Top notch hotel in central Zermatt. Includes transfers to and from the station, which is something we didn’t appreciate until we left. That said, it’s only a 10 mins walk. We had the Alpine Chic room, which was just lovely - with a view of Matterhorn from the balcony. Wish we could have stayed longer. The best hotel so far on our travels across Switzerland.

Room was nice and staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason for a just okay rating is because the hotel allows dogs and the pet owners during our stay were very low class and rude. A dog in the lounge during Apres barking loudly for 20 minutes while the pianist was trying to play. Another dog in the dining room at dinner barking every time someone went by their table. Yet another dog barking in our hallway two different nights around 1:30 am. The staff did nothing to control any of this.
