We always have a great time when we stay at this hotel. The breakfast is always good, the room is always clean and the pool is always warm. However, this time I was a little disappointed because the fridge in our room did not work and one of the two beds was not very comfortable. Seemed to be worn and should be replaced. Other than that we had a great time and will be back again.

Only negative was that the faucet in the bathroom was set in a REALLY weird position that make it hard to wash your hands. Need to have a LONGER nozzle on the faucet if you're going to put it in the corner of the sink. Positives were: Super CLEAN, Yummy breakfast, nice outdoor sitting area to congregate with larger groups, and walking distance to Cabela's. Highly recommend staying at this location. Thanks for the great stay.

Gorgeous area and Hotel. Designed with the guest and their families in mind 🙂 Beautiful pool area, great HOT breakfast buffet. The staff are always acknowledging the guests as they walk by. The morning free breakfast was perfect! The parking lot was full a couple times and the front desk people were super nice and had me park in handicap. I’m a disabled vet and that was very nice. It was a great experience!

Weird lamp permanently attached to desk/table in middle of room. Crappy linens and towels. Slow computers caused long long check in wait for just me. Pool looked like a tropical lagoon, yuck, and pool was leaking to outdoors.

When I arrived for check in my 3rd party reservation was not in the system. Jennifer and her associate at the front desk went above and beyond to make it right and our stay was very enjoyable. However, the mattress was very uncomfortable and the room temperature was uncontrollable.

We were booked into a smoking room (even though its a "no smoking" hotel. I left my wife by the door of our room and went down to reception to change the room. THERE WAS NO ONE TO BE FOUND ANYWHERE FOR 30 MINUTES!!(EVEN THOUGH I WENT BACK TO THE ROOM AND PHONED ALL THE SERVICE NUMBERS TO NO AVAIL). When we finally were assigned another room (more than an hour after we checked in) the very heavy wooden clothes hanger fell out the wall on my wife, and if she had not been able to hold it would have crushed her toes. It was fixed by screws into the plasterboard and was MUCH TOO HEAVY TO HAVE BEEN INSTALLED THAT WAY!!!

Worst experience of my life. The front desk lady refused to check us in and tried to charge us again for our stay claiming she couldn’t find our reservation, she then said she found our reservation but it hadn’t been paid. I showed her my receipt and she then told me Expedia hadn’t sent the hotel the information and told us to leave the property that we could contact Expedia outside and then have Expedia contact them. I asked for her name and her manager’s and she refused to tell me her name. She said her manager would contact us the following morning which she never did.

There’s tons of fabulous restaurants & entertainment within walking distance. The hotel itself was very clean, festive, and bright. Our room was as advertised, clean, quiet, comfortable, and even had a welcoming message with extra touches throughout the space. We were very impressed. A great value for the price!

Everything was perfect except the breakfast was not diverse enough. Not everyone likes western style spicy eggs and turkey sausage. Some people like that type of breakfast but an offering of traditional eggs and sausage would have been a better option along with the spicy breakfast option. I have a low blood sugar problem and really need protein for breakfast, however, I had to eat elsewhere so probably won’t stay here again .
