We enjoyed our stay very much. The river swimming was a big hit with us! The rooms were nice. We like things very dark, and the light from outside was coming in, little blinds on the windows on the door would be nice, but over all a great stay for us!

Our room was “basic “ as stated in the website’s description. It was a cute room though! The kids loved the outdoor pool. We used the grills and the owners had brand new grill utensils and charcoal in the garage for their guests. Much appreciated! Two playgrounds, which the kids enjoyed. There were numerous fire pits and bundles of wood for guests also. The weather wasn’t the best and we were too tired to utilize those though. Lovely place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay with lots to do in the NoCo area including Storyland, the Aquarium, the scenic railroad, and lots of sightseeing! The inn was the perfect place to stay to get around to everything nearby and we certainly used all the wonderful amenities including the fire pit, the pool, the lounge and coffee!

Room was clean and up to date. Beds were comfy. Like the electronic key part. We had the Deluxe Suite I think with two queens and a sofa. The room was a bit tight but manageable. AC may be a little small on a really hot summer day. Looks like only one parking spot which could be an issue on busy days. They graciously allowed us to check in early. I highly recommend!

This property is right near Storyland. There is a little playground in the back as well as the Saco. The staff replied immediately about any questions I had. The pool had a safe gate around it and the property is pet friendly. The kitchen had everything I needed such as tools, trash bags, dish soap, as well as a small oven, diswasher, fridge, and more. The beds including the pullout couch (we had 7 people) was comfortable.

The room was very clean and had several towels. I paid extra for my dog, which was supposed to be included in my Expedia payment. While the room was very small, it did have a small fridge and microwave. Since it downpoured for my whole stay, I was forced to stay in the tiny room with my dog for my entire stay. It would have been nice to have some sort of shelter outside, so that I could have gone outside to smoke. Even though there was a chair and table outside of my room, with a covered top, I was forced to go all the way in the back of the property in the pouring rain. I probably will not consider this place in the future.

Fabulous stay, from 1st entering to leaving my room. Clean!! Nicely decorated. Big, with queen bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with big microwave, undercounter refrig, coffee machine, basket of coffee supplies. Comfortable bed, pillows, comforter. Good water pressure in sparkling clean shower. Keyless entry! Just download their app. Big lounge instead of front desk with lounge chairs, tables and chairs, snacks for honor system purchase, and kids playroom. Very quick responses to questions via text or email. Good internet. Nice outdoor pool and swings for kids. Well located for getting to all the White Mountains attractions. I hope to go back someday!

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciate that we were able to get a roll away bed since we forgot to request one when booking. Everything was nice and clean and the staff were great and very prompt with helping us. Will definitely come again.

Stayed in "The Bungalow." Like a home away from home. Comfy beds, full kitchen, short walk to edge of the river, lovely "back yard" and our own chimenea! Highly recommend.

I stayed here with a friend for a weekend wedding. I previously lived in this area and had never heard of this place. It is well appointed, spacious, well-equipped, owner responds quickly to questions. Very little road noise. We both slept like small children. Either of us would stay here again for future events.

Ideally located down the road from Attitash and a 15 minute drive to central North Conway. It's a great combination of rustic NH roadside inn with fully upgraded, modern finishes and conveniences. My two cats were happy and well accommodated and all communication directly from the Inn and More before and during my stay was exceptional. Shelley, the on site manager, couldn't have been more friendly and responsive. She was the best! I'll definitely be back. Very happy.

Our room #4 was spacious and welcoming. The bathroom is challenging for any things you would normally put on a counter around the sink cause there is none. But overall we were very pleased with a comfortable bed, space to do yoga and stretching. Beds are my biggest concern and these were great!

This was an impromptu stay in leu of the campground we had scheduled as we had been getting rained out for a week on our tent camping trip and need a dry place to stay for a bit. We had some issues with the app that unlocks the doors. I found the system to be inconvenient, especially since the door to the room was nearly impossible to open and close due to humidity and paint. This is an old motel that’s been flip-style remodeled. It smelled musty, especially the bedroom, but I do have a strong sense of smell and that might not be a problem for everyone. The owner was kind and helpful but there aren’t employees always at a front desk. You need to call his cell if you have an issue and he’s not there. It worked out fine for us but it could have been a pain in one circumstance. I would recommend to the owner to include a broom in the rooms since the floors are wood floors and after a day or so stuff was constantly sticking to my bare feet. The only other gripes are that the toilet is very tall (bring a travel squatty or bucket if you can’t do 2 half standing up) and the pillows are way too big and firm. I had to use my little camping pillow instead. Otherwise everything was nice.

This was a great property in a great location. New, well maintained. The connected room availability was a huge plus and probably a huge factor to choose on top of other short term rentals. It is a self serve property though someone is available if needed. All facilities were there needed for a family. Would come back

Not Perfection but everything above average. We were having problems with the mobile room key to entry. Called for help and got the physical key cards right away. It's great for a big family that two big rooms fit us nearly 28 people. We are all having a good time. No problem in any communication and quick response when needed for assistance.
