I'm very particular about cleanliness, and I was pleasantly surprised and the whole property smelled like Apples. I felt I could walk on the floors in the room without shoes. We did not take advantage of the breakfast but a few guest at the pool stated it wasn't very good. So, Hopefully they fix that because we plan on returning soon. The bed was comfortable in the kingsize room with the couch. They should switch the TV and the bench at the end of the bed so viewing of the TV can be seen better when sitting on the Couch. Suggestion. Great Location with walkable to Apple Valley Grill, Restaurant, and Mill.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Super friendly check in. Rooms are spotless and spacious. Breakfast was great. Even the hallways smelled amazing. Will stay again.

Staff were mediocre at best. Room had a strange smell and needs maintenance. Overpriced for what it was, however the property is clean and convenient.

Just an overnight. It had been some time since we last were here. They've done some refurbishment. Our room was much bigger than our big chain friends. There were two cushioned chairs with ottomans and an office desk chair. Room was clean, staff were helpful and courteous. Check in and check out was a breeze. Breakfast typical but good. Location had easy in/easy out stop light, always a plus on Pigeon Forge's main strip. Centrally located. Parking seemed adequate and convenient. Will add to our fav list.

The hotel staff was wonderful. Everyone working was super friendly and helpful. We ended up needing to put air in our tires and I asked an employee if they knew of a place nearby to fill up. She called the maintenance guy and he came out to my car in the lot and filled our tires solving our problem. The breakfast was nice and hot, your average hotel hot breakfast. They serve hot coffee, hot apple cider and iced tea all day in the lobby. I will tell you the whole hotel smells like Apples! They pump in a sent throughout the hotel, so if smells get to you, this may not be the hotel for you.
