Pool water was murky with debris.

Breakfast was limited They didn’t have enough food for the guests Parking situation was also inadequate. One of the main reasons we stayed here was because the vehicles were going to be safe in a garage. The parking was not sufficient and were told to park in the street.

Pool is not so clean but everything else is great.

La atención del personal es muy buena! El único tema es el encargado del restaurante es una persona sin habilidad de atención, pero los camareros son muy amables. Lo sigo calificando como excelente porque todo lo demás, fuera de lo comentado con anterioridad, es muy bueno. Las instalaciones muy bien, buen gimnasio, limpio, cómodas habitaciones y muy céntrico.

Las instalaciones estan muy limpies y espaciosa, pero cuenta con muy poco estacionamiento, me tube q estacionar en la calle lateral

Parking is first come first serve, i don't think there is enough spaces for everyone staying, but overall clean and nice hotel.

It is a nice hotel, the only issue is the parking, the underground one for smalls cars, they will park one in front of another

Very loud music from a nearby establishment until 2AM, then someone boxed me in in the underground parking lot and I had to wait until the person moved their car. The parking lot makes zero sense. It allows for cars to park one in front of the other, boxing them in.

La verdad es que escogí este hotel por la alberca pero fue una decepción. Estaba sucia y tenían el motor del filtro de agua en el área común. He visitado otros hoteles de City Express Plus by Marriott pero este me paso a dejar en duda si explorar algún otro hotel de esta cadena.

Unfortunately I had some disappointment as soon I check in in the room. The floor was dirty, especially in the bathroom, there was dirt in the corners, trash, including hair. I reported it and they went to clean it, they didn't clean everything completely, but I didn't want to go and complain again, and by bedtime, after taking a shower, when I made the bed, there was hair on the sheets and on the pillowcases. There was dust on dirty mirrors and the sink was also dirty. They went to change the sheets on both beds and for this inconvenience the manager upgrade the continental breakfast to the Buffet Breakfast. The kitchen staff was great service and food was very home style cooking . I know the manager did tried to compensate our stay But I won’t not stay there no more .

Someone cut their nails and they were on the floor. Under the bed were tag’s from somebody else. The floor was not clean. Everything else was fine and hopping they really change the bed sheets 🙏🙏🙏

Hotel is great just the room and hallways seemed a bit less care for not like pervious times we stayed there window trim had dust and hairs that seemed not cleared for a while i had to clean it myself and walls if room and hallways were not as clean

The place and location felt safe. They had a parking garage which is always a plus. We stayed for one night for a wedding. We didn’t get to spend too much time in the room but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as we’d hoped (Tissue box was empty, Urine stains on the back of the toilet) We could’ve called to let them know but we were in a rush to get dressed and head out to the wedding. The hotel it self was nice and modern. The rest of the room was nice and modern just look out for the restroom and ensure they can clean it well for your stay.

Muy bonito el hotel, las instalaciones muy nuevas pero muy sucio el cuarto, lo limpiaron muy mal antes de dármelo.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff promptly replenished the towels.

Lobby area is great! Clean, everyone is nice and helpful. However, the room cleanliness needs lots of improvement; hairs on linens, bathroom and floor. Chair at desk and bench super dirty; crumbs, candy stuck to it and grime. I had to wipe everything down with clorox wipes in order to feel comfortable. Unable to utilize pool as it was murky, couldn't even see the bottom clearly. Pool furniture stained. Will not be coming back.

Building is not noise isolate, I can even hear dogs barking in the morning. SAt night was a noisy party near by with loud music, imposible to sleep. Reception informed that the will call the police which is a joke in Mexico. Of course nothing happened.

New hotel with simple and comfortable rooms

Room was small but comoortable, nice little shower with a nice showerhead. Modern amenities and decor. Breakfast choices could be better but it was great for being included. Underground parking with

Los puertas de el baño y el shower son cristales opacados y no dan privacidad si estás compartiendo habitación doble con una amistad familiar es muy incómodo, se puede escuchar todo cuando una persona orina o suspira en la taza de el baño y también se puede ver la silueta y sombra cuando están haciendo de el baño igual en la regadera.

The staff was very courteous. The check in and check out process was very smooth and the rooms were very clean. There is no issue with traffic noise at night and the hamburger place near the hotel was very good. There is no refrigerator in the room and you have to go to the lobby and ask for ice.

Almost everything was excellent. It is my first choice hotel I always look for. I stay there 3-4 times per year. The beds need better mattresses. Their mattresses are pretty hard/stiff. Very uncomfortable to sleep in.

City Express Plus was a clean, quiet, and calm place to stay. I stayed for a week alone and felt very safe throughout. The staff were friendly, and the dining options were excellent, including convenient room service. The gym was accessible most of the time, which was great for keeping up with my workouts. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, which made it less ideal for working online, so I wouldn't recommend it if you need reliable internet access. Despite that, the location was fantastic—close to some cool restaurants and within walking distance of many spots. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would consider staying there again.

Clean Room, except for the broken shade at the window, had to roll it up by hand to get some sunlight or see out my window.

Staff was super nice, room was clean, nice place to rest your head. My only recommendation to mske the room better is to add a refrigerator and microwave.

The AC thermostat would not adjust properly the room would get too cold then too hot, horrible night also not updated to recive type C adapter few regular outlets too acomódate reg chargers. Shower door has a gap and flooded the floor had to lay all the room towels to mop up the puddle of water generated from two showers we took... definitely not returning here.

Solo había una persona para atender en el mostrador me tardé casi 20 min, cuando pude pasar en 3 min ya está en la habitación.

Empiezo por Nov pasado y luego en esta estancia porque rl comun denominator en ambas fue el trato de ls recepcionistas, la vez snterior estaban haciendo check in a un grupo de deportistas que eran mas de 15, aqui aplica decir wue etan de la una de mañana, le pedimos a la persona que si nos registraba primero que a ellos ya una vez que la persona a cargo drl grupo accedió a esto, a lo que la recepcionista se negó con un gesto y actitud por demas grosera. En esta ocasion syer 10 de Febrero, quise dejar la llave extra a la recepcionista para mi esposo, ella esraba atendienfo a un cliente , llego le digo fisculpa y sl cliente “perdon” por interrumpir un segundo y decirle a la mujer si podia dejarle la llave, ni siquiera bolteo a verme ni hacer comentario alguno, solo estiro la mano le entregue la llave. Y le pregunto” si me escuchaste slgo de lo que dije?” Ahora si voltea y me dice “ Si gracias” y le dije “ me parece muy grosera esa actitud” nomas se volteó y siguió con el cliente. Cabe mencionar que hoy dejamos la habitacion, pero ntro hijo se quedó alli a partir de ayer y hasta ek jueves 13. Pero ntra decision es No volvernos a hospedar alli, viajamos a Mxli varias veces sl año porque somos de aqui, tendremos que buscar otra opcion. Algo adicional es que tuve que llamar wue limpoaran el sanitario porque olia mal cosa que atendieron rapidamente, y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien

I arrived before 3pm. I was able to check in but not get room keys. I arrived at 6:40is to pick up my keys. I paid for an extra adult. When I went in the room I was shocked with how filthy the room was. I asked the front Desk personal to have someone clean. She told me it would take a few minutes because she was the only one available. After about 20 min I decided to ask for my $ back. She then told me it was not possible due to the system not allowing her. I asked for other options. She said only option was to get me another room. I went to the second room and again it was dirty. She told me she would immediately go upstairs and clean it. After 40 min she asked me to check the room. She was visibly upset after I pointed out hair on the floor, dirt towels and stain on the sheets. After another 40 min the room was finally cleaned. So I went in my clean room at 8pm . Never will I stay here again. I do have to give a shout out to the sweet lady who did the extra mile to offer me and my sister coffee after she saw how upset I was. She definitely got her tip.

Jennifer was really friendly and helpful. She explained everything with detail and felt welcome.

La persona que estaba en recepción en la madrugada que llegue. Con una muy mala actitud llegando a ser grosera. Llegué de un vuelo con una demora de más de 5 horas y que te reciban con groserías. No es lo que esperas al llegar a un city express plus

Room wasn't ready at 3pm. Had to wait awhile. No remote control had to go down stairs to ask for it. No phone in room. Wasnt told about either not being available. Love staying there so maybe they just forgot. Staff friendly and helpful though.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT BREAKFAST IS NOT FREE!!! We were told by front desk and by the messages received from the hotel thru Expedia that breakfast was included. However, upon finishing breakfast, we were approched by a staff member asking us to pay! My husband paid and I complained to the front desk clerk...she told me that only cold breakfast was free (FYI ALL FOOD IN THE SAME AREA, NOT WHAT THE CLERK STATED THE NIGHT BEFORE AND NOT WHAT IT SAID ON THE MESSAGES RECEIVED FROM THE HOTEL). Additionally, the clerk told me that they were aware of the issue and had asked expedia to clarify what type of breakfast was free and that I was not the first one to complain. Lastly, I was given a hard time when attempting to check out a day early even though i had made the front desk clerk aware the night before! The rooms are nice but the service received from staff was HORRIBLE!

Arrived early, I was told there were no rooms ready for early check in. Went back at 3, waited 20 minutes in line to finally get checked in, I go to my room and an employee told us our room had been ready since late morning. I didn’t appreciate being lied to, I appreciate and respect transparency and a simple “ we don’t do early check in” would reflect more respect to customers.

Staff were amazing and very helpful, the room was perfect and clean, starbucks was right infront, other restaurants walking distance. Overall an amazing stay and will be recommending to family and friends and will be returning

It is a safe hotel close to the border and close to my mom’s home.

Nice environment inside, nice service. Clean and quiet. Tall among the other buildings and easy to recognize, but a little bit hard to find the alley/road where make the turn…anyways, if you have a fast enough GPS, it won’t be a problem. Recommend.

Clean rooms and the price is good for the room. The only bad thing is the extra breakfast is very expensive per person.

Property was clean and loved that they offered breakfast. I only wish they had self serve coffee, because it took awhile for staff to come around and refill coffee. Also, the extra charge for the hot breakfast is confusing. I saw people reaching for the hot food, because they didn’t realize it was an extra charge. I think they should just include eggs in there free breakfast and maybe do away with the rest. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Totally false advertising. It says breakfast is included but we were charged. Reason: only fruit and cereal is free. Everything else on the buffet table, you get charged for. That’s not what free breakfast means unless it’s disclosed in advance.

El desayuno tanto de cortesía como el de paga es muy malo. El estacionamiento es insuficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes que pueden alojar y fue muy desepcionante que la piscina no estuviera abierta durante mi estancia de dos días.

Totally misleading. They advertise for free breakfast and they then charge you saying only fruit and cereal is free. You have to for everything else on the buffet. AND IF YOU GO FOR THE SECOND TIME THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA

The property is closed to restaurants and the pool was a nice treat for cooling off. Their continental breakfast is good. Keep up the excellent customer service “City Express Plus”!
