Our room was changes as we were walking to it and we had to drag all of our stuff back down to front desk to check in again. The pool area was so over chlorinated that it hurt to breathe in.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. Gym weight attachments need some attention and my shower was out of body wash, but I didn't report it as I was just there 1 night. I will absolutely go back next time I am in the area.

Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was great. For the price of the room you would think they would have coffee available in the lobby included. Pool was very cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay but could find comparable properties for much less

No bar. Tried eating and knew there was a problem when host disappeared to ‘prepare’ My burger (4 item menu). No silverware (‘just ask’) and burger had been PRE-pared probably days ago No bath towels in room; just hand towels Fortunately will never have to stay there again!

A little more than an hour after checking in my wife found a bed bug in her bed. We took pics of it and killed it. Blood came out of it when we smashed it in a tissue. I went downstairs to the front desk and reported it. I was told that the pic I took was not a bed bug and that other kinds of bugs had blood in them. We packed up our belongings and checked out. We were told we could receive only a 20 percent refund or 5000 Hyatt points. Terrible service and ripped off too.

Nice newer hotel with a full bar and bar menu available. Down side is no free breakfast. We requested a handicap accessible room and the bathroom door stuck and dragged and the motorized window shades were broken. The hotel is very nice but needs better maintenance.

Hotel was nice and was in a good location. Shower tended to drip on the drain making a ting sound on the metal for quite a while. Handle on the toilet was very loose and the sink would not drain very good. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

The staff were very accommodating and active around the hotel throughout the stay. The only thing that presented some difficulties is the quality of their internet service being very subpar. It is an issue that is known to them and they are working on upgrading their service, from what I was told.

Hotel management had front desk staff members working alone that were new and struggled with the checkin and check out process. The shower kept dripping on the metal grate. For a new hotel the walls are thin and the furnace is very loud. Upon checking out the front desk couldn’t figure how to check me out because they were new. I had used my points to pay for the nights stay ahead of time. When we returned home I checked my charge account and noticed that I was charged for the room. I immediately called the hotel and the staff member stated that she would leave a note for her manager to take care of the charge. I waited all morning and never heard anything back so I called and asked for the manager. The manager stated that she was just getting ready to take care of the charge. I used the opportunity to express my concerns about the hotel and allow her to respond before I gave an on line review. She apologized for the extra charge and that she would submit a refund. That was it. No apology for the bad service or room issues. No comment about wanting us to give them another chance. Very poor management!

Absolute WORST service!!! Unable to receive my key, had checked in over the phone, extremely rude person REFUSED to look at the computer to find the information for my reservation. Kept telling me there was nothing for that night, my res was only for one night (2 in reality). She absolutely REFUSED to investigate further, would not be of any assistance, kept asking condescending questions about "what are you not understanding about check in is at 3pm?" If that's the kind of customer service given there, no thank you!! Will NOT be returning to ANY Hyatt establishments!!!

The place was pretty new and clean. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was not very good but this is typical of breakfast in the USA I think. However the breakfast was better than other places we stayed as in included fresh fruit and berries.

Had a weekend stay. In town visiting family. My stayed at the Hyatt was absolutely wonderful. Clean, quiet, room and bed very comfortable. Slept well! The breakfast was very good. Fresh and plentiful. The staff, friendly, kind and very professional.

Hotel itself is modern & clean, rooms are very spacious, love having a couch to relax on! The shower stall is great & hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in dispensers in shower, which is a plus, as a lot of hotels only give you small baby size bars of soap! Only negative things were no water bottles provided in room after a long trip… and NO restaurants around area except a MacDonalds and the on-site “restaurant” is not a sit-in, dine in one, but just a bunch of tables & chairs and a bar with bar stools.. and beware of the advertising about a restaurant. It is merely a microwaved meal , no kitchen cook or staff, the front desk receptionist took our order & prepared our meal of frozen chicken wings & fries, and a turkey sandwich! She was very friendly though and brought us water for free.
