Its a shame as this hotel has potential. All it needs is a little TLC and it might be classed as a 4star. This is very clearly a 3 Star hotel maybe a 3 and half star. The restaurant is sun standard. Pool areas decent. My rooms sink kept getting blocked. The bed side lights took 3 days to fix. But the worst part was the ceiling had damp and the paint kept falling on the dressing table daily. A little disappointing. Overall, the room was comfortable but as i said, falls short of a 4 star for now but could easily be fixed. Lastly i booked because of the Spa which was Closed. If i knew i would t have booked. Bit misleading. Oh and the gyms equipment werent working either. Safe to say i wouldn’t be staying again until improvements are made

Really great for a chilled out holiday been to hotel a few times. Unfortunately accomadation outside lights not working for a few days and really dark and steps full of leaves so slipped on stairs. House keeping was missed a few days and not cleaned properly also asked for extra coffee and milk never received them. Unfortunately dud not find the female reception staff member very friendly and when pointed out a few issues was not apologetic and was like it was an issue to raise concerns. But hotel is beautiful and peaceful and nicky who does beauty treatments is amazing and so friendly give her 5 stars

Unfortunately the property is in need of updating and is nowhere near any local conviences. You really need a car if you are staying here. They seemed understaffed and some of the staff didnt seem like they wanted to be there at all! Rooms were very basic and need modernisation, spa wasnt in use and neither was the roof bar. Indoor pool had a ceiling falling down. Very understocked bar, which is no good when there is nowhere to go in the area. Such a shame as i expected far more for my money.

Hôtel très calme, le hall d'accueil très bien décoré, Le personnel restauration et d'accueil très accueillant, disponibles, souriant. Le quartier ou se situe l'hôtel est très propre et sécurisant, à 200m des plages. Petit bémol concernant le spa-hammam je ne les ai jamais vue en fonction. La piscine très jolie, l'eau à bonne température. En demi pension, le petit déjeuner rien à redire très correct. Le diner, les plats sont toujours les mêmes, 3 entrées - 3 plats (pas de très grande qualité) - 2 desserts. lorsque vous faites un séjour d'une semaine, c est rébarbatif. Il y aurai une amélioration urgente dans se domaine.

La reservation recu par l'établissement de votre part etait seulement pour une personne et non deux adultes et un enfant. La chambre preparee initiallement ne convenait donc pas: lit simple. L'hôtel, après 15 min d'attente, nous a trouvé une chambre en nous disant que c'etait la seule disponible Chambre 228 avec le plafond moisi, les draps qui sentaient le moisi, pancarte dans l'ascenseur qui s'arrête a 226. Ca devait etre une chambre non utilisee. Je ne suis vraiment pas satisfait de votre service sur ce coup là (erreur de votre part davoir transmis une resa d'une personne et non 3). Je ne sais pas si c'est votre mode de fonctionnement pour les nuits gratuites mais ca nous a gâché notre derniere nuit de vacances. El personal es super amable. Y está a 7 kms del aeropuerto. Eso es lo único bueno. Lastimosamente el hotel es muy viejo y dejaron de invertir en él hace muchos años. Los baños tienen baldosas agrietadas o resquebrajadas. Las puertas son de madera maciza. Televisor viejo. La cama hacía mucho ruido cada vez que me movía en la noche, el colchón necesita cambiarse. Toallas y sabanas en regular estado. El aseo podria ser mejor, había migas de comida en el piso. Desayuno estándar, nada especial. Vaya a otro sitio.

Quiet with only one restaurant opposite the hotel which was excellent. Hotel is very tired and minimal effort in my room as far as updating. Covering mould with silicone is not the way….very poor. Cleaning the room was a bare minimum…very disappointing.

Staff were not very welcoming, took three tries to get in the room with an electronic keycard resorted to a key after the third trip back to reception. Bathroom lots of mouldy silicone around the bath. Bed linen did not look that clean. Bathroom towels weren’t white anymore just a pale sort of grey. Breakfast was ok there was lots of choice. The room was of a good size with a large bed and aircon was very good. Reception area was very good , but the rooms did not compare. The room I would liken to a holiday inn standard definitely not a four star.

Only the main electricity switch in the room worked. It was impossible to separately turn off the lights in the bathroom and in the sleeping room, only all lights at once. The AC didn't work properly. It was also very noisy, for example when other guests closed their room doors. The floor in the room felt sticky. The hotel personell was very kind and helping though, so no issues there.

I recently stayed at EHotel, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The entire place is in dire need of maintenance and renovation. The rooms were dirty, the beds uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The front desk staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to any issues raised. The only bright spot was the bartender, who was friendly and professional, but unfortunately, that alone can’t make up for the rest of the hotel’s shortcomings. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they address these serious issues.

The staff is excellent and very nice, and the lobby looks great, but the state of the rooms is *terrible* - electrical switches hanging from the walls, paint peeling off the ceiling, TV and Phone didn't function, stains on the curtains. Just awful.

Great place to relax. Staff are great. Excellent service. Dated hotel, no facilities in the room. No tea or coffee or even a kettle. Had to ask for cups for water. No water given, one needs to come prepared.

The hotel is very outdated, it really should be shut down and completely renovated. The rooms and the common areas as well as the pool are in desperate need of renovation. The breakfast was quite poor quality. Hotel staff seemed to have heard it all many times before, as when we pointed out all the cracks in the floors, he just shrugged. We checked out the next day and found something much better.

The hotel is nice, quiet but remotely located from the airport with no shuttle to late comers. Pre arranged taxi cost 25€ , better than any offer we heard about. The staff is great and breakfast offer was excellent. Few faults: air-conditioning in the room wasn’t operating. The fridge leaking water all over. The hotel doesn’t respond to messages sent via the booking

Hotellet er bra og frokosten holder også grei standard. Når det gjelder service så varierer det fra meget bra til helt elendig. Vil spesielt fremheve det som skal være hotellets ansikt utad, nemlig resepsjonistene. Her var det null interesse og absolutt fravær av service desverre !

We stayed at E Hotel Spa & Resort Cyprus for one night before our next flight and it was a really good experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, which made it perfect for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything worked smoothly for us. A great choice if you need a pleasant stopover!

I recently stayed at EHotel, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The entire place is in dire need of maintenance and renovation. The rooms were dirty, the beds uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The front desk staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to any issues raised. The only bright spot was the bartender, who was friendly and professional, but unfortunately, that alone can’t make up for the rest of the hotel’s shortcomings. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they address these serious issues.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, the staff are very friendly. 10 walking distance to the beach of Faros, quite nice beach and relaxing. The only issue about the area is that you need to hire a car or to have the bus schuddle to the center of Larnaca. Bus no 429 to the airport or the center on finish at 8:30 to 9pm on weekdays and waiting time +60 but on weeknd waiting time is 2 hours which is long.

The hotel is very outdated, it really should be shut down and completely renovated. The rooms and the common areas as well as the pool are in desperate need of renovation. The breakfast was quite poor quality. Hotel staff seemed to have heard it all many times before, as when we pointed out all the cracks in the floors, he just shrugged. We checked out the next day and found something much better.

Unfortunately the property is in need of updating and is nowhere near any local conviences. You really need a car if you are staying here. They seemed understaffed and some of the staff didnt seem like they wanted to be there at all! Rooms were very basic and need modernisation, spa wasnt in use and neither was the roof bar. Indoor pool had a ceiling falling down. Very understocked bar, which is no good when there is nowhere to go in the area. Such a shame as i expected far more for my money.
