This is a fine place to stay, though it is so new that some of their systems are still not functioning well. For instance, we wanted to use the pool Sunday morning and they needed to rebalance the PH, so my littlest was very disappointed...we really only booked this place b/c it had a pool! The staff, while generally kind, seemed to be learning the systems as they go and it wasn't clear that they had been well-trained. They have a bare-bone staff and b/c the person that picks up bar products was unexpectedly off that day, there was no cola in the bar for drinks.

Great lodging. It’s brand new, so you’d expect everything in great shape anyway, but this place was CLEAN. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. They have a lounge in the evenings that looked nice, finger foods and drinks. I didn’t partake, but did check it out. Pool room looked awesome, but I didn’t have time to try it.

Small town location, safe area to stay. The doors to the property are locked from 11 pm-6 am, so no one can enter without a key, even for the main entrance. Very clean and new facility. Our king suite was spacious: separate bedroom, full kitchen, appliances, dishware, etc.. Staff was very helpful with both televisions in the room (needed to be rebooted).

Desk attendant Bree was very nice when we checked in, the bartender made splendid cocktails, and the rest of the staff were friendly. The pool hours were convenient and there was a lovely outside patio, too bad we didn't use it due to the rain! Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here because it’s close to our family. This is our second stay. Complaints are when we checked in our room hadn’t been cleaned so they moved us to another room. The stopper on the bath tub wouldn’t stay up to drain. The pool was cold and the bottom of it was green. The fitted sheet never stays on the bed. The carpet by the door is torn You quoted us a price for the room then the hotel itself tags on misc. added fees for state and county and city tax, energy efficiency fee, safe with limited warranty fee. That’s not mentioned. The lady on the morning shift was rude and unfriendly when we asked why the pool was closed, apparently it was for an hour for chemical treatment.

This was our 4th stay here when we come out for the Vintage Market. 1st time for my sister. We were hyping up the hotel and excited to stay until… 1st TV would not work up and down the elevator a few times before my friend got it working because the eye for the remote would not work making it positional. 2. As soon as we sat down I got an instant fraud alert on my card and this was just after I paid our hotel bill. Had to shut down my card..Not Happy! This was the only place I had used my card so very suspicious….. 3. We looked forward to sitting around the fire pit and having a glass of wine… fire pit didn’t work according to the lady at the front desk…. We probably will try a different place to stay in the spring when we come down…. They probably lost us as a customer…

Nice newer property. Quiet. The cleanliness in the pool area was questionable. We also had to ask them to come and clean our room bathroom a second time before using it. The breakfast was very nice. Property seems to be well maintained.

We were at this hotel for 7 days. Our room was never serviced. We had to catch one of the housekeepers in the hallway and ask for clean towels and washcloths. The sign posted said that the rooms would be serviced on the 3rd day. The breakfast was cold, there was not much variety and the breakfast area was not very clean.

Room 101. Right next to the mechanical room. The noise was unbearable. I asked several times to change rooms. Over the course of three days, i was told ‘I don’t know how to do it’ , ‘’well that’s the noise in all the hotel, that’s how it is here’, ‘I will call you this afternoon if we’re able to switch you rooms’, never got the call. And nobody cared. I was there for work and couldn’t sleep. Never again.

For the price it’s really not bad. Rooms are very clean, parking is close to side doors and staff is very friendly and cares. Bri had to work on christmas, which I appreciate already. But she was absolutely SO kind and very helpful with the questions I had that day.

I had a room with a jointing room door. I was put next to some folks that ho regard of how loud they were. It stated around 9:00 PM and lasted until after 1:00 AM. I had o call the front desk twice and asked if they could please ask them to quiet down. I had to get up early the next morning. I got very little sleep, The front desk was NO HELP!

Our room was nice and big but the beds were very uncomfortable and tv remote did not work. The pool was closed for maintenance and that is the main reason we picked this hotel. The breakfast was very limited with no fresh fruit offered, they had brown and serve sausage, powered eggs that were dry, cereal, and waffles. They were very slow refilling the food when empty.
