Clean and kind. Comfortable and modern. The room was even equipped with a styler. I would have been happier if breakfast had been available in the hotel. I was happy to find a 콩나물국밥 house nearby, but guests who don’t like that kind of food will find difficulty in having breakfast.

한옥마을에 걸어가기 편하고 저녁늦게 가도 주차 걱정 없는 곳 찾았는데 딱이에요~~!! 관광호텔은 처음 이용했는데 숙소도 깨끗하고 좁지 않고, 직원분들도 너무 친절하게 해주셔서 더 기분 좋은 여행이었습니다~! 다음에도 또 이용할만해요~~!!

객실 바닥이 카펫이 아닌 마루인 점이 정말 좋았고 객실 내에 의류관리기가 있어서 산행 마친 후의 외투를 개운하게 건조해주어서 정말 좋았습니다. 객실이 매우 깨끗하고 욕실 넓고 쾌적합니다. 전주 올 일이 있을 때마다 이용합니다. 세 번째인 듯. 딱 하나, 주차장이 좁아서 차를 빼고 넣을 때 조금 빡셉니다.

한옥마을과 가까운 위치가 좋았고, 주차장도 약간은 여유가 있더라구요. 1층에 있는 카페와 편의점도 좋았습니다. 실내공간은 층고가 높아서 객실이 크지 않음에도 쾌적했습니다.

Nice newish hotel with nice rooms but with no breakfast facilities or cafe and every staff (wigh one exception) offering no suggestions for where to get a normal breakfast. One staff was very helpful and directed us to a lovely restaurant about 15 minutes walk away where they served brunch from 10am

We liked the bed, the self cleaning clothes machine. The gym needs work. The restaurant being closed was inconvenient The coffee place attendant was Extremely Rude. Even though we showed up first, she took care of six young people who kept trickling in one after the other. We waited for 30 minutes and she didn't start on our order because she decided it was ok to make us wait and not the people who came after us. This was an extremely unwelcoming behavior to tourists. All others were local people.

아기자기한 호텔 느낌이었고 3성급 호텔이라 큰 기대는 안 했지만 위치가 매우 좋고, 층고가 괜찮았습니다.다만 룸 배정 받자마자 침구를 들추어 확인 했는데 기다란 머리카락이 매트에 있어서 교체를 요청 했는데 매이드분이 별로 내키지 않아하는 표정이라 불쾌했습니다. 그럼 그냥 머리카락 보고도 그냥 자야 했을까요.....ㅠ 찝찝한 기분이었는데 밤에 욕실에서 무슨 벌레가 나와서 잠을 제대로 못 잤네요...

한옥마을 근처에 위치해서 퍈하게 이용했어요. 지하주차장이 있어서 좋았고, 직원들도 친절했어요. 객실 내 메모패드, 선반, 각티슈 위에 먼지가 쌓여있어서 청소의 꼼꼼함이 아쉬웠네요. 3박하는 동안 불편함없이 지냈습니다. 재방의사 있음

Very clean room, my only issue was the room aircon was set to heat and we were unable to change to cooling. Therefore had to have the windows open on a busy road so sleep was a bit elusive at times. Room was a good size and we were walking distance to Hanok Village. Caught a taxi back to train station and that cost 8,500 won. Bus over was on money card and both each way take about the 25 mins due to traffic. Lots of cafes and good eating restaurants around, I loved all the food we tried in Jeonju to me it was the best rural city for tasty snacks and dishes.

천장이 매우 높이 개방감이 좋습니다 뷰는 기대하시면 안되는게 호텔 층수가 낮아요 구도심 바로 옆입니다 모두 깔끔합니다 더블베드 2개짜리 룸 마련해주면 가족들도 많이 방문할 것 같은데 아쉬워요

This was the most comfortable bed I slept in during my two weeks in Korea! The hotel is convenient to visiting the Hannock village and close to many shops and restaurants. The highlight for me was the clothes steaming closet! Great to refresh my clothes mid trip. The hotel is new and a bit corporate/sterile, but overall would recommend for a good nights sleep.

Rooms seem new, clean. Staff tried to help but struggled tremendously even with the translating app. Staff seems not quite trained, did not know how to use their own map. Too many people, none knows how to use the app well. If the hotel caters to tourists, they need to provide broad language skills.

The room and property were very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were extremely professional, while remaining warm and helpful. The hotel’s location was ideal for those that want to enjoy Jeon-Ju’s Hanok Village area but don’t necessarily want to stay there. It’s a very short walk (1min) to two very popular traditional bibimbap restaurants, just a bit further (2-5 min) to the high energy Gaeksa neighborhood, and only 8-10 min to the Hanok Village area. We were very happy with our selection.

This hotel was better than I expected. Lovely big room and the hotel is in easy walking distance of the main Hanok area. There is a convenience store and a well known bakery nearby. The only negative, which was not the hotels fault, was that there were roadworks all night long. They should be complete by now.
