We ask to change rooms due the proximity and noise from the road even we where on the top floor. We were offered a different room at the the rear on a mid floor and the room was clean, modern if a little small but had everything you need. Bed was comfortable Staff were friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent was plenty of choice. The restaurant food was delicious also has enough options at reasonable prices for Peru. Great value for money. Would happily stay again

Vraiment pas impressionné par la chambre...pas d'équipements... même pas une poubelle. Mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain, mais le plus gênant c'est que la chambre donne sur une avenue passante et c est mal isolé. Pas très confortable. Le seul point positif, c'est le petit déjeuner qui est au dessus des attentes . Pour le reste, vraiment banal, pas très " styles"...

As soon as we arrived we were given a room on the 3rd floor and as we were unpacking, the stench of sewage was awful. We were moved to another room but it wasn’t as good as we expected. We decided to leave two days early and they denied to refund those 2 days. Wouldn’t return even for free.

I would give them a 10 if it wasn’t for the level of noise coming from the street. It seems the seal on the soundproof window is made of cheap quality or worn out. I was on a 7th floor but the noise was as if my window was open. The windows are good quality but the seal is garbage, so it defeats the purpose.

Throughly modern hotel but missing some basic amenities such as a refrigerator and even hand towels. They only provide bath towels. Water pressure good and hot water almost instant. Bed was below average comfort for me as well as the pillows. Remote for TV didn’t work well. Front desk staff pleasant and helpful and attached restaurant has a decent buffet breakfast at additional cost. Several US branded restaurants and fast food within one block. While advertised as being a Miraflores area hotel, it’s at the very far end and it is an over mile walk to where all of the activities are. Still, a great value for the price.

Reservé dos habitaciones y mis dos invitados tuvieron problemas con su viaje, uno canceló de último minuto, y el segundo llegó al día siguiente. Obviamente nuestra reserva seguía en pie, hasta el mediodía, y cuando llegó no quisieron dejarlo entrar a la habitación y tampoco pudo desayunar estando pagado. Nice quiet safe area several food options around. Clean spacious room . Very comfortable bed. Less than 15 min in car to Parque Kennedy if no traffic. Just missing a mini fridge in the room . Great value

Acho que um dos melhores Ibis que ja fiquei. Sempre que viajo procuro me hospedar em um Ibis pois ja conheço o padrao custo/benefício, no entanto este me surpreendeu positivamente. O cafe da manha entao estava maravilhoso.
