Good hotel if you are coming and going a lot to do sightseeing. There is lots of free parking nearby and a car park but this is a very small area so difficult to manoeuvre if in a big car. The breakfast options were good and many. I’d stay again if in Setúbal.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean and had one of the most comfortable beds I've stayed in at a hotel. The breakfast was very nice and had a lot of choice. Parking is underground and free but not for the faint of heart or anyone with a bigger car as its very narrow. We parked in the street one day but it was fine. My only negative is that we didn't find the staff very attentive. They would usually only speak when spoken to first and didn't seem to want to help with any issues that arose. We decided to have a cocktail at the bar but they tasted terrible and when we went to pay there was no one to be seen even though there were about six people waiting.

The staff were always available and helpful. The hotel is clean and we enjoyed our stay. It is nice to have breakfast downstairs and dinner downstairs as an option, thank you so much. My one comment or suggestions. could you have a staff person park the car in your parking garage. There is so many parking spaces in your hotel but difficult to get into due to the width of the driveway. I had to park two blocks away one night, which the area is safe but it would be nice to have your car when you want the car in front or in the garage. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Clean and modern hotel. Good buffet style breakfast. Location is not close to old town. It takes 20 minutes of walking down the hill to old town or you can drive. No free parking in old town. Around the hotel there are a couple of restaurants but they either are open late for dinner or not open at all. However, there is a market next to the hotel. During the morning it sells local produces and in the evening there are a couple of food stands and bar inside the market that you get local food and drink. Saturday night we even saw flamenco dancing. Hotel has underground parking but it is narrow and steep. Luckily given the time of the year we were able to find free street parking.

The hotel itself is OK however if you’re coming with a medium car don’t tempt to park at the garage. We scratched the car, if you have not a big car just really small car can park there or amazing driver. We ate dinner which was not amazing. The room was fine. I was itching all night and felt it wasn’t clean, although there was no evidence.

L’accueil a été plutôt agréable avec une personne parlant français L’hôtel est propre mais les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles Grosse insatisfaction sur le parking… rien n’est précisé dans l’annonce que le parking n’est pas accessible aux voitures moyennes !( Ford puma). Nous sommes prévenus par l’accueil mais n’ayant pas de places dans la rue nous mettons notre voiture en sous sol et évidement en la sortant le matin nous l’abîmons. Je trouve inacceptable au vu de la qualité d’un 4 étoiles

The room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was great. Service was very good. They gave us a late check out with a 😊. However the balcony could have been better furnished. It was big, but instead of only two sunbeds, it would have been great with a table and a couple of chairs as well. The same goes for the room. Instead of only one chair, there was plenty of space for a table and one more chair. The location of the hotel is avarage, but everything can be reached with an Uber in about 10-15 minutes. All in all a good stay and a nice hotel.

Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Room had a mini fridge and tea kettle. Breakfast was good and offered fresh fruit, bread, eggs, and bacon. The area around the hotel isn’t so nice but Setubal in general is a rougher city (we were coming from Lagos area). We had a problem with the safe in our room. The safe did not work. We asked the front desk staff about it multiple times and were told maintenance would fix it. It was never fixed. That was the only problem we had. Everything else was a pleasant experience.

Great location, parking on road but didn't have a problem finding a space close by. Room was fabulous, a terrace with views over Setúbal and Tróia. Breakfast was plentiful and good to set you up for the day. It's the second time we have stayed and will definitely be back.

The staff were super nice and went out of their way to help out in every way. Great breakfast and the best place for chicken was right across the street. Would definitely recommend.

Parking is underground and free but not for the faint of heart or anyone with a bigger car as its very narrow. We parked in the street one day but it was fine. My only negative is that we didn't find the staff very attentive. They would usually only speak when spoken to first and didn't seem to want to help with any issues that arose. The property is disappointing, located in a run down residential area that is not very clean, backing dogs and animal droppings everywhere. The website pictures are misleading, the beach is several blocks away and is an industrial area. The website picture of beach are not reality. This is not a good hotel for long term stays. This is a dormitory hotel for tour buses. Everyday there are large groups that are in and out next morning. It is o.k for one night stays, but not good for longer stays. They advertise VIP access for platinum members, but basically they always don't have room for upgrade because tour groups get room priority. The front desk staff is not friendly and efficient, it seems they need basic training in hospitality. The breakfast crew was one of the exceptions, they were friendly and helpful much more than front desk staff. Ovrrall experience with front desk was not good. The noise from kitchen ventilation system was excessive in the room and was running from early morning for breakfast, lunch and late at night for late large tour groups. It took over a week to get a room change. There were some repairs needed in the bathroom that took over 3 days to get resolved. I would not recommend this hotel since there are many nicer hotels in much better areas with better prices in Setubal.

The staff were always available and helpful. The hotel is clean and we enjoyed our stay. It is nice to have breakfast downstairs and dinner downstairs as an option, thank you so much. My one comment or suggestions. could you have a staff person park the car in your parking garage. There is so many parking spaces in your hotel but difficult to get into due to the width of the driveway. I had to park two blocks away one night, which the area is safe but it would be nice to have your car when you want the car in front or in the garage. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Great location, parking on road but didn't have a problem finding a space close by. Room was fabulous, a terrace with views over Setúbal and Tróia. Breakfast was plentiful and good to set you up for the day. It's the second time we have stayed and will definitely be back.

Clean and modern hotel. Good buffet style breakfast. Location is not close to old town. It takes 20 minutes of walking down the hill to old town or you can drive. No free parking in old town. Around the hotel there are a couple of restaurants but they either are open late for dinner or not open at all. However, there is a market next to the hotel. During the morning it sells local produces and in the evening there are a couple of food stands and bar inside the market that you get local food and drink. Saturday night we even saw flamenco dancing. Hotel has underground parking but it is narrow and steep. Luckily given the time of the year we were able to find free street parking.

Room was nice and clean. We had dinner in the hotel and it severely was lacking. We were asked to order the buffet since the hotel was hosting a large group of people and the staff couldn't guarantee how long it would take if ordering off the menu. The hot food was warm and not a great selection The breakfast was the worst of the 7 hotels we stayed at while were in Portugal.Coffee was terrible and again hot food was warm The garage for parking was so tight to turn into the garage as well as making the turn onto the ramp.Thought I was going to scrape the side of the car getting in and out of the garage. Wish the staff had warned me. I would have left it on the street I would not book this hotel again

Good hotel if you are coming and going a lot to do sightseeing. There is lots of free parking nearby and a car park but this is a very small area so difficult to manoeuvre if in a big car. The breakfast options were good and many. I’d stay again if in Setúbal.

Bon accueil, belle hôtel, belle décoration, bar et restaurant sur place, ambiance cosy et chaleureuse, très belle chambre, bien équipée et confortable, très calme. Parfait pour une étape. Le dîner était très bon et le serveur très sympathique. Très bon petit déjeuner, buffet très copieux. Vaut le détour.

The hotel itself is OK however if you’re coming with a medium car don’t tempt to park at the garage. We scratched the car, if you have not a big car just really small car can park there or amazing driver. We ate dinner which was not amazing. The room was fine. I was itching all night and felt it wasn’t clean, although there was no evidence.
