Alles sauber, aber das sollte ja auch eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein. Parken vor Ort fast nicht möglich, die angebotene Tiefgarage ist mit 18€ schon sehr teuer. Tolle Lage, nur ein kurzer Fußweg zur Innerstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof. CheckInn war unkompliziert und bei Fragen sind unter der Woche Ansprechpartner vor Ort.

Schönes Appartement mit Küchenzeile, Waschmaschine und Trockner im EG. Durch die vielen Baustellen keine Parkplätze vorhanden, die Tiefgarage ist super, aber für kurzen Aufenthalt etwas teuer. Personal war sehr freundlich, danke.

Die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber, einfaches Check-In. Es gibt fürs Brera reservierte Parkplätze im Parkhaus nebenan. Zu Fuß in die Stadtmitte sind es ca. 10-15min. Mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen war angenehm, wenn Fenster geschlossen war, wars stickig, ob es eine Klimaanlage gibt - unklar.

Die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber, einfaches Check-In. Es gibt fürs Brera reservierte Parkplätze im Parkhaus nebenan. Zu Fuß in die Stadtmitte sind es ca. 10-15min. Mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen war angenehm, wenn Fenster geschlossen war, wars stickig, ob es eine Klimaanlage gibt - unklar.

Die Unterkunft ist neu, sehr komfortabel 6nd es ist alles vorhanden um für einige Tage gut wohnen zu können. Einzig das Parken gestaltet sich sehr schwierig. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe keine öffentlichen Parkplätze. Die Nutzung der Tiefgarage für 18 Euro pro Tag ist sehr teuer aber wohl unumgänglich.

Wir waren das aller erste Mal in Ulm und haben dieses Hotel gebucht und waren mehr als zufrieden! Es hat super einfach geklappt, wir waren begeistert von der Sauberkeit, der Lage und dem Zustand des Hauses. Sehr modern und man hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wir waren das aller erste Mal in Ulm und haben dieses Hotel gebucht und waren mehr als zufrieden! Es hat super einfach geklappt, wir waren begeistert von der Sauberkeit, der Lage und dem Zustand des Hauses. Sehr modern und man hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Zimmer ist gut. Sehr viel Verkehrslärm, Baustelle Klimaanlage wäre sinnvoll. Sonnenschutz auf der Dachterrasse wäre toll.

check in vorher erledigt aber zimmer war 15.15 uhr noch nicht fertig sodass keine karte ausgedruckt werden konnte. servicetelefon war behilflich. ab 7 uhr baustellenlärm, bei geschlossenem fenster akzeptabel.

Zusammengefasst: Schrecklicher Anfang, hervorragendes Ende. Ausgührlich: Die Begrüssungsmail wurde im Mailprogramm des iPhone mit weisser Schrift auf weissem Hintergrund dargestellt, war bei sehr grossem Zoom immer noch schwer lesbar. Zwei Nachrichten die ich über das Nachrichtensystem von Expedia verschickt hatte (nach der Buchung) blieben ohne Antwort. Der Check-In geht nur Online. Beim Ausfüllen eines Formulars auf dem iPhone wurden die Formularfelder übergross dargestellt, so dass die Eingaben selbst nicht sichtbar waren. Jetzt kommt der gute Teil: Ich muss wohl während des Ausfüllens etwas verwirrt geguggt haben, weil daraufhin eine sehr freundliche Dame auf mich zukam und uns bereitwillig alles gezeigt hat und uns auch zum Fahrradkeller geführt hat. Das Appartment selbst ist einwandfrei. Sehr sauber, geräumig, alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Da ich erst um 20.45 buchen konnte wollte ich schnellstmöglich einchecken. Da das self checkin desk eine störung hatte, konnte ich nicht einchecken. Telefonisch und per mail war niemand erreichbar. Deshalb habe ich ein anderes zimmer in ulm gebucht. Die meldung das mein zimmer bereit sei kam um 22.20 !!! Da war ich schon lange im amderen hotel im bett.

Ulm war für uns ein Zwischenstop auf der Heimreise von unserem Urlaub. Die Unterkunft haben wir schön öfter genutzt. Sie liegt nahe zur Innenstadt und bietet die Möglichkeit eines - gegen Aufpreis - nutzbaren Garagenstellplatzes. Von dort gelangt man unmittelbar ins Appartement. Dort ist alles notwendige für einen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war in einem sauberen Zustand. Der digitale Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert. Daher gerne wieder.

A nice apartment with a good layout (except the bathroom) and an okay location despite all the construction nearby. However the room had a strong cigarette odour which could not be resolved with open windows. The unit was also quite marked up from previous guests and the bathroom towels were very worn out.
