We stayed here for my daughter’s orientation for UCF. This hotel was a nice surprise-it was upscale and very clean. The gym was very well equipped and the service at the property was excellent. It’s right on campus so everything is very walkable. It is also close to other restaurants if you don’t mind crossing a major street (and sweating in the hot central Florida sun). We booked it again for when we move our daughter into her dorm in August.

This hotel is very new and nice, but the parking can be troublesome sometimes with the college and events held at the hotel. The breakfast was okay, but is not included so it’s pricey as is the cost of a $5 soda or $4 candy bar for convenience. The road noise was horrendous unless you enjoy a lot of revving motorcycles from 1000pm onward.

The properly is a nice one. The location is great. It’s fairly new. The saltwater and temperature controlled pool is a plus. They welcome you from outside , open the door and help with our luggage. The check in is quick, they have cold fruity water to quench you from the heat. I like our room on the top floor with a view of the pool. It’s spacious and theme oriented. They have nice amenities like coffee, vanity stuff, and cool branded toiletries. The restaurant Aurora has delicious food and Oscar our server is so seeet and attentive. The only things I didn’t like is that the front desk staff are not friendly. They don’t smile or greet you when they see you, except for one and also Caitlyn on my checkout. Stayed there for 6 nights and they do charge for overnight parking. As the day goes by, the cleaning of the room has become less and less thorough and they don’t replenish some of the amenities. One day they didn’t do the housecleaning for the room. Also they need to instruct the pool cleaner to come before they open it to the guests. Instead of just showing up and vacuuming the pool while you’re inside. Other than those my stay is acceptable.

I was reluctant to stay here since it is right at UCF but it’s the nicest hotel close to Oviedo so I went with it. Reception was nice, the hotel is new and everything was in good condition and clean, didn’t use the amenities but they seemed pretty decent, valet - all good. In the room they have a little sign that says if you don’t appreciate the sounds of the city, you can request ear plugs. UCF is basically Oviedo and definitely no city so they’re obviously referring to *sounds of the party.* It was actually surprisingly quiet. However, once I finally got into bed, I noticed the unmistakable smell of vomit. The sheets themselves were clean but it must have previously permeated one of the items in the bed or the bed itself and was really quite unpleasant.

Check in online was wonderful, then text notification notified when my room was ready, was great, which was by noon. The hotel and room is very new and well taken care of. The room was prob one of the most clean I have ever stayed in for all aspects. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, 10/10.

For a Ucf onsite hotel there should be free shuttle service to the stadium on game day. None of the staff even knew about if there was a shuttle and the shower water pressure was non existing

Aside from us arriving back to our room on the day of check in (went out for 4 hours) and the door being ajar, the stay was decent. Apparently our door had a malfunction and though it was flushed closed it still “opened” on its own in our absence. Engineering came up and said they’d handle it on Monday. The front desk was attentive but apparently not much more they could do for our safety that night.

This hotel is elegant and impeccably clean, but the customer service is abysmal. Upon arrival, I was under the impression that the incidental deposit for one night was $50 USD. I had already paid for my stay in full before checking in. However, the front desk staff seemed completely unprepared. They charged my card three times: once for $142 and twice for $72. When I noticed these charges, I immediately contacted the front desk. The same staff member was unable to explain what happened and transferred me to the reservations line. The reservations team then informed me I needed to speak with the hotel’s front desk manager. When the manager finally addressed the issue, he was equally unhelpful and could not clarify why my card had been overcharged multiple times. I left frustrated and uncertain if the unauthorized charges would be refunded. While the hotel itself is lovely, the disorganized billing and lack of accountability from the staff make it impossible for me to recommend. I won’t be returning.

I called many times and they said "is on the way". After 2 hours i decided to leave the hotel and not receive the breakfast. Very sad situation. Disappointed.

While in Orlando for an event at UCF, we chose the Celeste Hotel for its convenient location. The staff made this our favorite hotel during a 2-week trip to Florida. Everyone there is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and seems to really enjoy working in hospitality. We highly recommend and will stay at this location again next time we are visiting Orlando.
