Amazing stay! Chelsea is extremely cute and cozy, the loft was extremely comfortable and quiet. Really convenient location and bonus:EV charging station that are included with the stay.

Convenient to visit the town, parking was tight, had to use a public parking lot near the hotel. 3 electronic spaces which were not being used, wasn’t sure weather we could use one late at night.

The loft was very spacious, nice, and modern. loved the bathroom heated floor. Within 1-2 minute walk, there was a nice pub (better service on Saturday to compare with Sunday), nice Italian pizza and bread place called Roberto (must try), a nice breakfast place (Palmier). 2 good restaurants are 5 min drive (Les Fougeres and l'oree du bois) What can improve: - Wi-Fi, internet speed was slow - No hair conditioner - Coffee wasn't really good - There was no regulation for electric car parking, like the non-electric car could park there, or there was no limit on how long each car could be connected But overall, it was good, and we will be back again

Room was wonderfully large, quiet and a nicely designed space and building near the park. Would recommend to anyone staying long or short term. Good eats close by but also a lovely kitchen is included in the studio room. Only draw backs were: there was no cable so couldn't watch sports especially World Series; we were on the third level and had too take the outdoor stairs which was a bit tricky for my partner -especially in the dark; would have liked a pizza or baking tray for the oven. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future!

Never saw any staff. You do your own housekeeping. A lovely looking property and room but the bed is very low and has a wooden frame that protrudes making it difficult to get up. No TV service. No outside lights on to parking at 7 am , very dark, and icy parking lot.

Check in is down the street in a seperate building. After 9pm guest will are required to call a different number that is posted on the door of the check in location. Parking is limited behind the main building where the rooms are located, if you have to park across the street, bring a flashlight, the is no lighting in the parking area. Access to certain rooms is not a simple as they make it sound.

Parking was limited and cramped and not paved. Only outside stairs to our third floor room. Stairs and platforms had standing puddles of water from rain, therefore felt somewhat unsafe especially when not lit at night. Rooms themselves were very good except for the shower which is completely open with water spray going everywhere.

The large shower was great except for a layer of soap film on the floor (unsafe), and the low bed with board surround did not suit this senior, but otherwise it was nice, and very convenient within Chelsea.

Wonderful stay again! We love this hotel and the surrounding area. Kitchen was well equipped, room was clean and cozy and the staff was courteous. We went to the spa which is minutes up the road and had two delicious dinners at the local pub. We had a room with a kitchen this time and it was great to have the option to make our own food.

Our stay was incredible! Everything about the loft was amazing! Clean, beautiful and great location. They really thought of everything and they had local products in the room which really made the stay so cozy. I will surely be back!

The proximity to the spa is perfect. The property is clean and the staff is friendly. I wasnt overjoyed with was the bed as it was a low profile bed and i dont have the best knees.

Pros: great location, The space was comfortable and upgraded amenities were a plus - the shower and heated bathroom floor. Con: the shades in the room couldn’t be pulled down the whole way… and being on the first floor by the entrance of the property facing the road and walkway with the light glaring in, made it uncomfortable, an avoidable frustration.

Room was drab, couch very uncomfortable. People walk right in front of unit so have to keep the blinds closed. Would need curtain sheers. The blinds leave open gaps so at night people could see inside if lights are open. For the price not worth it.

Beautiful rooms. Our only issue was the noise. The room above us was up until about 2am, not being overly noisy so not complaint worthy, but we could hear everything, keeping us up most of the night. Every time they moved their chairs it sounded like our ceiling was going to collapse. For a hotel, it is simply just not noise insulated enough.

There is a distinct disconnect between the reception desk and the physical location of the lofts. The reception desk is in a run down quirky what once was store a block away from the brand new state of the art lofts. The directions to find the reception desk are obscure and lead me to three other businesses to the point where frustration was the key point in my travail. Why the lofts owner doesn’t just put the reception desk in the lofts proper makes no sense at all. When we arrived the parking lot was a sheet of ice and if I had not spied a bag of sand and gingerly slid my way over to it we never would have been able to get out of the car with our luggage. When I mentioned this to the reception once I found it they seemed disinterested. If the lofts was serious about zero ice in the parking area they would install underground heating much like they have in the quirky bathrooms but not in the units. We were in unit 105 on the ground floor and sound proofing is not the best so we were awake half the night as our neighbors could be heard stomping across the floor upstairs. Would I stay here again?

I was a little confused at where to go to check in, as its an actual store. Just not what i was expecting. But it was easy! They even sent a text asking when they can expect you, and will answer any questions. Otherwise great place to stay! Walking distance to restaurants in town and a 10 min walk to the spa. Parking was easy! I would totally stay again.

This was my second trip here with my mom and it was fantastic! It's the perfect destintation to stay to explore Gatineau Park and/or to visit the Nordik Spa. Majority of restaurants in the area are within walking distance. The staff are always polite and accommodating to our needs. This may turn into an annual destination for our Mother-Daughter trip!

This was a perfect spot close to Nordik Spa. It is modern, clean, in nature. Close to pubs and cafes. Only slight downside is the check in is not right on site.

This was a great place to stay after spending the day at The Nordik Spa. A refreshing place to go that is not your typical hotel room. The room had guest robes, homemade local soaps and creams and was fresh and modern. A very comfortable bed made for the perfect rest after a peaceful day. The Chelsea Pub is within very close walking distance and had amazing food and drinks. All in all, had a wonderful stay. We also were able to pick up some lovely local handmade items in the boutique where you check in/out. Would definately stay here again!

The Chelsea pub, Bistro and Palmier were all within walking distance and are excellent dining experiences. We came for Spa Nordik and had a fantastic time. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed everything about this accommodation. It was bike-friendly which for us, meant we could keep our bikes in our room. La Cignale - great ice cream, 5 minute walk away.
