Except for the breakfast and the cleanliness of some of the rugs, it was an overall great experience. I'd suggest at least adding scrambled eggs to every breakfast, the wraps and egg sandwiches were not so good. Also, pool and Jacuzzi are smaller than they appear in the picture

Rooms were modern and clean, ample parking. Bonus points for having EV charging stations since we came in our Tesla! Great location - A mere 10 minute drive to Lake George. Decent breakfast options though a bit limited for my lactose intolerant spouse. Overall a wonderful stay.

The property is fairly new so facility rating is helped by that. Clean lobby and pool, hot tub. Did not use gym although it looked well-equipped. The bathroom and in particular shower set up was great. Room size was ample with comfortable bed and tv was good size. Staff friendly and breakfast options were good and plentiful

What I didnt like is that in room 228, everytime you take a shower, shower pan overflows even if there is no clogged drain. Just the way it sets up that it make the bathroom room floor wet as well.

It is an exceptional property. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was one of the best we’ve been in with a terrific walk-in shower which was a pleasure to see over a traditional tub/shower. The hotel is in a convenient location right off route 87.

Staff was extraordinarily friendly, everyone from front desk to room service team. Breakfast was fantastic with great selections, even for my kid who has food allergies. The whole building was spotless and looked and felt new. Pool and jacuzzi were great. My only complaint is the water pressure in the sink and shower which was very low. Would love to stay again.

I would like to say thank you to Patty for making our check in process better than we ever had. We felt immediately welcomed , she was very sweet and kind after we had an AWFUL experience at a hotel across the street. We were instantly relieved ! Jaimee (I may have spelt that wrong ) the manager was amazing as well! You both made it so worth it for us that we plan on coming back time and time again ! Thank you!!

Our check in was a terrible experience. The Assistant Manager Jaime was extremely rude to one of my friends and then also very cold with us. No customer service kindness at all. The beds were comfortable and room was clean but the full pull-out couch was extremely low quality with the bar poking through the mattress.
