We stayed here as a base for the Game Fair and it was a great location for that. We didn’t really explore the area much but we did get pizza from The Hertford which was good. There wasn’t any garden chairs and is it was lovely weather this was a bit amid a shame as the domino was in the courtyard a fair bit. The cottage was pretty, tidy, clean and cosy. No welcome package was a bit of a shame as this has become pretty standard for holiday cottages and the garden was overrun with bindweed which made it look a little unkempt.

The cottage could use newer curtains,bed spread,and definitely a new couch the stairs are scary,wobbly and broken at the bottom step.the cottage is far from other towns and restaurants you definitely need a car.the kitchen was nice with everything you would need.we stayed 1week.internet was good.the heat was broken for 2 days in March so the house got cold but the management company was quick to respond
