a delectable beautiful meal.

Impeccable service and got an unexpected upgrade to the most luxurious suite. Tasting menu at ION restaurant was amazing. Would definitely recommend - especially the package with the meal and spa treatment and we will be back.

Couldn’t get a reservation at the spa or the restaurant. We really like the hotel but the annex is inconvenient: didn’t like having to go outside from the spa and hotel to access our room. Guests should be advised of this in advance. The breakfasts were fantastic. And the view from the restaurant is amazing. But, very inconvenient not being able to get a drink in the restaurant. The staff were terrific: very courteous and helpful.

Service was exceptional. Thoughtful, personalized and friendly. Extremely comfortable room. Breakfast or dinner overlooking the gorgeous harbour is the perfect start/end to the day. Dinner was extraordinary. Everything is perfect. Spa is small and clean but assume not used too often as you are in the middle of everything in Valletta and more likely to be out and about!
