We enjoyed our stay! The employees did their best even though they were not the best at english. The rooms are nice, the vibes are good, the view is great! I would have picked this hotel again if i were to stay there again.

Lovely place with a beautiful view of the city. We stopped here for a night on our way to Granada. It was lovely to walk around the town and the food at the resturant was hands-down some of the best we've had on the trip. Overall the hotel is lovely.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views of Loja and surrounding mountains. Room was very clean and comfortable. Onsite restaurant and cafe are reasonably priced and pretty good.

Large clean room which had a fridge. Great view down into the town. The spa was great. Lovely hotel. There is a garage to park in although we have a larger vehicle and managed to find space on the road outside. Very friendly reception staff who spoke English.
