The housekeeping was terrible. Staying in a luxury room the room was not made up until very late afternoon. We spoke to reception about this several times. Some of the new waitresses/ waitor staff one gentleman and a new lady kept mixing up drinks orders. Milane the mature waitress was excellent and went way above customer service levels. Roman the driver was also excellent..

Good hotel but not as luxury as other 5 star hotel in Paphos. This hotel is cheaper than other 5 star hotels for a reason.

If it was possible to give more than 10, I would. This place is definitely worth every penny we spent. 1. Beautiful place, clean and tidy, delicious food in a variety. 2. The dinner restaurants are excellent with a variety of delicious cuisines and styles. 3. All inclusive was excellent. Plenty of varied food throughout the day. Drinks/spicy drinks and more full of surprises and in abundance. 4. And the most important thing is the staff of the hotel. Receptionists are kind and helped us with every passenger (even finding alternative flights and canceling flights) 5. The reception manager Maria was wonderful and kind and upgraded us and took care of our late departure (our flight was early in the morning). We will definitely return to this hotel again.
