This hotel is fairly new. It’s in a really good location. I recommend it. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The carpets in the lobby and hall ways need cleaning. The breakfast is okay.

The first room of my two rooms on a three night stay, was right next to the freeway; it was incredibly loud during the night. I asked to be moved to another room because of the noise, which HI accommodated. In the second room, the shower wouldn’t transition from the bath to the shower. I told the front desk about it, and while the woman at the front desk was very nice about it, the maintenance people told me I needed to use a “little more elbow grease” to turn on the shower. I suggested to them that they fix the shower rather than me using elbow grease they said OK we have to go to Home Depot and they apparently go to Home Depot and finally fix the shower. Next, the carpeting in the rooms was filthy. Finally, after the shower fiasco, I asked the front desk to have housekeeping come in and clean the room they never did. I would NOT stay here again. Thank you.

The staff at this hotel is AWESOME! Super easy to work with and so understanding when I screwed up my own reservation. The lights constantly going off is pretty annoying... I understand it is California code, but I find it pretty hard to work with, having to get out of bed every 10-15 minutes to turn the light back on to read.

The highway noise is noticeable, but not terrible. Heavier drapes might help. The TV did not want to sync with phone for streaming, never had that problem before. Called front desk and they patched me through to tech support, after two minutes on hold, I hung up. Disappointing as live TV was limited. Hallway and neighboring door slams are very annoying all night, the vestibule in the room echoed the noise. The heavy doors make a lot of noise.

The hotel was nice, but the electrical in room 204 was screwy. The lights behind the bed would not stay on, the beside lamps kept turning off. The bathroom lights dimmed back and forth.

Very nice and clean hotel. Super comfortable bed, large TV, super roomy bathroom with plenty of room to put all your toiletries and other bath items on the counter. Most hotels don't have a lot of counter space in the bathroom like this one did. We felt a nice conformity feeling staying here. No completions at all regarding noise or cleanliness. Only negative i can speak on is the fact that the room is motion activated so the TV, lights and AC will turn off if no movement is detected. But i do understand the need to conserve energy, so I'm not mad at it, just a little different and took some getting used to. The lighting in the room was nice and warm, not super bright and LED type lights like most places have (can't stand those). I also like that they trash cans were large, round type ones, not the small skinny ones that most hotels have. Very modern and stylish decor. The 12pm checkout is a major PLUS as well! Will 100% stay again if i ever am in the area! Thanks Holiday Inn!

My recent stay at this location was very disappointing. I paid for a 1 King Size bedroom, however, I was placed in room with two beds. The front desk attendant was very rude and dismissive when I asked about my accommodations. I was told rooms were all sold for the night and that was all he could offer me. I will never choose this location as my primary choice for business traveling. I frequent this location at least 3 times a month, that will no longer be the case.

I came there to attend a wedding. Transportation was supposed to have been provided, but there was a mixup and it never arrived. However an employee of yours Ms. Heidi R offered to drive me a complete stranger to the venue about 30 miles away so that I could attend. Thanks to her and whomever she works for. Staff not helpful when I asked for room on other side of hotel (away from freeway). Told I could either have original room selection or first floor room (single female traveler). Just rude - was told if I walked in the room I’d have to stick with that room.

It’s in a very convenient location, close to the freeway and waking distance to shopping, restaurants and movie theater. All staff were very friendly! It included breakfast too which made it very easy to get going in the mornings. There’s also a coffee place right across the parking lot with very good food if you want to skip or miss the breakfast times. It was a very easy and convenient place to stay!

We absolutely loved staying here! The property is so nice. The front desk was very efficient and kind. The bed was as soft as a pillow and the sheets were buttery soft! The bathroom and shower were extremely nice and I loved the added touch of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash already in the shower! The breakfast was good, but ran out of a lot of options by 8 am. This was a 10/10 stay!

The room was fine although the refrigerator did NOT work and the tub/shower drain was funky. The biggest thing was they advertise hot full breakfast but there was none all 3 mornings we stayed. Something about the oven was broken. Seemed like a very poor excuse since it was apparently never fixed. You base your decisions to book on the hotel & amenities it offers. There was very little remorse or very little motivation to try & fix the situation. Would NOT stay there again!!

I am not sure if the property is under new management but I have stayed at this site several times over the last 2 years and things just aren't the same. My last to visits I have noticed the breakfast has gotten very limited and just not kept up with freshness. Coffee a lot of times is empty and have to ask for it, when I am running out the door to get somewhere the last thing I want to do is wait for hot coffee.

My husband and I were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness is impressive. We stayed in a Standard King room and it was excellent! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big. It was easy to control the room temperature. A warm breakfast is included. Oh and the rate was great! Will definitely stay here again.
