The person checking us in was professional, kind and considerate. The first floor door lock was broken and open to the building. The upper hallway window was wide open. Floors, walls, furniture, doors were damaged and dirty.The 2 rooms I checked had stained sheets and bugs in the bathroom. One was perched on the toilet and wiggled its antennae at me. Women were loitering outside, and children. I had to refuse both rooms. We also were surprised with the $100 cash deposit for pets. While the property said it was no smoking (in the paperwork), smoking is allowed I. Some rooms and building smelled like weed. Go somewhere else. As lovely as front desk staff was, she could not make up for the run down and dirty, unsafe condition of this hotel.

The building where we stayed was in poor condition. People were yelling and slamming doors all hours of the night. The rings were supposed to be non-smoking, but we could smell "adult" smoke through the hallway. Several people loitering outside at all hours. Someone was actually passed out on the flower bed outside the main door.

The only thing I liked was that it was close to the airport. What was wrong with the place? 1. Full of cockroaches (German and large black ones. 2. Homeless people and drug users and dealers hanging out all times of day. 3. Both exit doors at the same end of motel, locked and unable to be opened- serious fire risk! 4. Hallways and room floors are filthy! No one cleaned these the entire week I was there. 5. Only 1 roll of toilet paper allowed. 6. Room was not cleaned duringy stay, and garbage was overflowing. I could go on, but I'm sure you get where I'm going. The owners should be made to stay here. Deplorable conditions the employees have to work in. Absolutely disgusting!

The staff and security guards were very nice and friendly. Gladly refunded my stay 2 minutes after my family checked in and we had a glance at our room. The property itself was disgusting, the entryway to the hallway smelled of urin and the ground was filthier than a gas station lot. The hallway floors were sticky and caked with dirt. The room door had damage from what looked like forced entry. The room itself was mostly clean but the furnishings were outdated and worn. On top of these conditions, the property was crowded with questionable looking young adults. The security guards tried to reassure me that they wouldn’t cause us trouble and that they usually quieted down after 10pm. I could not allow my family to stay the one night we needed while passing through. We decided to get back on the road in search for somewhere more acceptable.

Fortunately, the young lady at check-in offered us the ability to cancel for free because they were having problems with their water. Upon our arrival. The first room they gave us was actually already occupied so imagine our surprise walking in with the lights on in the bed unmade. The second room and took 10 minutes of us, fiddling with the door to get it open. The room appeared to clean. We were only there for a short period to hold over for an incoming storm and get some rest before hitting the road, but you could hear everything people hanging out in the hallway talking, etc.. The beds are extremely then like the cheapest that you normally find in a pullout sofa old spring style it gives very quickly and a blanket they put on top is also very thin. There’s either mold or dust in the room. I’m allergic to both and ended up with an insane coughing fit having to open the door to let the room air out and turn on the AC to keep things circulating. The elevator smells atrocious, as if people let all of their animals urinate and defecate in there, and the stairs have holes where the metal eroded along the back. It was OK for what it was but not something I would’ve recommended long-term or for more than a night. On the plus side the person at check-in while a bit overwhelmed with also very sweet and wonderful.

Then switched to a room I come to find was a smoking room (ashtray and all), only after I got in the room. Both rooms smelled but the elevator had the absolute worse smell of all.

Tv did not work. Bathroom door was missing the interior handle. Stairwells were dirty, littered with cigarette butts and dingy. Had a small number of questionable people loitering at the balcony of the stairwells from the time I checked in until I checked out. Obvious that was their spot as known to the locals and staff by the interactions.

Stay Away! Absolutely disgusting. The front desk girl openly said they did not have house keeping right now and that they have one guy that is doing the best he can. Was told half the tvs dont work due to "switching cable companies" and that i "should" have towels and rags in my room. The printer wasnt working so i had to sign a blank paper for the contract. The card reader wasnt working so she made me write my number down so i could come pay the deposit later. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt cuz things happen so we just got our room key and wanted to get in the room and lock ourself in. The property itself is disgusting. Weird people all over. We felt very unsafe. Room was on the first floor. the hall way smelled and was just nasty. The walls the floor everything. When I got to the property, The lady behind the desk told me that they do not have cable on the Tv. The room was dirty. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. I stay there for 4 days and not once. Did they come to my room and clean it? They do not have a mirror in the bathroom so it made it hard to shave. They rated at a 4 star. It's not a 4 star, it's more like a one.

Roaches everywhere! We were in non smoking and the room didnt smell like cigarettes but it did have a musty dusty mold smell. It made me gag. I got up at 5am and there were roaches in the bathrooms and crawling the walls by the tv. Theres a 50$ cash deposit you have to give at check in that dosent show ANYWHERE on the site. There was a piece of condom wrapper literally on the side of the bed. It was disgusting and my family and I will absolutely never return! Also right in front of the main entrance there was a drug deal going on. Spend the extra money and get a better hotel!

We couldn’t even stay, we left within 2 minutes of entering the room. The staff was friendly however the room was dirty, there were cockroaches everywhere(I mean EVERYWHERE), it smelled musty/moldy, and my kids were absolutely freaked out.

The morning staff at check out never got off of their (singular) personal phone call. The room itself was "clean looking" but the roaches said otherwise. I was afraid to bring any of my stuff into the room. I am glad my family only stayed the one night and I will NEVER stay there again.

Non smoking rooms reeks of smoke. Burns on the bedding in the first room. The second room only had sheets on the bed. Neither room had towels in the bathroom. The worst motel I have ever seen. Very disappointed.

I booked a room ahead of time thinking it would be cheaper than trying to get a room "last minute" anywhere. I reserved a smoking room. After a rough day of driving that ended up being 10 hours, i get to my room. There's a roach on the door and there's no remote for the tv and no way to maually operate it. I discover a fire hazard when trying to find an outlet to charge the phone. I ask for a room with a remote for the tv. I get one--the remote doesn't work. Same type of tv--no manual operation available. There's a dead cockroach on the bath floor. I "need" to also deposit $ for incidentals. When I checkout, ask for a manager, ask for a corporate number ("You'll need to Google that"), and complain about my experience, the gal accuses me of throwing a pen at her, which,I did not, and informs me I won't be getting my $50 deposit back, and tells me to leave. She also said the other refund (for the room, itself), would need to go through Hotels.com since that's where it was booked. Apparently there's no real way to connect to their customer service either. It was good to note they are affiliated with Expedia as well, so there'll be no need to ever use them again either! I have the video of the bug n non working tv, but, apparently, one can't upload videos, pix only.

Fortunately, the young lady at check-in offered us the ability to cancel for free because they were having problems with their water. Upon our arrival. The first room they gave us was actually already occupied so imagine our surprise walking in with the lights on in the bed unmade. The second room and took 10 minutes of us, fiddling with the door to get it open. The room appeared to clean. We were only there for a short period to hold over for an incoming storm and get some rest before hitting the road, but you could hear everything people hanging out in the hallway talking, etc.. The beds are extremely then like the cheapest that you normally find in a pullout sofa old spring style it gives very quickly and a blanket they put on top is also very thin. There’s either mold or dust in the room. I’m allergic to both and ended up with an insane coughing fit having to open the door to let the room air out and turn on the AC to keep things circulating. The elevator smells atrocious, as if people let all of their animals urinate and defecate in there, and the stairs have holes where the metal eroded along the back. It was OK for what it was but not something I would’ve recommended long-term or for more than a night. On the plus side the person at check-in while a bit overwhelmed with also very sweet and wonderful.

The clerk had a hard time checking me in and didn't know where the rooms were. The entire property smelled of weed and deodorizer. Was given a room where the TV was in programming mode and no remote. Then switched to a room I come to find was a smoking room (ashtray and all), only after I got in the room. Both rooms smelled but the elevator had the absolute worse smell of all.

I had a reservation for last night, driving from Chicago to GA for a funeral. I was stopped on the highway for 6 hours due to a semi accident. As per your website, check in is allowed at this location all the way up until check out. I finally arrived after being in the car for 16 hours at 6AM. I’m feeling relieved thinking I’ll be able to get 4 hours of sleep and a shower finally. NOPE. The lobby doors were locked, with no other entry options. I called the hotel 6 times with no answer. The Hotels.com agent was of no help either. As a female, I was left stranded in a place I didn’t know. I had to sleep in my car. Shame on you. I’ll never book with you again.

When I got to the property, The lady behind the desk told me that they do not have cable on the Tv. The room was dirty. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. I stay there for 4 days and not once. Did they come to my room and clean it? They do not have a mirror in the bathroom so it made it hard to shave. They rated at a 4 star. It's not a 4 star, it's more like a one.

Roaches everywhere! We were in non smoking and the room didnt smell like cigarettes but it did have a musty dusty mold smell. It made me gag. I got up at 5am and there were roaches in the bathrooms and crawling the walls by the tv. Theres a 50$ cash deposit you have to give at check in that dosent show ANYWHERE on the site. There was a piece of condom wrapper literally on the side of the bed. It was disgusting and my family and I will absolutely never return! Also right in front of the main entrance there was a drug deal going on. Spend the extra money and get a better hotel!

The building where we stayed was in poor condition. People were yelling and slamming doors all hours of the night. The rings were supposed to be non-smoking, but we could smell "adult" smoke through the hallway. Several people loitering outside at all hours. The only thing I liked was that it was close to the airport. What was wrong with the place? 1. Full of cockroaches (German and large black ones. 2. Homeless people and drug users and dealers hanging out all times of day. 3. Both exit doors at the same end of motel, locked and unable to be opened- serious fire risk! 4. Hallways and room floors are filthy! No one cleaned these the entire week I was there. 5. Only 1 roll of toilet paper allowed. 6. Room was not cleaned duringy stay, and garbage was overflowing. I could go on, but I'm sure you get where I'm going. The owners should be made to stay here. Deplorable conditions the employees have to work in. Absolutely disgusting!

Stay Away! Absolutely disgusting. The front desk girl openly said they did not have house keeping right now and that they have one guy that is doing the best he can. Was told half the tvs dont work due to "switching cable companies" and that i "should" have towels and rags in my room. The printer wasnt working so i had to sign a blank paper for the contract. The card reader wasnt working so she made me write my number down so i could come pay the deposit later. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt cuz things happen so we just got our room key and wanted to get in the room and lock ourself in. The property itself is disgusting. Weird people all over. We felt very unsafe. Room was on the first floor. the hall way smelled and was just nasty. The walls the floor everything. We got into the room walked around and immediately walked out where we were greeted with roaches on the wall of the room by the door. Towels were dirty, room was disgusting, shower was brown. This place really needs to be shut down or updated.

The staff and security guards were very nice and friendly. Gladly refunded my stay 2 minutes after my family checked in and we had a glance at our room. The property itself was disgusting, the entryway to the hallway smelled of urin and the ground was filthier than a gas station lot. The hallway floors were sticky and caked with dirt. The room door had damage from what looked like forced entry. The room itself was mostly clean but the furnishings were outdated and worn. On top of these conditions, the property was crowded with questionable looking young adults. The front lobby had non guests in it all sitting watching cartoons, yelling, screaming with ripped clothes and shower caps. They seem to belong to the lady working behind the front counter. The room itself was beyond repair. There were bugs on the floors. The bathroom countertop was falling off. It was a smoking room. There was nowhere to put the toilet paper as the holder was broken. The discoloration of the walls, and the smell from the cigarettes was horrible. There was a shooting about 3 AM. The people upstairs were extremely loud all night, dragging chairs, and walking with heels on the fake hardwood floor. 7:15 an went to Check out the lobby was locked Another lady said she’s been waiting for 15 minutes. Then one of the residents I guess of the building who stays there said they usually don’t show up until 830. I threw my key inside the door and left.

This property is by far the worst I have ever stayed at, no security, drug dealing out in the open, property is in horrible shape (doors falling off hinges, roaches, toilet seats not even attached. That’s not even the worst, the worst was when people knocking on your hotel door all hours of the night. It’s very scary when you have a child and the front staff acts if it’s normal.

Ghetto is the best word I would use to describe this place. There are people using this motel as long term housing, which is very clear by their laundry hanging over the railing to dry and children’s bikes in the walkways outside of doors. The non-smoking room I got smelled immediately of extremely strong smoke, there was a roach in the room, the toilet paper holder was pulled out of the wall, and it there appeared to be human feces on the door to the bathroom. I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like this, and will never stay here again. Absolutely awful.

The hotel was very nasty. I requested two beds, they didn’t have them went in the first room. The first room hadn’t been clean. The curtains were nasty. The covers were nasty. They put me in another room. The covers were nasty where they keep the towels at that had mold, and the towels were not clean. The floors were dirty. It’s a straight trap motel. I would not recommend anyone stay here unless you’re on drugs.

I checked in walked to the smoked filled building where you had to use a sketchy side door where anyone could access because the main door to use your key didn’t work. As we walked in a man with a huge trash bag of clothes showed us how to use the side door. Walked into the smoke odor room (was supposed to be non smoking building, and room) where there were dead roaches (the actual bug) and boogers all over the walls and floors and bathroom! The sheets were all mildewed stain and other unidentified stains. Cigarette holes in all the sheets and comforter one both beds. A huge questionable burn stain on floor. The actual mattress was hanging off the frame as we walked in. I walked out to go somewhere else staff convinced me to try another room. It was the exact same state as the first one.
