WoodSpring Suites Hermitage - Nashville Airport

Parking needs repairs and stairs area needs cleaning.

Super clean and somewhat modern property. Only thing is they don’t have room service & I have to wait till 10:00 AM for clean towels. I would recommend it though, big area for parking

Just wasn’t what I expected, property is more bare-bones than other extended stay suites I’ve experienced-this one’s front desk shuts down entirely in the evening, there’s no “pantry” to make purchases of snacks, etc (there is a vending machine). Nice little kitchenette but not equipped with anything like dishes, pans…this place is more like getting an apartment than a hotel, if that makes sense, so it depends on what you are looking for. It was clean and I slept well, comfortable beds and powerful hot shower.

No blow Dryer, no iron, no soap, no shampoo. Front desk closes at 10:00 and after that you can’t get anything if you needed it. Other that it’s a new place so it was clean and nice for what we needed it for.

This property is pet friendly to the extreme. I have never been to any hotel like it. Dog everywhere! If you don't want to sleep in a room where dogs may have just checked out with its owner, do not go there. There is no regular reception staff. You cannot call them from your room for anything. You have to take your towels to them in person and exchange for a new one when needed. It is a relatively new property, but the operational model is strange to me.

Clean. Kitchen has supplies for basic meal prep. Laundry/Gym. Good for traveler or longer stay. Professional helpful staff.

The hotel was zero amenities. No coffee in room or lobby. Two flat pillows! No lotion. No dishes or cookware for kitchen and stove.

With a microwave, refrigerator, and stove-top, this was more motel than I needed, bur represented the best value closest to the Nashville airport. The hotel didn't offer breakfast but there was a Waffle House a few feet away.

Nothing outstanding about this place, bare bones accommodations. There was no coffee maker in our room and no coffee in the lobby area.incour eoom

Great weather in the springtime. Loved the 24 hour gym!

The carpets were stained. There were bad smells everywhere. The public areas all needed cleaned desperately. There was insistent beeping in every hallway, which i couldnt identify, but sounded like smoke detectors that needed batteries changed. The toilet seat had been chewed by a dog and left sharp edges. The worst part for me was that after I checked in, I realized I needed another pillow and blanket. The front desk was closed so I called the after hours number. The guy said he couldn't get me additional bedding when the front desk is closed. Over my 3 night stay, I never saw the front desk open again. I called the front desk and after hours numbers multiple times, always getting busy signals and never a person. After check in, I never saw anyone else who worked there. I'd definitely not stay there again.

Room was filthy. Door would not close due to missing pieces. Dishwasher did not work. No dishes in the room. Bed was not a Queen. Terrible

Staff was friendly, hotel close to restaurants, gas stations, pharmacy, ect. The room wasn't as clean as it should've been. The floors hadn't been swept or mopped( hair,food crumbs ,teeth flossers all over) , dried spill in fridge.

Great stay! Very clean room with great amenities. Staff was awesome. We did a one-night stay while traveling thru even though this is an extended stay property. Definitely recommend.

The room was adequate but we had three rooms. Cockroaches were seen in wo of them. Linens are minimal and bed covers were filthy. Won’t return.

Infested with roaches. When you walk the parking lot at night there are hundreds of them crawling all around the building. There were tons of them inside the room as well. When we got there the floors were sticky and turned my socks black within 10 minutes of being there. Staff were okay, no complaints there. the dishwasher smelled horrible. The stove didn’t work at first until i lifted it to mess around with the wiring to make it work. Not the greatest area of town either, i wouldn’t be letting my children walk around the hotel alone. It was okay, it worked for the week i needed to visit nashville but still cost around the same it would if i went somewhere else that may have been cleaner, and the front desk may have been open more than just a few hours a day.

Definitely worth staying here compared to an overpriced option closer to Nashville. I was really surprised with how clean everything was. Check in & out was a bit confusing but staff was kind and helpful - very personable and kind! I will definitely use them again if I come soon

It was a decent place to stay, but the beds were super uncomfortable and hard. The kitchenette is nice, but they offer zero pots/pans to use, and you have to purchase them separately. There were quite a few drunk people around, and the nearby food places were a bit sketchy. Overall, it was good enough, the building was safe with a lock. The main complaint was the beds were too hard, and I left with back pain after 3 nights. The kitchenette thing just seemed pointless once I realized there was no cookware or things to eat with/on.

Only issue" I had a problem with TV not working. Told the front desk about it but never was able to get it resolved I wasn't in most of the time but they never got it done. Price wasn't bad but no breakfast included so that was a minus. The manager was very helpful when I worried that I would need to stay one additional night and he was certain he could help if the room as needed. Luckily, I didn't need it after all.

The floors need a good vacuuming. We have a dog, and understand sheading,but the hair on the floor was terrible. We were there for a funeral and of course we were wearing black. We both had blonde hair all over our clothes. If you walked barefoot, the hair on the bottom of your feet was so thick. You can't get into bed with all of that on your feet. The tv and the remote did not work together. We finally found a way to turn on the tv, but couldn't change channels or use the volume because the remote and tv were not compatible. We only had one channel that we could watch. To turn off the tv, we had to get out of bed. After being relaxed, we had to get out of bed again. The remote should work. A girl came up to check it out, but didn't offer another remote control. You need a side table on either side of the bed. It's so inconvenient to not have anywhere to lay anything. We both use our phones and needed a side table on both sides of the bed to place them on

The poor rating is based purely on how the hotel was designed to allow for every single cooking aroma from every single room to permeate the other rooms. It literally made me sick/vomit!

I really loved the clean property and helpful staff.

No staff present overnight on the weekend. Card key to room did not work, so I was locked out of my room all night. No one available by phone. Unable to receive assistance until the next day, so I paid for services that were not provided while the hotel held my property hostage. This place should be shut down.

No one came to help when we tried to check-in in the evening which resulted in our whole reservation getting canceled and our room was given away.

The desk staff were very rude when we arrived...the only one that wasnt rude was the manager herself...she was the only.one.that accompdated us when.we wanted a full refund.

Great facility; clean, orderly rooms; the staff was super courteous and professional. Highly recommend Woodspring Suites Hermitage.

We are very unhappy with our reservation/stay at this hotel because we weren't able to get the room we had reserved. We made the reservation two weeks ago and I called the hotel directly yesterday around 3:30 pm to let them know we would be checking in late. I was told that our room would be held until we arrived. However, we were about 15 minutes away when we received a call from the hotel saying they did not have a room available for us. So we were not able to stay there. They had no real excuse because the said there were empty rooms but no one available to clean them and when we asked to speak to a manager we were told there wasn't a manager onsite. So instead of staying overnight after a New Year's Eve party we had to drive about 45 minutes to get a place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I had an awkward event there where police knocked on my door because of some crazy man while I was still asleep. The staff should have called me and asked me to come down instead of giving police my information. The event was handled incorrectly and I felt like my privacy was violated.

I chose the hotel because it was near the hospital. It was convenient, clean, and comfortable.

It was far enough from Nashville to beout of the hussle and bussle byt close to the airport. If you have a car its perfect. Driving 10 min from airport 10 mins from Opry area 20.mins from Nashville

Didn't feel safe

I forgot the ladies name at the front desks, but she checked us in and greeted us and was very kind! She even gave my toddler Welch’s gummies as a treat! The room was clean and us being out of town we felt safe at this location.

The extrance to this location is impossible to find. There is no sign; you can only see the hotel from a distance. Entrance is an alley between Taco Bell and Waffle House.

The place opened last Thursday 04/13. We stayed at this location for 4 days. And it was amazing. There is no sign at the entrance so it makes it a bit harder to find but it’s between the waffle house & the Taco Bell where you go in. You will most likely be welcomed by Wendy she is super nice and very helpful made our stay even better. One thing I absolutely love is you cannot get into the building after 10pm at the front door without your hotel key. You need to scan your card to gain access into the building at all times. The facilities are very nice like I said we were there couple days after it open so everything was brand new. There is a Gym and a Guest Laundry area. This place does not have breakfast ( which if you are looking for that free continental breakfast you get at other hotels you won’t be getting it here). There is free hotel coffee in the lobby but thats about it. The rooms come with a two burner countertop, full size microwave & a full size Refrigerator. So you can get food snd make your breakfast among other meals you just have to have pots pans snd utensils. The beds are very comfortable. You have plenty of room for your things. It even provides you with a laundry basket. The bathroom tub is a bit higher than normal ones so I would say be careful when you come out of the shower as you can trip. One thing I notice and this might be because the place just opened and they haven’t hired anyone. There is no housekeeping coming to straighten your room. If you need
