Upstay Modern Home w Pool, Games & BBQ - Sleeps 18

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and we really enjoyed our time here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay, and I would happily stay here again.

Mixed reviews for this property. It’s ran by a management company and there is an extra charge for everything … propane, crib, high chair, heating of the pool. Also to note, the management company gives hand towels and bath towels only (no wash clothes due to sanitary reasons). I had to call for extra amenities and they did bring them. The management company was responsive when I had to call. But I had to call because the top floor got up to 81 degrees in the afternoon. Sent someone out and recharged the system but it never got cooler during the day. I think the exhaust for the top floor dryer is making it hotter. When we ran the dryer it was always hotter. The maintenance was mediocre at best, and it was definitely bare bones in terms of amenities but did serve the purpose. I didn’t feel value of the property especially for the rate we were paying. We didn’t use it for location (ie close to Disney) so again we paid a higher rate and didn’t get anything but bare bones.There is a gate which requires everyone to show ID and QR code each time you arrive. Parking is no joke—they send you the requirements at check in time. We were initially intrigued about the resort pool but upon arrival found that it was almost 1.4 miles from the house (driving distance not walking) and the pictures make it seem much bigger than it actually is. We ended up using the pool at our house instead.Overall, just meh—-no value for price point, some weird management company policies.

House was clean and Host was excellent with responding to my questions and needs

The pool/patio area was very small, not really enough walking space for 10 plus people. The host added extra fees for everything, heating up hot tub/pool. Communication was okay, I guess. The parking rules were a bit over the top, if you parked the wrong way, your vehicle was subject to be towed. Too many crazy unnecessary rules/regulations. In the near future I will not be using the host again.

Everything was top notch. Exactly where a person celebrating her birthday deserves to be. I loved it and so did my family and friends! We will definitely book this house again and again!
