Very nice hotel - good food with daily variety - hygienically prepared. Excellent program for children. Only missed some variety in the evening shows. The rooms are identical to the photos, clean and tidy. Good water pressure in the shower. We received a bottle of water in the fridge, but I wish it had been refilled daily as we drank a lot of water due to the heat. However, you can get as much water as you want downstairs, but it’s easy to forget in the evening. I missed having more restrooms, as there are only four downstairs in the hotel area, and they quickly become dirty. Otherwise, the hotel appears clean and well-maintained. The pool is heated, but it was still quite cold at 22 degrees. I wish it had been a bit warmer. We traveled at the beginning of October, and despite that, the kids came out with blue lips and were shivering. There is a lot of wind here, and it can get quite noisy in the dining hall and around the activities, which take place almost every hour for either adults or children. I am satisfied with the stay, but I wouldn’t return to this hotel. It’s perfect if you have very young children or babies. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff are friendly and competent. The beach owned by the hotel isn’t suitable for swimming, as it’s full of rocks and has large waves, which left us a bit disappointed.

L’équipe est courtoise et sympathique. Dommage cependant que peu de membres du personnel parlent français, aussi bien à la réception que dans l’équipe d’animation. Cela reste néanmoins gérable, car tout le monde fait de son mieux pour se montrer serviable. Le buffet est varié et change chaque jour, avec un service rapide et efficace. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le thème d’Halloween : excellente ambiance, décorations réussies et animations au top ! Côté installations, la piscine pour enfants n’est pas chauffée, ce qui est dommage car notre fille n’a pas pu profiter du toboggan autant qu’elle l’aurait souhaité. Il manque aussi un espace de jeux pour les enfants un peu plus grands (balançoires, structures, etc.). Les serviettes de piscine fournies par l’hôtel sont très pratiques, mais les transats sont vite pris d’assaut le matin. L’une des grandes piscines est chauffée, ce qui est vraiment agréable. Le spa est également un excellent point : massage du corps entier à prix correct et prestation impeccable. Que animadores solo hablan extrangero y los juegos y actuaciones son solo para los extrangeros y para los españoles si no saben idiomas no se enteran de nada y en las piscinas no se pueden relajar con un chapuzon porque permiten flotadores y jugar a la pelota y si con el todo incluido creen que tambien tienen spar no es asi hay que pagarlo aparte

Den ganzen Tag über schlechte Lautsprecher sehr lautes und aufdringliches Unterhaltungsprogramm, keine Chance dem auszuweichen. Selbst in der letzten Ecke war es noch so laut, dass wir nicht entspannen konnten. Selbst im Foyer dudelt den ganzen Tag Rafio, es ist überall wahnsinnig voll. Da k Expedia konnten wir früher auschecken.

Tolles Hotel mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten; mehrere Pools, Bars, Restaurant, etc. Zu empfehlen für Reisende mit Kindern oder auch andere Urlauber. Sollten wir nochmals die Kanaren buchen, dann wieder hier!

Lo mejor la habitacion, amplia, con salon independiente y terraza con vistas al mar. La zona de piscinas, hamacas se queda pequeña y muy ruidosa al dar servicio al hotel Orquidea y otros dos apartamentos del grupo. Como alternativa de pago la piscina y hamacas de la zona del spa. El desayuno amplio pero caotico y de calidad baja.

The room could be much better; there were a few cockroaches in the bathroom, and the mattress had extra padding which slipped, meaning there was risk of falling out of bed if it had moved. The facilities were good but the staff, although pleasant could have been more helpful

El personal muy amable y educado, hacemos una mención especial en la recepción a Saray porque fue super simpática, atenta y agradable. Volveremos sin duda. Recomendado 100x100.

Room was spotless, staff lovely helpful people. The only fault in my opinion was there was no room at all between sunbeds so you had to climb on from the end.

Bra Continental frukost! Som vegan kan de vara svårt och få ett bra urval men tycker hotellet gjorde bra ifrån sig. Rummet var fantastiskt. Rent, trevlig personal, utmärkt 4* hotell.

Die Betten waren leider durchgelegen. Alles andere war hervorragend. Parkmöglichkeiten nur entlang der Straße, für mich kein Problem gewesen. Wir hatten für 12 Tage einen Mietwagen.

Grande structure type hôtel club fréquenté par clientèle principalement britannique et pas mal de famille avec enfants. POSITIFS: Chambre avec plafond voûté bien pensée avec coin salon et balcon/terrasse. Salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne. Propreté et ménage de la chambre. Personnel pro et globalement souriant. Bel espace piscine avec transats en grande quantité et un des bassins chauffé. NEGATIFS: Beaucoup de famille avec enfants en bas age donc du bruit. Pas recommandé pour ceux recherchant de la tranquillité (type Adults only) et une certaine intimité. Salle de restauration bruyante et faisant réfectoire d'école. Choix du buffet très varié mais qualité pas toujours au rdv. Impression de tourisme de masse quasi constante. Pas de véritable plage. BILAN: Même si nous avons apprécié notre logement, nous ne reviendrons pas et préférerons un établissement d'un autre type, plus petit, plus intimiste, sans enfant et à la prestation de restauration de meilleure nouveau (même si avec moins de choix).

Great for kids and parents. My 3 year old loved it. Room were spacious , the mattress weird. No conditionner just shampoo. They could have nespresso machine instead of instant coffee and their mini fridge is not cold if you plan on keeping milk for your toddler, had to use a cooler w ice. They got free apples at reception and there’s a grocery store 2 min walking distance.

Buffet ist einfach toll, Zimmer und Betten sind sehr komfortabel und das Personal ist super nett! Ich empfehle auf jeden Fall weiter.

Flott hotell, beliggenhet, rom og frokost var veldig bra.

Vi overnattet i 11 etg og hadde bestillt havutsikt. Gelenderet på terrassen var så høyt og helt tett, så vi så svært lite. Kun når vi sto. Vi hadde gledet oss til å sitte ute å se utover havet. Personalet i resepsjonen ga ulike beskjeder når vi spurte om regler for å kjøpe måltider på hotellet. Personalet på spaet var lite hyggelige. Vi syntes det var rart at vi ikke kunne ta ungdommen med på spa og treningsrom når han var 14 år og gikk i følge med foreldre.

Nos han tratado muy bien, desde el check in con Yamile la recepcionista que fue muy agradable y atenta, hasta los camareros del restaurante que eran muy diligentes y atentos con nosotros. Lo único malo fue el trato de una señora del snack bar de coleta y pelo negro, que fue desagradable y hablaba de malas maneras. La comida estaba riquísima y la habitación un lujo, hemos disfrutado mucho. Repetiremos sin duda

Very family orientated. Entertainment was excellent. Room maintenance was very efficient when there was an issue. Negative aspect, dietary requirements of gluten and lactose intolerance, no choice cf fresh cakes or pastries available.

Made 2 separate bookings via Hotel.com fo 2 nights, we have informed hotel earlier about that however, the front desk staffs didn’t pick that up and room changes is required

While I appreciated that it was a 'family' hotel, I would have preferred that one of the three pools available was adult-only. The exercise classes (and their 'leaders') were great, the table-waiting and cleaning staff were fabulous, and the food available was always excellent.

Very busy hotel. More than we expected. The beach on the photos does not refer to the hotel as it’s public and nearby beach was rocky. The swimming pool was packed. The restaurant and food were beyond expectations. Brilliant choice and delicious food. Not sure if I’d stay for 1-2 weeks holiday in this property period, but 1 night stay over was fine. Thank you

This resort and room exceeded our expectations. Everything is great including location (unless you want to be in the busy downtown). The only problem is parking as there is no dedicated parking. Would stay again for sure!

Good family friendly hotel, lovely staff and great food and drink in the all inclusive option. The children’s buffet in the main restaurant is a nice touch and the snack bar is great for feeding hungry little ones throughout the day.
