Villa Pakatoa

We have been visiting Javea for 25 years and this is probably the best villa we have ever stayed in. This is also the first time we used Javea Holidays and I would definitely use them again. Prior to the holiday, I had questions and it was so easy to contact them, with someone responding almost immediately. Collecting the keys and dropping them back to the office was seamless. The villa itself is very modern and the rooms are all spacious. Two huge bedrooms with en-suites on the lower ground, with a utility room equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge. 1 more en-suite room, plus a double bedroom and twin bedroom on the ground floor which share a bathroom. All rooms spacious and bathrooms looked brand new. Outside by the pool has lots of space both in the sun and shade. The pool is bigger than it looks in the photos. Added bonus that pool towels were provided by Javea Holidays! We would definitely come back to this villa again!

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and Villa Pakatoa was perfect for us all. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained providing us with everything we could possibly need. The pool was perfect with plenty of sun beds and shaded areas. The children loved to go on a lizard hunt every morning in the lovely grounds. We appreciated the linen and towel change half way through our 2 week stay. The interior of the villa is stunning, exactly as depicted in the photos. Javea Holidays were great both during the booking process and throughout our stay. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough and will definitely return. Perfect!

We stayed here in July 2023 and the photos on the booking site didn’t do it justice. It was beautiful! Spacious, nicely furnished, quiet location and a great pool and terrace area. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return (although we’d hire a car next time as walking could be treacherous with no real pavements in some areas). The dishwasher drawers were a bit rusty so could do with replacing, and the cupboard above the oven let the kitchen down as it was visibly warped by heat from the oven. Also, the door to the downstairs bedroom needs replacing as when it rained (quite heavily) one night during our stay, big chunks of the bottom of the door starting coming off.

This villa was perfect for us. It is beautiful and we all had a fantastic holiday here, we did not want to leave. We had an elderly relative who required all amenities to be on the same level and the room next to the pool with the ensuite was great. Our son and girlfriend took the room with the ensuite downstairs which was very private and they loved having their personal space. Would definitely recommend this villa and will definitely be returning. A welcome pack would have been nice upon arrival. Some bread, milk, wine would have been a nice touch.
