Meget pænt og komfortabelt hotel. Venligt personale og fin morgenmad. Vi havde værelse ud til gården, hvilket var rigtig dejligt. Vi betalte ligeledes for meget fin og aflåst parkeringskælder.

Excellent location. Clean, very quiet rooms. Only thing we missed was a small fridge. Breakfast was ok, little pricy but still good. Near by cafes will serve something also, but hotel was nice enough. Tram stop cross the street, two little markets just around the corner, AMAZING Vietnamise restaurant next door, walking right from hotel door you find best falaffel in town and cute cafes, organic market, pubs etc. And not far is Gasthaus Alt Wien!!! Best schnitzel we’ve ever had! Reservation must. Neighbourhood is cute, safe and fun. We would stay here again anytime.

Komforten var rigtig fin, gode senge, stort familieværelse, mørklægning mm. Beliggenheden var central ift. Alexander Platz og off. transport let tilgængelig. Personalet var søde og imødekommende i receptionen, men hotellet var ikke færdigrenoveret, da vi ankom. Ingen bar eller restaurant som angivet. Ikke daglig rengøring som angivet. Det var muligt at anmode om rene håndklæder el. strygejern, men det tog 2 døgn at modtage. Vi boede dør om dør med håndværkere, der renovererede hotellet, og de røg på gangene, så der lugtede af røg på hotellet, som er et ikke-ryger hotel. Vi havde et fint ophold, men det var ikke pga. den gode service. De virkede ikke klar til gæster.

Rigtig fint hotel til prisen. Ny-istandsat, så værelset og især badeværelset fremstod rigtig nyt og lækkert. God plads. Morgenmad OK uden at være prangende men der var et fint udbud. Imødekommende personale. Central beliggendehed, mulighed for parkering i kælder under hotellet.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Gold Palais and will definitely stay here again. The entire property is spotless and modern. All staff were very friendly and helpful. And the location is just steps from the tram, and easily walkable to Alexanderplatz when the weather is nice.

Der Aufenthalt im Gold Palais Hotel hat generell meine hohen Erwartungen eingehalten und stellenweise sogar übertroffen. Das Hotel ist sehr hell, Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Immobilie ist wirklich schön gelegen und sehr gut mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon in den Innenhof des Ensembles. Bei meiner Anreise wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen und konnte sehr zügig mein Zimmer beziehen. Leider wurde in diesem Zimmer vorab wohl geraucht (auch wenn es ein Nichtraucherhotel ist) und der Geruch stand in dem Raum. Nach einer Reklamation habe ich sofort und ohne Anstalten ein neues Zimmer derselben Kategorie erhalten, welches eindeutig rauchfrei war und ebenfalls schön zum Innenhof mit Balkon gelegen war. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und ordentlich, leider habe ich gesehen, dass das zweite Bettzeug rostfarbene Flecken hatte, wenngleich der Rest auch sehr sauber, weiß und frisch duftend war. Für mich war das kein großes Problem, da ich alleinreisend war und es zwei Bettgarnituren gab. Trotz der obigen Kritikpunkte würde ich jederzeit wieder in das Hotel einchecken und kann es nur empfehlen.

Meget bra opphold på et meget bra hotell. Nytt, rent, god service, stille, god frokost der man også kan bestille frokostretter i tillegg til buffeten, sentralt med trikk og buss like ved. Kan uten tvil anbefales. Familierommet er delt i to, med felles inngang, men to adskilte rom.

Ett mycket fräscht hotell bara några få minuter med spårvagn från Alexanderplatz. Trevlig personal både i reception och frukost rum. Rummen i exemplariskt skick , badrum kliniskt rena och mycket fina. Sängen mjuk och skön. Fick ett rum mot gården så det var mycket lugnt och tyst.

Zimmer: Geräumiges Zimmer mit Teppichboden. Mein Zimmer hatte ein Doppelbett und je zwei Steckdosen und eine Nachttischlampe an jeder Seite vom Bett - das ist super und leider nicht überall so; ich musste schon Telefone und Lampen vom Strom abstecken, nur um mein Handy aufladen zu können. Das Fenster lässt sich ordentlich öffnen, nicht nur kippen. Minibar ist vorhanden, eine Füllung muss man vorbestellen. Habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen, fand die Preise aber human und es ist auf jeden Fall energiesparender, als den Kühlschrank permanent laufen zu lassen. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es auch einen Wasserkocher mit einer kleinen Auswahl an Tees und Instantkaffee. Das Badezimmer hatte eine Dusche mit Handbrause und Regendusche, Duschgel/Shampoo von Rituals wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Personal & Frühstück: Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption und Bedienung beim Frühstück. Kleines, aber feines Frühstücksbuffet in einem kleinen Frühstücksraum im Erdgeschoss. Eierspeisen, Waffeln und Pfannkuchen kann man auf Wunsch beim Personal bestellen und werden mit den gewünschten Extras frisch zubereitet. Kaffee habe ich nicht probiert, aber es gibt einen Automaten und Kannen mit Filterkaffee, sowie Milch und Milchalternativen. Check-In/Out: Ich habe beides über die App/Webseite abgewickelt, die man per Mail verlinkt bekommt. Die ist leider nicht super nutzerfreundlich und in der Bedienung etwas clunky, ich würde hier also empfehlen, das vor Ort und nicht online zu machen.

Rigtig dejligt rent og nyt værelse. Badeværelset var virkelig lækkert, tilpas stort og rent - det værdsatte vi meget! Desværre var der utroligt varmt på værelserne, fordi ventilationen ikke fungerede optimalt. Det var så varmt, at man ikke kunne sove med dyne på. De værelser, der vender ud mod vejen er udsat for lidt støj fra sporvognen, der kører lige foran hotellet. Dog var det ikke til gene for os, da hotellet ellers er meget stille. Vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was really nice and spacious. Only complaint is the air con didn't work very well (we didn't have a chance to mention it to the staff to try and fix it) Thank you for a lovely stay

Stayed for two nights for an AC/DC concert. From checking in to leaving, fantastic. Pleasant friendly staff, lovely rooms, comfortable beds, handy balcony, tea and coffee making facilities, spotlessly clean, amazing breakfast. Der Aufenthalt im Gold Palais Hotel hat generell meine hohen Erwartungen eingehalten und stellenweise sogar übertroffen. Das Hotel ist sehr hell, Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Immobilie ist wirklich schön gelegen und sehr gut mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon in den Innenhof des Ensembles. Bei meiner Anreise wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen und konnte sehr zügig mein Zimmer beziehen. Leider wurde in diesem Zimmer vorab wohl geraucht (auch wenn es ein Nichtraucherhotel ist) und der Geruch stand in dem Raum. Nach einer Reklamation habe ich sofort und ohne Anstalten ein neues Zimmer derselben Kategorie erhalten, welches eindeutig rauchfrei war und ebenfalls schön zum Innenhof mit Balkon gelegen war. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und ordentlich, leider habe ich gesehen, dass das zweite Bettzeug rostfarbene Flecken hatte, wenngleich der Rest auch sehr sauber, weiß und frisch duftend war. Für mich war das kein großes Problem, da ich alleinreisend war und es zwei Bettgarnituren gab. Trotz der obigen Kritikpunkte würde ich jederzeit wieder in das Hotel einchecken und kann es nur empfehlen.

Komforten var rigtig fin, gode senge, stort familieværelse, mørklægning mm. Beliggenheden var central ift. Alexander Platz og off. transport let tilgængelig. Excellent location. Clean, very quiet rooms. Only thing we missed was a small fridge. Breakfast was ok, little pricy but still good. Near by cafes will serve something also, but hotel was nice enough. Tram stop cross the street, two little markets just around the corner, AMAZING Vietnamise restaurant next door, walking right from hotel door you find best falaffel in town and cute cafes, organic market, pubs etc. And not far is Gasthaus Alt Wien!!! Best schnitzel we’ve ever had! Reservation must. Neighbourhood is cute, safe and fun. We would stay here again anytime.

We stayed at this hotel to participate in the Berlin marathon and explore Berlin. This hotel was quiet and clean with friendly staff. There are tons of dining option sin the immediate area and it is very close to public transportation. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this location again if we are in the Berlin area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Gold Palais and will definitely stay here again. The entire property is spotless and modern. All staff were very friendly and helpful. And the location is just steps from the tram, and easily walkable to Alexanderplatz when the weather is nice.

Sehr gut ist die Idee, warme Speisen beim Frühstück nach Wunsch aus dem Menü zu bestellen, allerdings ist der Service etwas unterbesetzt, so dass das Buffet nicht rechtzeitig aufgefüllt wird und sich längere Wartezeiten ergeben. Das Personal ist dabei aber sehr nett und die vorhandene Auswahl groß und von guter Qualität.

Just a few minutes’ walk from the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, with a tram to the city centre stopping right outside the hotel. Although the hotel is located on a fairly busy road, the soundproofing was very effective. The underground parking was spacious and easily accommodated larger SUVs. Breakfast was fairly standard for a hotel in this category. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Overall, excellent value for money, despite a name that makes the hotel sound considerably more flamboyant than it actually is.

We were in Berlin for the record heat wave and this hotel saved us! They not only had air conditioning but when one of our rooms ac was not working, they gave us a new room. The location is great!
