This place is like a diamond in the rough. Looks simple from the outside but the best room I’ve stayed at on my trip. Very clean, comfortable and all the necessities. My only complaint is that they did not have a dispensing ice machine. They had ice for customers, but I took the last bag, and there were no more available. They half fill a standard ice bucket and I would have liked more ice.

This was a small place out off the beaten path by about 20 minutes that was half the price of the hotels. It was super clean and quiet in a small town. I would stay again! It’s clean and comfortable! Not a lot of amenities but we don’t need them to get a good nights sleep!

The hotel has obviously undergone extensive remodeling. Everything seemed fresh and new. There was no reception area, everything was done via text and self-serve, which was a new concept for us. But we could reach someone by text between 9am and 10pm. The outer doors don't lock, but lots of security cameras around. The back patio area was nice, and the only improvement would be to enclose it to keep out most of the bugs. I liked the old-school vibe of everything, but my room was missing the pretty pendant the other rooms seemed to have. The last thing is the windows facing the parking lot could use roller shades to block out the light as the curtains didn't quite get the job done.

Very immaculately clean rooms, bed was a little stiff for my husband but i prefer that. Parking lot was only issue as the entrance and exit from highway were not cleared from the snow being plowed on the main highway and a large ridge of snow was needing to get through to just get in parking lot. It made it look at first the motel not be open as no snow seemed to be cleared from driveway just tracks made by previous cars and many of the parking stalls were covered still in snow. That was where the concerns ended though as the selfcheckin key area was user friendly, the hotel itself inside and out was lit up very well making it seem inviting. The rooms and bath and sink areas in the 2 rooms we stayed were very clean. Updated tvs with roku and streaming services just like at home made our quick stay with teen kids more pleasant. Service provided from local motel rep via text earlier in day was very courteous and helpful.

There were a lot of workers outside drinking so we had no place to sit when we went outside. There were mosquitoes and wasps everywhere inside the sheltered area. Hair in the bathroom shower. Sheets and room seemed clean. More mosquitoes in the room. Beds were a little older and small pillows. Spraying for bugs would help a lot.

I knew by booking this was a small hotel, and there was no front desk etc. What I didn’t except was killing 4 spiders in our room in the first 2 hours of being there. The air conditioner kept shutting off so our room was pretty humid and warm at times. It was dial thermostat, not a button or number setting.There is no lid on the toilet, and the toilet sits very low. The carpet was very outdated. We ended up leaving a day earlier than planned. The good: The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the fridge was bigger than we expected.

It was a great hideaway while traveling. Just eat a good dinner before going to Sutton NE. The only food outlets in this small rural town is Subway and Casey’s convenient store. Not a whole lot of selection. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, except the bed was small, I wished they had a king size bed.

This is a self service property with online reservations and customer service but easily doable. In room lighting was poor, only one bedside lamp and we had difficulty with poor lighting & being able to read our Bibles. Really quiet, hosuekeeping staff extremely helpful & pleasant. Good value to the money.

Showers were addictive. Nice clean accommodations. A bit out of the way, but the price was worth a longer drive. Very peaceful. Would have liked a few more or bigger towels, and better sound insulation. The snorer in the next room kept my hubby awake. But all in all it was a very nice stay in a quite new hotel with lovely surroundings.

We were traveling for a family funeral in Hastings. Everything there was either booked or ridiculously priced. We did all our activities and meals in Hastings. But it was worth the 30 minute drive to stay in a clean but inexpensive hotel. It was also very quiet even though there were many other guests. As stated, they don't serve breakfast. My husband walked over to Casey's , very close by, and picked up breakfast and donuts. We had a little confusion at check-in, and the staff responded immediately ,virtually, on the check-in screen. It was seamless, and very professional. I would recommend this hotel and if needed, stay there again.

This was a quick stop driving back home to Texas. We were very pleased .. easy check in communication was quick and easy! We will be most definitely stopping again we drive back to South Dakota it will be out mid-point stop. However, we will stay for a few days!

Great for a stop on a road trip. Very basic, comfortable stay at a good price. You check yourself in with a KeyCafe code sent to you in a text. No breakfast, coffeemaker in the room, along with a fridge and microwave

We were traveling for a family funeral in Hastings. Everything there was either booked or ridiculously priced. We did all our activities and meals in Hastings. But it was worth the 30 minute drive to stay in a clean but inexpensive hotel. It was also very quiet even though there were many other guests. As stated, they don't serve breakfast. My husband walked over to Casey's , very close by, and picked up breakfast and donuts. We had a little confusion at check-in, and the staff responded immediately ,virtually, on the check-in screen. It was seamless, and very professional. I would recommend this hotel and if needed, stay there again.

It was a great hideaway while traveling. Just eat a good dinner before going to Sutton NE. The only food outlets in this small rural town is Subway and Casey’s convenient store. Not a whole lot of selection. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, except the bed was small, I wished they had a king size bed.

It was really nice and quiet. The housekeepers Veronica snd Jennifer did an amazing job. We really did enjoy our stay. It was unique not having a ftont desk staffer and it was also interesting the lack of restaurants available. If in the future we were to come back up here we would stay at this hotel.

The rooms are very clean, updated, and the amenities were adequate. The building was quiet during our stay and my bed was very comfortable. The persons who assisted myself and others in our party for obtaining our room keys was very helpful and friendly. If a person is staying in Sutton, NE, or visiting a nearby location and needs lodging, this motel is a great place to stay!

Plenty of parking and the rooms were immaculate. It's in a small town so there are few shops but the gas station next door has a friendly and knowledgable team that can tell you where for good food.
