Everyone at the hotel communicated with us very efficiently prior to our arrival. The parking garage was just next to the hotel and Giuseppe was great and met us there and took us the hotel to check in. Room was great and quite for how close we were to the main walking street, would definitely recommend for your stay in Palermo!

The hotel location, Junior Suite, breakfast, and staff were excellent. Martina, the Manager, was courteous, organized and responsive. Parking was in a garage one block away, but Martina escorted us to and from the garage thereby making the process easy.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all major sights. However, it feels more like a B&B than a traditional hotel. The reception is staffed only during check-ins or is on-call, which may not be ideal for all guests. Additionally, there isn’t much of a common area to relax in. The surrounding neighborhood is somewhat littered, but it offers plenty of local shopping and dining options. Inside the room, I found it to be larger than the typical European hotel room and very clean. However, there was an old, musty smell that detracted from the experience. The amenities are quite basic, and I noticed the absence of facial tissues. Another point to consider is the noise from nearby bars and restaurants, which can last until about 2 AM, potentially disrupting your sleep. The Expedia VIP got a bottle of wine which is always a huge plus.

This is a great place to stay. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Parking is not a big problem but both when we arrived and when we checked out, a staff member came with us to make sure all went well - and it did.

This is an excellent hotel. Very convenient and easy walking to main attractions in Palermo. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable and very spacious. This is in an old building but the floor for the hotel rooms is modern and updated. Parking is tricky. The hotel manager parked our car in a nearby garage. We didn't use it again until we left. We walked everywhere. Driving in Palermo is not easy. Hotel was a little tricky to find because it is on a narrow street and entrance is on the street. It is on the corner of one of the main streets in Palermo. Very good location. We parked on the curb and the hotel manager came out to help us and parked the car for us. You do need to text the hotel manager your arrival time to within 30 minutes.

Super modern and clean, breakfast included. Located in 1st floor with elevator. Giuseppe helped with the parking garage. Price 25€ per day… about 100m away from Hotel. They manage 8 rooms and suites there. Size of our suite was fine with bathtub and shower, minibar with extra cost, room was cleaned every day. Located in oldtown Palermo with bars, restaurants, shops and sightseeing in walking distance. Airconditioning working perfectly. No issues. Thumbs up!

The room was clean but in the toilet, there was a leak from the ceiling onto our head ! A part from that the room was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Would be nice to have bathrobes and a few more rolls of toilet paper. Almost ran out before we left.

Beautiful rooms in an exceptional location near many restaurants, shops, and sites. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. We arrived after hours and the self entry instructions were complete and clear. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended if you are staying in Palermo.

Arrived very late, but the instructions given electronically were so easy to understand. All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Cleaned immaculately. Hotel is situated perfectly for all the sites and plenty of restaurants and bars minutes walking from the hotel. Overall a great trip and when visiting Palermo again would stay here.

Service / people were great. The manager contacted us prior to our checkin to confirm time and offered transportation service from airport ( which you need !!). The room was modern, however the shower did have quite a bit of mold on the grout. The breakfast was only ok, nothing but a few sweet pastries and breads. This is not a cheap place to stay and I feel like there should have been a better selection. It is quite noisy while sleeping, it sounded like someone was moving furniture. Compare to the other European hotels we have stayed at, this was over priced for the overall experience. The only reason I gave it a 4 vs 3 is because of the people.

Wonderful location lovely room. Good air conditioning which being an American I appreciated. Only comment would be that our room faced a courtyard which was a nightclub with music. Nice music, but did not allow us to go to sleep before 11 when it stopped. Otherwise all excellent.

Prachtige B&B middenin het historische centrum. Alle bezienswaardigheden op wandelafstand. Kamer van alle gemakken voorzien en met goede geluidsisolatie. Geen last van de geluiden en gesprekken buiten ook al zaten we aan de straat met alle terrasjes. Parkeren kan via de B&B bij een parkeergarage een straatje verder. Toplocatie!

Wonderful property - I’d recommend getting the one unit that is on the 7th floor - if you are able to lug your luggage the one floor from the 6th floor elevator’s last stop to the 7th - it’s a beautiful new unit. The area is right where you want to be - very near everything but not crazy loud at night.

Martina is a super concierge. The location was perfect to walk to the Cathedral, Royal Palace, Teatro Massimo, street markets, and countless restaurants. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend it.

The property, staff, and breakfast was excellent. The key card to enter building consistently did not work and had to call staff to be let in. Car service arranged by staff never showed and had to scramble to get another taxi at 6:00 am on a Sunday.

The staff here were extraordinarily welcoming and proactively offered insights into seeing Palermo. Very spacious suite with comfortable beds and enough space for yoga in the morning. Breakfast room overlooks a palazzo with art exhibits. Coffee made to order, lovely pastries and a friendly, kind breakfast staff! Overall a very pleasant stay and one I'd return to and recommend.

Everything was super perfect! Really nice, spacious and clean hotel room. And the beds were great - we slept like small babies😃. We also used the transfer service from the airport, which worked perfectly, even though our flight was 3 hours delayed. I just updated Martina about the new arrival time and she reorganized the transport, almost in the middle of the night. The hotel is situated very close to everything you might want to see. If going to Sicilia again we will definitely stay here again❣️

This property is in a great location just off the main Maqueda street in Palermo and yet is very quiet. It is very convenient for all the attractions. This BnB is a gem. Right on the main pedestrian drag of the historic center, you can easily walk everywhere- including the station. We really enjoyed our stay and were surprised how quiet the room was in spite of the busy location. Room was clean and modern, bed was comfortable and shower was fantastic. Daily breakfast with freshly made cappuccino was a delight. Martina is a superstar and knows her city really well.
