Room is tired, service is terrible. The flush in the bathroom would not work so had to bring the maintenance man to “fix “ this happened the whole duration of our stay, they wouldn’t change us room when they told us they would . Calling room service when you only speak English starts with everyone just closing the phone on you . They don’t have the facility for an iron , after requesting one for over 2 hours being told that they will bring me one I find out that you need to go down two floors and use a communial iron . This is the service for $400 a night . So disappointing

Front desk staff was awesome. Property worn down, rooms run down. Front staff excellent. Breakfast not served until 730. Had early flight couldn’t even get coffee

Very poor condition, we changed the room because of broken shower, cigarettes were all over the terrace, the furnitures are full of stains, the food section is full of dirt (chairs and tables) that’s not even close to be a hotel that asking for 500$ per night. It’s the 7th time we’ve visited this hotel and the last one.

Très bon séjour Chambre impeccable,des petites attentions les premiers jours Très bon restaurant dans l’hôtel (italien et viande) Le seul bémol le restaurant principal où l’on prend le petit déjeuner et le Chabbat.beaucoup de choix surtout en salé mais pas très bon Ça falun peu cantine Tout le reste impeccable
