I do appreciate the amount of undercover/off duty cops working security at the hotel. I think breakfast should be pushed up until 10 AM. I wish the room had an actual closet. Staff was very friendly, and helpful.

It was an overall pleasant stay, however, it was evident that the property was in need of some TLC. The blinds were not working properly. There was no information in the room to provide information on accessing amenities or local restaurants and attractions. It was an overall pleasant experience but if the issues don't get dealt with, I can see the quality of a stay going down in the future.

The room was very clean, great location for what we needed, and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and plentiful. We did not partake of the breakfast.

Hilton did not honor their price match guarantee so I booked at a cheaper rate on a 3rd party site. I don't know whose fault it is but I had 2 double queen rooms reserved but they split the reservation into 2 separate reservations. I had to share a bed with my 16 year old son because all they had left was a king room. I also did not bring my dog as planned but they still charged me for it.. actually they charged my friend's reservation for it instead of mine, but there was no dog there. We never got a copy of the bill or itemized statement, only had incorrect charges that we had to make several calls to dispute. The sinks also didn't drain and the one room didn't cool and it was mid August. The manager was incredibly rude when we had to deal with him for the dog fee refund. I will never stay at a Hilton again.
