Hôtel propre, bien situé juste à côté de l’aéroport avec un parking spacieux. Nous y sommes restés une nuit dans la suite. Hotel de passage.

Cqr pqrking has issue, my car hit the bottom as I enter the parking, wrong calculations with the hill

Rooms and hotel are spotlessly clean. Bedrooms large, bathrooms too. Lots of hot water and great pressure in the shower. Totally safe parking in their underground parking garage. Breakfast is amazing.

Room service was not available

For a 4 star, cleaning rooms is expected daily. It is done every 3 days. Stayed for 7 days and the breakfast. Terrible. Only few items and same every day. No lounge area. One dining area for breakfast. Lunch. & dinner. Hotel facilities not great. Staff ok.

Parking is underground, but can be tough to maneuver. Also limited spots but good amount of parking space.

Parking was easy and secure. The hotel was really dark however and hard to see sometimes in communal areas.

Unfortunately, the hotel is below average; 1- The receptionist is not helpful ( not all of them) 2- No room service after 8 3-if u ask for anything over the phone they will said yes yes we will help u, then they don’t actually help. 4- Room are very small ( don’t believe the photos) 5 - No blanket/ Duvet but only a Sheet on the bed and we ask them for a blanket/ Duvet, the receptionist said we will send you one but nothing arrived.

Très bon accueil et hôtel bien situé à proximité du tram pour un accès rapide dans la vieille ville. Chambre propre et bien équipée et excellent petit déjeuner. Le parking gratuit couvert est très appréciable.

No frill hotel for the money it wasn’t super clean, but it was OK. Parking was a challenge. Very small garage tough for big cars. The rooms are hot and if you don’t leave your key in the slot for electricity while you’re not in the room, it shuts down that’s why it’s hot

Sehr laut Eingangtüren knallen.Fenster katastrophal nicht dicht 5cm spalt sehr lautes Verkehr man hätte bessere Schall geschützte Fenster benutzen können.Von Badezimmer kommt kanalasition geruch ekelig. Ich war schon mal in diesem Hotel wo es neu eröffnet wurde jetzt ist es runtergekommen.

Otel konum olarak son derece iyi fakat çarşaflarda leke, havalandırma kontrol ve köşe noktalarda çok toz vardı ve özellikle yol üstünde bir oda alırsanız tüm ses içeride cam ve duvar izolasyonu yok sayılır. Dekorasyon ve restoran bölümü çok şık ve başarılı fakat otel için aynı şeyleri söylemek çok zor.

We booked Suite Room with Terrace room it was totally different than the picture in the picture looked huge but turn up small darkroom and it was very dirty dust were everywhere the bed sofa there was lot of was rubbish underneath no ironing board there no iron booked for 2 night we stayed one night and then we checked out and went to different hotel. I went to the reception to complain all they did that you removed us to a different room which was next to it and it was similar, and because we couldn’t get our money back, we had to stay for a night.

• Cleanliness: There was hair on the bed and a dirty blanket stored on the upper shelves, clearly used by previous guests. • Comfort: The room was very small, the air conditioning was weak, and the door was old and worn out. • Noise: There was constant noise from the tram and cars, especially in apartment 413. The sound insulation was extremely poor — almost nonexistent. • Other Issues: The TV was tilted and poorly mounted. I do not recommend staying here.

A very modern hotel with great "Skandi" styling. Excellent staff who really do try thier best to help you out. Its a little dated and needs a little touch up, a few chipped paint issues and broken stools, the cleaning staff are quite small so miss the dust in the high areas. Issues with air conditioning as in turkey they prefer to have hot bedrooms in winter months, why each room isnt seperate to choose i didnt understand. DONT stay in the 11/12/13/14 numbered rooms as they are south facing and get sunlight all day and heat the rooms up unbearably. They also face the VERY busy road.

Great deco and interior design, but you can hear the traffic outside all the time. AC does not work the best either. There is a smell in the sewer.

Odaların mimarisi çok anlamsızdı, deluxe odadaki küvet tamamen yer kaplayan, hiçbir şekilde içine ne girmek, ne su doldurmak ne de yıkanmak için uygundur. Resmen odaya girişte sinir bozan bir yapısı vardı. Odada yerde su gideri vardı. Yazık o betona, yıkılıp yerine bir koltuk konsa daha mantıklı olur. Lobi düzeni, çalışanlar çok iyiydi. Odaya ütü istedik, parça başı 2 eu'ya ütü yapılıyordu. İş gezisi olduğu için idare ettik ancak duşun ve wc'nin oda içinde sadece paravanla bölünmüş olması da konfordan uzaktı. Camlar dışarıdan, özellikle ana yoldan ses geçiriyordu. Fiyat performans değerlendirmesinde çalışanlar harici vasat bir otel diyebilirim.

Rooms a lot smaller than they look in the photos. Ours was concrete walls, floors and ceiling and could hear our extremely loud American neighbour's when they arrived at 4am, through the walls. Wouldn't stay again

Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Das minimalistisch Design entspricht meinem Geschmack. Ein großes Defizit für mich ist die Lautstärke. Selbst wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, hält es den Strassenlärm nicht ab. Für meinen viertägigen Städtetrip war es okay, hatte ein gutes Preisangebot.

Design of rooms is terrible! Definitely not soundproof rooms.

Very nice hotel , but there is no room service at the time of the check in which made us wait 2 hours to check in, i booked a child on Expedia but they made me pay again at the property. Rooms are nice but extremely small

The beds are placed on a concrete slap with high chance of flipping at night with high health and safety risk Rooms got a large column leaving no room to move around the bedroom The windows are not sound proof. Can hear detailed noises from the car and children's voices in the street

Snyggt designat hotell med mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Belysningen rent allmänt och i rummen kunde vara bättre. Skulle önska bättre städning av alla utrymmen. Det är inte ett hotell för den ljudkänsliga då det är extremt dåligt isolerat och alla ljud går igenom väggarna.

Our stay at AG hotels Antalya was highly pleasant. All staff provided exceptional service and were very accommodating with any requests we made; especially shamsuddin and merve ! The rooms were cleaned/restocked daily to an immaculate level. The hotel is highly modern and aesthetically pleasing.

Yoldan geliyorsunuz otelde karşılama görevlisi yok.Valizleri yorgun argın odamıza çocuklar ile beraber çıkardık.Oda kartı verdiler odaya girdik ki başkalarının eşyaları var.Resepsiyona indiğimde dolu odayı verdiğinden haberi yok.Zaten resepsiyonda 1 kişi vardı.Başka görevli yok dendi.Yeni oda kartı odayı açmıyor.Kapı bozuk.1gün sonra denizden geldik kapı yine açılmıyor.Neymiş telefonla yan yana geldiği için magnetiği bozulmuş.İşin yoksa defalarca in çık.

Had a great experience at this hotel it is very clean and nicely decorated. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My friend forgot his ring in the bathroom and had a flight to catch so he was already on the way to the airport. The hotel staff sent the ring over in a taxi for him so he wouldn’t miss his flight. Amazing service we will definitely return to this hotel next time we are in Antalya.

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. I cannot begin to write about the many negatives of our 6 night stay. I would like to add I never leave reviews, Let alone bad ones. The maids did not clean our room once, Did not make the bed, Left our tea cups dirty and on countertops and never replaced. We had to ask for towels every day because they would take all of the towels and leave one body towel, one hand towel and one foot towel. You cannot get ANY help from the front desk regarding this. My friend had a surgery and we needed towels to make warm compresses and were told housekeeping was closed. Could not request blankets either, initially there was only one sheet on our bed. Taxis were extremely hard here as it is competing companies and none of the taxi apps would pick us up. They turned our room up to 80 degrees every day and the front desk actually LAUGHED when we complained and told us it was central AC so they could do nothing. I could go on about this. There is no shortage of surprises. Even our trashcans in the room were filled to the brim. The view is horrible and the area is sketchy and unwalkable. Please save yourself the hassle and ignore the reviews I initially trusted.

Very good modern hotel with not high price. Its about 20 minutes away walking from best district in Antalya - Old City.

Hated my stay at AG hotels. This was so disappointing and embarrassing for me. I brought my guests to this hotel only for them to receive a room with dirty unchanged sheets and non locking washroom doors. What kind of hotel has a wide gap between the washroom door? There is no privacy. The hotel staff was extremely untrained and unprofessional they don’t know anything about the city or tourist questions. I was totally scammed by the location. Not walking distance to main attractions or the beach. The brochure at the hotel said the nearest beach was 3 km away. When I took an uber to that exact beach it was 30 mins drive - what kind of a lie was that? I asked for housekeeping for my guest’s room, and they didn’t even fix the bed properly? I had to pay for extra water as they did not even have a water cooler to refill my water bottle. What kind of nonsense. The hotel didn’t have basic facilities required for a hotel, no gym, workspace or anything. When we arrived early I asked for early check in, they didn’t have the rooms available which is fine and understandable but then I asked for my bags to be stored in a storage area or somewhere private and they told me “ no space” so my bags were just out in the middle of the lobby. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is the fact that they were able to arrange taxis to my locations fast. Asked staff what are some good restaurants near by and they told me the hotel restaurant is the best 😐

Beautiful hotel - very modern and chique - good size room and great bathroom with a good shower. Convenient location close to the tram and bus stops with regular service to the airport or the otogar.

Nice hotel, aesthetically. Conveniently located for everything with tram to airport and shopping/sights on doorstep for just 70p per journey. Bed and pillows uncomfortable, room was on busy highway with tram and cars, etc., so lots of traffic noise 24 hours, no chance of a peaceful lie in. Breakfast buffet wasn’t much and basically the same thing every day. Overly swept Apple juice only. Restaurant choice wasn’t much and tagliatelle overcooked with no cheese taste, I could not eat. AC on but room still very hot

We stayed only one night due to proximity of the hotel to the airport. Very clean and stylish hotel. Staff working at reception were very polite. Breakfast is ok not the best.

The hotel is beautiful and all the staff were very nice and accommodating. My only critique is the extra services are quiet expensive and I booked breakfast for my stay and they didn’t tell us tea and orange juice were not included which meant we had to pay extra after our stay. Our rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed. The hotel smelt amazing and it’s not too far from the airport and the city centre.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is very good for the rate. Orange juice or any other juice for breakfast is an additional charge. Negatives are, the room smelled of stale water and there was a pool of water in front of the hotel from overwatering the plants. Not convenient when getting in and out of cabs.
