Great apartment, modern and comfortable with effective air conditioning. Laundry room was helpful to have and nice that pool towels were included. Reception staff were helpful. There is some noise from the road nearby but it didn’t bother us and made navigating easy as one straight rd to town centre. Found taxis expensive and not always easy to get hold of but that isn’t a reflection on the accommodation. Would recommend and stay here again.

Excellent apartments throughout. The property seems relatively new so everything is in great condition. Apartments are clean and functional with all amenities you need for a vacation. The gym is reasonably equipped but it could do with a water machine. Parking is securely gated and certain parts covered.

Excellent property with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful. Town was walkable in 10-15 minutes. Beds comfy, apartments clean and modern. Pool was lovely, though unheated.

Super nette en mooie locatie. Met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Het zwembad is heerlijk en omdat het een kleinschalig appartementencomplex is, is het zwembad niet telkens megavol en druk. Parkeren kan naast de Residenza op eigen terrein en is dus ook top geregeld. En het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op loopafstand vanalles te beleven en bezoeken. Ook met de auto kun je natuurlijk alle kanten op. Tegen betaling kun je de wasmachines en drogers gebruiken. En op het dakterras kun je barbecueën met prachtig uitzicht. Wel even wachten tot de zon achter de berg zit (20:00) want anders smelt je 😉. Er is een kluisje en airco in het appartement. De tv is digitaal maar niet smart. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en onze kids ook (13 en 14 jaar).

Just home from an amazing stay here. Had the best time. Apartment was so clean and modern and pool area was just lovely. Staff all more than helpful and very friendly. Just nice wee walk down to the beautiful lake garda. Highly recommend!!

Wij hebben een week verbleven in dit complex. Het is een modern complex, ziet er verzorgd uit en is schoon. De communicatie bij het inchecken is goed! Vriendelijke en snel! De appartementen zijn netjes en redelijk ruim. De bedden waren prima. Zeker niet te hard. Ook het zwembad is top. De bedden zijn nagenoeg altijd vrij er is dus plek voor iedereen.

We had booked a one bedroom apartment but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was large and clean with a large balcony. It was great to be able to do washing and hang it to dry on our balcony. The pool is gorgeous and the gardens are beautiful and there are plenty of sun loungers. We liked the secure covered parking. The only gripe is the road noise, which spoils the chilled ambience. It is still a great place to stay.

Wir waren insgesamt 11 Nächte im Residenza Olivo und hatten ein 2 Zimmer-Appartment. Positiv hervorzuheben: Parkmöglichkeiten, schöne Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirmen, großer Balkon bzw. Terrasse im EG, kostenloses Reisebett für Baby/Kleinkind, angebotener Brötchenservice (haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt), Lage und Entfernung zum See. Negativ empfanden wir: die Sauberkeit bei Übergabe, der Boden war nicht mehr als besenrein, ich habe selbst nochmals gekehrt und gewischt. Die Gardinen sehen unmöglich aus und könnten mal gewaschen werden. Die Möblierung ist zwar modern, jedoch spartanisch und lieblos. Es fehlte an Ablagemöglichkeiten im Flur und Wohnbereich. Enttäuscht waren wir über den nicht vorhandenen Wäscheservice: es sind zwar Bettwäsche/Handtücher/Pooltücher vorhanden, jedoch werden diese standardmäßig nicht gewechselt - egal wie lange man bleibt. Bei einer Aufenthaltsdauer von 11 Nächten hätten wir diesen Service zumindest zwei- bis dreimal erwartet. Zumal der tägliche Übernachtungspreis nicht gerade günstig ist und sich die Anlage als hochwertig bezeichnet. Die Handtücher zu wechseln war für einen Aufpreis von 9,50 Euro pro Set (Duschtuch, Handtuch) möglich. Bei einer 3er Belegung wären das knapp 30 Euro gewesen. Als Alternative wurde uns der Kauf einer Münze für die Waschmaschine i.H.v. 5,00 Euro angeboten - somit konnten wir die Handtücher selbst waschen.

We had a great stay in a modern apartment at Residenza Olivo. We only stayed for 3 nights, but overall, it is a clean, good-sized apartment. The staff has been helpful and the accommodation was neat and clean. We had some trouble with the dishwasher, but it was sorted out by the maintenance team in a quick time. Overall a good place to stay with family. Garda is a good place to live because it is cheaper compared to all other Lake Garda towns and restaurants are cheaper for eating out.

Auf den Fotos sieht alles viel schöner aus als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Leider war die Decke nicht ausgewechselt, sondern noch vorherigen Gast benutzt. Es roch nicht frisch. Des Weiteren hatte es einen unangenehmen Fleck. Der Boden war unsauber. Die Dusche bzw. Duschwand und Duschtür sind undicht, so dass selbst beim schließen jede Menge Wasser durchdringt.
Auf den Fotos sieht alles viel schöner aus als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Leider war die Decke nicht ausgewechselt, sondern noch vorherigen Gast benutzt. Es roch nicht frisch. Really enjoyed our 9 night stay. It was spacious, good crockery and cutlery. Beds rather low but comfortable. Kitchen area good but induction hob and multi purposes oven a bit tricky to use to begin with. Balcony was lovely but only two deck chairs which weren’t that comfortable, a dining table and 4 chairs which weren’t comfortable to sit on for too long. All in all though a great place to stay in Garda.

+: Nytt og pent resort. Vennlig personale, nok solsenger. Stor og god terrasse, bra klimaanlegg, flott uteområde. -: Lite oppholdrom for 4-6 personer, harde senger, passer best for familier med små barn, da det er mye lyd og aktivitet i bassenget. Ligger rett ved trafikkert vei, selv om det ikke plaget oss nevneverdig.

Neue Ferienwohnungen in einer schönen Anlage. Zu Fuß ist man gleich bei einem kleinen Supermarkt oder direkt am See mit den ganzen Restaurants. Großer abgeschlossener Parkplatz auch für große Autos tauglich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad sehr schön und die Aussicht vom Balkon traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Beim nächsten Mal wollen wir auch den schönen Pool nutzen - jetzt war das Wetter leider zu schlecht…

Apartments are no frills. Clean but very functional. Nothing is provided beyond 2 nights so you will need to do a supermarket shop for everything if you are staying longer. The pool is not heated so even in summer it felt cool. The apartment is next to a very busy road which was constant traffic day & night so very noisy. You can also hear guests in their apartments walking around scraping chairs and dogs barking from nearby apartments. We used the apartment as a base only as it just wasn’t a nice place to be. The staff on the main desk were great though. Lots of local recommendations and tips and you can get bread delivered daily from a local bakery. Overall it was ok and I got it for a reasonable price but I wouldn’t go back or recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great location with a fab view. Pool area great, always plenty of loungers. Friendly and helpful staff. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because of the road noise. Not a big negative but our apartment was situated next to the road which was quite noisy when trying to sleep.

Lovely apartment located about 15 mins walk from the centre of Garda. We had a ground floor apartment with a nice terrace and easy access to the excellent (if rather cold in September!) pool. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with lots of storage. Kitchen was ok. Was well enough equipped to make simple meals. Hob was good but oven was more a combined microwave type affair than a ‘proper’ oven. Big fridge and freezer. Even had a dishwasher which was a bonus. Huge shower in the bathroom which was lovely. All in all, would highly recommend.

We had booked a one bedroom apartment but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was large and clean with a large balcony. It was great to be able to do washing and hang it to dry on our balcony. The pool is gorgeous and the gardens are beautiful and there are plenty of sun loungers. We liked the secure covered parking. The only gripe is the road noise, which spoils the chilled ambience. It is still a great place to stay.

Great apartment, modern and comfortable with effective air conditioning. Laundry room was helpful to have and nice that pool towels were included. Reception staff were helpful. There is some noise from the road nearby but it didn’t bother us and made navigating easy as one straight rd to town centre. Found taxis expensive and not always easy to get hold of but that isn’t a reflection on the accommodation. Would recommend and stay here again.

My family and I have been on holiday in many places over the years. But this experience was the best we have ever had. There was nothing to complain about. The hotel apartments are incredibly luxurious, and all the facilities are amazing. And last but not least, the staff are incredible, welcoming, smiling and exceptionally helpful. It's a really nice place to be. It's definitely not the last time we'll be coming here.

We had a great stay in a modern apartment at Residenza Olivo. We only stayed for 3 nights, but overall, it is a clean, good-sized apartment. The staff has been helpful and the accommodation was neat and clean. We had some trouble with the dishwasher, but it was sorted out by the maintenance team in a quick time. Overall a good place to stay with family. Garda is a good place to live because it is cheaper compared to all other Lake Garda towns and restaurants are cheaper for eating out.

I generally don’t spend much time leaving reviews but I was pleasantly surprised as to how nice this property was. Secure and gated parking, friendly front of house staff, wonderful location, very clean and well maintained. The location was excellent as it was walkable to the old town. Highly recommended.

Stayed at Olivo for five nights- it’s well equipped yet simple, with beautiful vegetation on the grounds. Great pool and workout room, plus a secure parking area. The room itself was a bit sparse- no decor and no manuals for the kitchen appliances (oven combo or dishwasher). We had a two bedroom apartment which had a lovely balcony. Towels and bedding are provided and were good quality. Our main concerns, though not dealbreakers, were the minimal amenities in room. We were provided 2 rolls of one-ply toilet paper, one sponge and a dish towel, 5 tiny packets of body wash, two small trash bags and a small bottle of dish soap. There is no service and the staff is not always available. The property is something between a VRBO and an extended stay property. We recommend Olivo.

A relly great place, well located with walking distance to Garda. The pool area was very clean comfortable and quiet. The apartment was clean and well equipped but the beds really hard and not comfortable though. Great facilities and laundry in the building. A minus was smokers allowed everywere which could be inpleasant as anon smoker. Extremely helpful staff.

We really enjoyed walking into Garda. The property is situated in easy asseses to nearby villages. The property was perfectly equipped for our needs. Not a smart TV so we used a 'HDMI to c' lead into the TV so we could enjoy netflix etc through our phone.

The 2 bedroom top floor apartment was spotlessly clean throughout. Kitchen had all the utensils you need but could do with some larger glasses. Beds were very comfortable but 2nd bedroom beds are quite narrow. Lovely big balcony with moveable shades, drying rack ,table and chairs and deck chairs plus a good view. Pool area was very clean with plenty of beds. Parking was excellent. Easy walk into town of about 10 to 15 mins. The only downside is that the road outside can be a bit noisy if sat on the balcony on top floor - the apartment is soundproof so once doors closed there ìs no noise. Overall it's a fantastic place and we would return again

Excellent apartment and complex. First time visiting lake Garda and this was an ideal base. The apartment was spacious for 5 of us, with a great terrace. The whole place was very clean. The pool area was never overly busy and no nonsense with sunbeds! We had a car and parking was undercover, very secure. The only very minor negatives would be instructions for oven use and aircon would be helpful, and to have a sink area drainer. But this did not affect our holiday one bit! We definitely loved our stay and it was a holiday that no one was ready for home! Would recommend Residence Olivio.

We loved our stay here, it had everything we needed and the location was great. We were able to walk into town easily in around 15 minutes with our 5 and 9 year old children. The pool and grounds are lovely and it’s a brilliant base to explore the lake. The apartment is well appointed and clean. The reception staff were helpful and friendly.
