Seabreeze - Coastal Living

Very poor communication as Stayz uses another platform. There is no lockbox D with the key. No communication in opening the security gate. They have been told how confusing this is and haven’t fixed it. No BBQ Good location for Freo and it’s a pity that probably even this comment won’t influence the management.

Check info didn’t come until 7:40 the night before and we had 12 hours travel to get there so we were starting to worry about even receiving this information. We were told the key would be in key locker D but the Lockers didn’t have letters on them just tried a few and turned out to be the 3rd locker from the top. Told to enter from Breaksea drive but the remote didn’t work on that gate. Was later told by a tenant to enter from a different street and the remote did work from that street luckily for us. So check in was a nightmare really. Seating in the unit looks trendy but was uncomfortable. Apart from that we had a great week in Fremantle.

Had difficulty getting the key from the key box. The lounge was very uncomfortable . Used pillows to make it more comfortable. The balcony floor was dirty. Only one water glass provided. The Unit was generally clean.

Lively accommodation with terrific facilities.
