Die Lage zur historischen Altstadt ist perfekt! Im Parkhaus 2 Straßen weiter kann man für 17€/24h parken. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe ok. Das Bad ist schön renoviert. Das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit! ABER die Sauberkeit im Bad ist verbesserungsfähig! Im Hotel ist es zwar ruhig aber der Lärm der Straße durch die Fenster ist massiv. Die Kopfkissen sind allerdings unterirdisch!!! Katastrophal!! Viel zu hoch und zu fest. Die Kopf-Nackenschmerzen waren gigantisch!!!!

Hôtel très bien situé à 15 min à pied des lieux commerçants et de visites. Attention, parking disponible ne veut pas dire gratuit. 20 euros supplémentaires par jour. 5 places de stationnements au sous sol de l' hôtel où il faut être revenu avant 22h sinon place inaccessible. Ou bien places disponibles sur parking public à l'aide d'un pass de l'hôtel (toujours 20€) de 16h à midi. Autres points sombres de mon séjour, pas de climatisation donc fenêtre ouverte la nuit et c'est une grande ville avec ses bruits nocturnes. Le double vitrage est constitué de deux fenêtres simple vitrage sur support alu coulissant. L'une d'elle ne fermait pas complètement. Les doubles rideaux sont fixés à environ 5 cm de la fenêtre donc le jour passe largement entre les deux fenêtres. Note positive, le réceptionniste a été très bien.

Super basic accommodations, not so much as an iron in the room. Only person working spoke/understood no English-- fortunately I am reasonably fluent in French, but my companion was not and the hotel specified English was spoken. Seemed annoyed to have to open the garage for us to be able to park, as well.

Badly stained carpet, bathroom door handle loose. Apart from that, good. It looks over the Seine but also a boulevard, so lots of cars (noisy). Excellent service. If you don't book your parking ahead, there is one just around the corner, just go to the hotel first to get a hotel pass ($20/night)

Property was nice and quiet. Staff was kind and helpful. However, the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty and the water drain would clog, leading to water getting out of the shower and into the rest of the bathroom. Toilet could have been cleaner and fresher. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

The room, in a 3star hotel not only was not heated but had no radiator, and this with -3C outdoors. We did get a partial refund but are still out of pocket. Went to Mercure Cathedrale where we had a great room in a very civilised hotel. Would appreciate a total refund

Nous sommes arrivés avec des enfants à 22h à l'hôtel. Le bon point c'est que l'on peut récupérer les clefs dans un coffre...ensuite ca a été une vraie galère !! Nos clefs ne fonctionnaient pas donc nous avons du attendre dans le couloir que la réceptionniste revienne à l'hôtel pour nous ouvrir. Nos clefs n'ont jamais fonctionnées, ce qui voulait dire qu'un départ de la chambre était un départ définitif ! Compliqué quand on est seule avec un bébé de deux ans ! Nous n'avons pas eu de proposition de geste commercial ni d'excuses alors que nous avons attendu 1h dans le couloir avec nos enfants. De plus, les chambres donnant sur la rue sont très bruyantes, j'avais l'impression de m'endormir sur la route. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité et la propreté n'est pas au niveau. Je ne reviendrai pas et ne recommande pas.

Property was nice and quiet. Staff was kind and helpful. However, the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty and the water drain would clog, leading to water getting out of the shower and into the rest of the bathroom. Toilet could have been cleaner and fresher. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

Walking to vibrant night life and attractions. Hard to find parking and entrance to building. Had to call and they explained how to access private parking. All was well after that.

Badly stained carpet, bathroom door handle loose. Apart from that, good. It looks over the Seine but also a boulevard, so lots of cars (noisy). Excellent service. If you don't book your parking ahead, there is one just around the corner, just go to the hotel first to get a hotel pass ($20/night)

Til prisen et ok hotel. Fin lukket parkering med direkte adgang til hotellet. Ret lydt værelse men med muligt for mørklægning Hotellet ligger i kort gåafstand fra den gamle by.

Our first time in Rouen found it a really nice place can’t say to much as we only had one night but for what we paid I can not fault it . Basic but clean staff very helpful so would go back

Clean room but they certainly know how to make good use of fish eye lense. Very small room. Balcony that gives onto a large boulevard, smells of exhaust, no air cond, opening balcony window means letting mosquitoes in. Otherwise it is well located, easy to walk into the old Rouen, nice staff. Three stars hotel…but not the room I got.

Hotel has no air-conditioning despite being advertised as air-conditioned. It was too warm to be in the room during my stay when temperatures hit 35-37C. Missed by hotel. Brought this to receptionist attention who doesn’t seemed to think it’s an issue. It was a tortured 3 day stay. Skip this hotel from June to Sept
