Hotel zur Traube is a great hotel. The staff are extremely professional and friendly, the rooms are clean, modern and in perfect condition. They have a great restaurant and breakfast is also very good. I stay here on business trips and have always been very happy with everything.

I always stay here when I can whilst on business in Luxembourg. The hotel rooms are modern, clean, well equipped and excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant and breakfast serve good quality food.

Not a good place. Bad service. It almost felt like they really didn’t want guests. The bar/restaurant was closed on a Saturday. Signs with rules and what not to do everywhere. When we asked if they had an iron and a board the owner tried to convince me that hotels don’t have irons. He proceeds to say that “this is a hotel and not a laundry service. All staff was like the owner, unfriendly and non accomodating.

Nous avions réservé une chambre Confort pour 2 nuits. Or nous avons dû régler sur place un supplément de 20 € par nuit pour obtenir une chambre de cette catégorie ! De plus, nous avons été surpris de la fermeture du restaurant le samedi !

Une excellente adresse pour découvrir la vallée de la Moselle, que ce soit du côté allemand ou luxembourgeois. Excellent rapport/qualité. Parking gratuit avec bornes de rechargement pour voitures électriques. Staff agréable et prévenant. Hôtel aménagé avec soin et décoration délicate et raffinée. Chambres récemment rénovées très confortables et d’une propreté impeccable. Le restaurant propose des plats délicieux avec des produits de haute qualité. La cheffe cuisinière nous a épatés. Beaucoup de petits détails qui rendent le séjour dans cet hôtel appréciable (vaisselle Villeroy Boch raffinée au petit déjeuner, sèche-cheveux qui fonctionne très bien ce qui est rare dans les hôtels, musique extra au restaurant,…). Zeer nette accomodatie en kamers voldoen aan alle comfort, alleen hadden wij een kamer onder het dak zonder airco en het was er erg warm. Ontbijt is oké. Restaurant oké..: jammer dat ze een sluitingsdag hebben op zaterdag. Jammer dat ze geen plaats hebben om fietsen te stallen, wij mochten ze wel meenemen naar kamer maar er was geen lift dus 2 verdiepen omhoog met trap.
Zeer nette accomodatie en kamers voldoen aan alle comfort, alleen hadden wij een kamer onder het dak zonder airco en het was er erg warm. Ontbijt is oké. Restaurant oké..: jammer dat ze een sluitingsdag hebben op zaterdag. Das bad und der balkon waren sehr ungepflegt (haare). Es war sehr laut. Um 22 uhr tobten noch kinder unter unserem balkon. Obwohl das gartenlokal schon um 21 uhr scliesst, sassen dort noch bis 1 uhr Leute und unterhielten sich lautstark. Das hotel liegt an einer ausfalkstrasse und die ganze nacht donnerten die Lkws vorbei. Die speisekarte ist sehr überschaubar und total überteuert

Sehr angenehmes Hotel, gute lage .Schön eingerichtet. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Servicedame war sehr aufmerksam und nett. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Einfaches, aber sehr sauberes Hotel. Fenster, Lampen usw. sind teilweise reparaturbedürftig, stören aber den Aufenthalt nicht weiter. Frühstück ausreichend und auf individuelle Wünsche wird eingegangen.

Wer über hotels com bucht, erhält offensichtlich die Straßenlärm belasteteten Zimmer im Altbau. An Wochenenden Frühstück nur bis 10.00 Uhr und Auschecken bis 10.30 sind nicht servicefreundlich. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist fraglich Im Restaurant nur Barzahlung möglich, auch ein No-Go.

Het ontvangst was heel goed we konden zelfs veel eerder op de kamer , de kamer was netjes en schoon wel wat klein maar prima kamer . Wel een groot probleem (vinden wij) is de weg en de rotonde langs het hotel ,met het raam dicht ging het wel ,maar bij een open raam is het niet te slapen . Dat is voor ons het enige - punt . Ontbijt en het restaurant eten is heel goed en lekker.

Wir kamen in unserem Fahrradurlaub verfroren und nass im Hotel an. Der Empfang war nett, aber das Zimmer nicht sehr gemütlich, unterm Dach, düster, mit einem großen Veluxfenster, dass man nicht vernünftig öffnen konnte. Leider keine Kaffee- oder Teezubereitung auf dem Zimmer. Auf unsere Frage, wo man einen Kaffee oder Tee bekommen könnte, wurden wir auf einen Bäcker in drei km Entfernung geschickt (verfroren, durchnässt und mit dem Fahrrad!) und dass bei einem familiengeführten Hotel mit einem relativ hohen Preis. Auch das Frühstück war leider sehr schlecht, nur auf Nachfrage wurde Käse und Butter nachgelegt, obwohl wir ds schon slleine im Frühdtücksrsum waren. Die Qualität war auch mau, bei dem Preis kann man auch erwarten, dass Eierspeisen angeboten werden und nicht nur eine Scheibe Käse aus der Packung (kein Weichkäse...). Fazit: da ist leider der Service und die Qualität in den Kettenhotels besser. Wir hatten für den Preis ein freundliches Zimmer möglichst nicht unterm Dach (es gab reichlich freie Zimmer) und vor allem ein gutes Frühstück....

暖房はほとんど聞かず 寒かった。スタッフに確認したが、そのうち 時間が経てばつくと言われました。でも、暖かくはなりませんでした。翌朝 スタッフが、ここはドイツだからまだ暖房がフルに効かせることができていない、と説明してくれました。この謝罪があったので まだ救われました。

Prima onderkomen met goed restaurant; het was erg warm en helaas had de kamer geen ac! Hotel ligt aan zeer drukke weg, waardoor wij veel last hadden van het nachtelijke verkeer!

Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung mit überdachtem Balkon. Davon ab, dass es sehr stilvoll und gepflegt war, wäre es auch für 2 Leute sehr geräumig gewesen. Ganz besonders: die Ecke mit Couch und 2. Fernseher, die man bei Bedarf per Trennwand abteilen kann. Darüber hinaus wurde ich während meines gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr gut und freundlich bewirtet, bekocht und beherbergt. Unbedingt empfehlenswert !

I always stay here when I can whilst on business in Luxembourg. The hotel rooms are modern, clean, well equipped and excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant and breakfast serve good quality food.

Chambre agréable, déco très anglaise appréciée. Salle de bain spacieuse et propre. Pas de personnel pour l'accueil, attente de l'arrivée d'une personne qui ne parlait pas français... Un peu déçue du petit déjeuner,pas de pain frais,pas de viennoiseries.

Not a good place. Bad service. It almost felt like they really didn’t want guests. The bar/restaurant was closed on a Saturday. Signs with rules and what not to do everywhere. When we asked if they had an iron and a board the owner tried to convince me that hotels don’t have irons. He proceeds to say that “this is a hotel and not a laundry service. All staff was like the owner, unfriendly and non accomodating.

Wir kamen in unserem Fahrradurlaub verfroren und nass im Hotel an. Der Empfang war nett, aber das Zimmer nicht sehr gemütlich, unterm Dach, düster, mit einem großen Veluxfenster, dass man nicht vernünftig öffnen konnte. Leider keine Kaffee- oder Teezubereitung auf dem Zimmer. Auf unsere Frage, wo man einen Kaffee oder Tee bekommen könnte, wurden wir auf einen Bäcker in drei km Entfernung geschickt (verfroren, durchnässt und mit dem Fahrrad!) und dass bei einem familiengeführten Hotel mit einem relativ hohen Preis. Auch das Frühstück war leider sehr schlecht, nur auf Nachfrage wurde Käse und Butter nachgelegt, obwohl wir ds schon slleine im Frühdtücksrsum waren. Die Qualität war auch mau, bei dem Preis kann man auch erwarten, dass Eierspeisen angeboten werden und nicht nur eine Scheibe Käse aus der Packung (kein Weichkäse...). Fazit: da ist leider der Service und die Qualität in den Kettenhotels besser. Wir hatten für den Preis ein freundliches Zimmer möglichst nicht unterm Dach (es gab reichlich freie Zimmer) und vor allem ein gutes Frühstück....

Das bad und der balkon waren sehr ungepflegt (haare). Es war sehr laut. Um 22 uhr tobten noch kinder unter unserem balkon. Obwohl das gartenlokal schon um 21 uhr scliesst, sassen dort noch bis 1 uhr Leute und unterhielten sich lautstark. Das hotel liegt an einer ausfalkstrasse und die ganze nacht donnerten die Lkws vorbei. Die speisekarte ist sehr überschaubar und total überteuert

Het ontvangst was heel goed we konden zelfs veel eerder op de kamer , de kamer was netjes en schoon wel wat klein maar prima kamer . Wel een groot probleem (vinden wij) is de weg en de rotonde langs het hotel ,met het raam dicht ging het wel ,maar bij een open raam is het niet te slapen . Dat is voor ons het enige - punt . Ontbijt en het restaurant eten is heel goed en lekker.

The suite we had was very nice and comfortable. The dinner at the Hotel’s restaurant was excellent and at a reasonable price. The only deception came from the breakfast: we had the feeling that the bread was not fresh and the coffee could be better. Not a breakfast we usely receive in German’s hotel…
