There was not any parking at the hotel. There was an event going on and more than 50% of cars parked there were for the event that was going on at the waterfront. The staff were friendly and room waa clean. We had a great view of the marina. Unfortunately we felt as the bed was uncomfortable as well.

This was our first time staying here and it was beautiful! Lovely front desk staff and I loved the nautical theme of it all! Our room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the boardwalk. The bar staff was lovely and service was wonderful. Only one elevator was working at the time so it was a bit of a wait but we’re thankful we didn’t have to take the stairs. The only bad thing about the visit was there was an odd stain on one of the lounging chairs in our room. Overall it was a lovely stay

Beautiful Harborside hotel w plenty of walkable dining options nearby. Spacious room w a view and solid wifi(once we were able to access it). Free parking outfront was a bonus There is a pool but no hottub which was different All in all a comfortable stay on our way to Seattle and woukd definately recommend as I felt it was value added for a stay.

Paid $260 for this waterfront hotel. There was no onsite parking, lot full, and 3 trips to the front desk before they told us about re-imbursed parking to be found off site. Finally got to our room to find our view was the rooftop HVAC through a dirty window. The tv remote was dead, telephone did not work, and was never fixed even after yet another trip to the front desk. The hotel itself is beautiful, newer and in a nice area. Upon checkout the staff had no apology for me when they asked how was my stay, and I told them. Would love to stay again but felt undervalued and nothing more than a nuisance to the hotel staff.

We chose this hotel for the location. I was disappointed in the fact our room was not "CLEAN" the shower had hair in it, and felt slimy, i had to put a towel in the shower in addition to shower shoes just to shower it was gross. There was no microwave in the room which was inconvenient, and the walls are really thin, you can hear everything outside in the halls. The bed was comfortable though. I arranged a late check out for 1pm as i needed to get remote work done prior to leaving, we had someone come to the room 3 TIMES asking when we were leaving before they noticed we already arranged a late check out, then about 10 min prior to our departure time, we left, and someone was literally standing outside our door waiting for us to leave. We wont stay here again.

This hotel was a big win! The front desk staff were so personable and helpful, and the cleaning staff were cheerful and did a great job-the entire hotel was spotless! Location was perfect with gorgeous water views as well as many options for coffee, food and cocktails within walking distance. I was traveling soli and didnt have any concerns for safety since all areas outside were well lit and typically had filks out and about. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

It's a nice place, however our view had bird poop on our window all over it. It didnt seem like sheet was changed and had hairs on the bed and their was a small paper bag of trash behind the pillows.

Great stay and good location. Property was quiet. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been, there was some hair and a Bobby pin left. Breakfast was great with a good view. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

It was beautiful, staff was helpful and kind. My only complaint is the sticky floors in the room. I think it was just a matter of diluting the cleaner they used a little more rinsing that cleaner off more thoroughly. It felt very clean and we had a great overall experience, it was the floors.

There was a dirty sock in the bed! The room had been ‘cleaned’ without the bedding getting changed! Called reception and they said we will bring you clean sheets and you can change it yourself. At 11pm we were doing their housekeeping work. In the morning the manager gave us breakfast vouchers and $50 off the room but acted like she wasn’t that bothered about the reason why she had to do that. Would not go back.

The property was absolutely beautiful. A lot of food options in walkable distance. The only issue I had with the property was the walls were so thin I could hear guest outside my door and in neighboring rooms (alarms, talking &showering) Bed was a little hard for my liking but I am sure most won’t notice.

nice suite corner room, but bathroom smelled like disinfectant. very soft mattress on the bed. walls are VERY thin. overall, it was a good stay for one night, but I wouldn’t stay here again for the price.

The water view and balcony we paid to upgrade, were an awkward angle to see the waterfrint and facing aassice expanse of concrete rooftop. To see the water you had to crane your head to the side and it wasn't what we'd expected for the additional cost. We had an extended trip for business meetings and there was no dresser in the room. There was a single drawer. This was maddening as there was plenty of space, but the aesthetic and design of the room was contrived, ugly and inefficient. The space for hanging clothes was a structurally open armoire, so you could lay in bed and stare at your clothes and piles of them too since there was no dedicated storage. There were awkward mini canvases boasting close up images of rusty nails and maritime items. And in the empty nook where a functioning dresser could easily was an oversized canvas of cartoonish anchors on a side wall that you could only see when walking through the room at a certain angle. The front desk reception was disjointed and there was zero explanation of the facilities available. We stumbled into the hotel's restaurant by happenstance and the host wasn't very friendly there either so we made dinner plans elsewhere. Everett is a beautiful coastal town, but when we return next year we'll be seeking better accomodations.

My niece and I were very impressed with our room on the 4th floor with a FANTASTIC view!! We ate breakfast every morning and Lori was our excellent server. We didn’t realize until the last day, that the complimentary cards could also be used for lunch or dinner. NEXT TIME!! THANK YOU. (We only have one complaint. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony because the roof fans below us were soooooo loud). We will DEFINITELY be back!!

Very clean and cute location. The walls are pretty thin, though. If you're neighbor isn't mute, you will hear them. So that takes away from the relaxation aspect. Otherwise, the room is spacious and has everything we need. The bedside reading light is a huge bonus!

Everything was great but disappointed the balcony had no seating and the outside was very noisy from the AC units and roof below my balcony. I think if I had known I would have opted out. I don’t think it was worth the additional cost for a balcony.

We were celebrating with a night on the water front for our anniversary. We had a corner room with great views. The balcony was small, too small for a chair. But we could stand outside and enjoy the sunset. There was only one bath robe in our room. The bed was comfortable. The walk-in shower was large, but the shower didn’t have enough pressure for my wife to rinse her hair well enough. The in room refrigerator/cooler kept turning on and off all throughout the night, and was noisy enough to wake us a few times. Early in the morning, you can hear the other guests preparing to leave that are nearby. It would have been better for the room to have carpet to absorb the sounds. We would stay again, next time we will be better prepared.

The hotel location is great in an up and coming redevelopment, very walkable and nice sights. The hotel itself is fairly standard but trying for up upscale feel, which isn’t quite hitting the mark. We happened to be in on a night that had a high school Prom and were woken up at least 6 times during the night between 11 and 4am with screaming down the hallway. I mentioned this to the front desk on check out but they didn’t show much empathy at all. The lobby has no hot water, tea or coffee with real cream which is pretty standard at all but the most basic hotel chains. We had a nice dinner and beers at Scuttlebutt and it’s a very short walk across the street. We will be back to the harbour but likely will stay at another hotel.

Customer service at check in and check out was amazing! The floors in the room could use some cleaning, you can tell they were spot cleaned. There were sticky areas on the bathroom floor. The night stands could also use a wipe down! The salmon chowder in the restaurant was AMAZING!! We would be back to stay again!

This was our second stay at this property. The location is convenient for when we have business or medical needs to deal with. The rooms are comfortable, simple and clean. Unfortunately, for both of our stays we encountered difficulties when checking out. First stay, the front desk staff person was unable to print out our receipt. They said they would email it to us, but it never showed up. Instead, 7 small charges showed up in my credit card activity from the hotel. I called to ask again for an accurate receipt, and a different person answered the phone and promised to resend the receipt. Three days and three phone calls later, a receipt finally arrived via email and shortly after, the accurate charges showed up in my credit card activity. About a month later, we stayed at the Indigo hotel in Everett again. Delightful stay, peaceful location, good food in the restaurant. Upon trying to check out, the same front desk person told me that she could not take our payment because we had booked through Expedia and that Expedia would have to send us the bill. I knew that I had booked to "pay on site" for our stay, but she refused to take my payment. Not sure we will ever return to this hotel. Complications with simply preparing a receipt at check-out does not encourage customer confidence.

2 night stay. When I checked in there was water all over the floor from a leaking fridge. I asked the front desk to take care of it and was assured it would be done. Noone came that night. I also noticed my bathroom wasn't very clean. ( Counter needed wiped and the mirror was splattered with water and white spots. The next day I was gone from my room from 10 am until after 1 pm. (I had a migraine and needed a quiet, dark room.)When I got back, I was locked out of my room due to a reservation issue. The staff member informed me that they should have told me the night before that I would need to check in again which didn't happen. Also, noone had cleaned up the water, dealt with the fridge, and housekeeping hadn't cleaned the room either. So, instead of being able to rest, I had to wait for a maintenance person to fix the fridge. I utilized the bar and restaurant while there and felt the food was way overpriced for what was served. Check in was bizarre. Nobody in front of us, first customer service agent on the phone, second agent talking to staff in the sitting area. Finally a third agent came around the corner, asked us if we had been helped. She said she can’t check us in but will start the paperwork. Agent 1 finally got off the phone and finished the paperwork. Asked me for a picture id and credit card. Didn’t say anything about charging my card, asked us if we’ve been here before, we said yes. Told us to have a nice day and got back on phone. The hotel accommodations were awesome. Comfortable king size bed with fluffy pillows. The hotel was welcoming and well laid out with a nice patio for drinks and food. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was sort of out of the way for us but for anyone needing to be near the marina it would be great. There were several restaurants close by.

The on line photos led me to believe the property was in closer proximity to and near beach access. Was surprised to arrive and find we were in the middle of a giant construction area and not near the beach. Otherwise property was fine. Clean enough. Quiet enough. Oh they allow pets. There was a neighbor dog barking a lot…this rental will feel very after the Esplanade is complete!!

I stayed on a Friday night for a 2-day boat project in the Everett marina. The room was comfortable and mostly clean, but the showerhead was wonky and the shower had hair remnants from previous guests. All of that would have been fine, but It. Was. Loud. I can't even count the number of times children ran up and down the halls. Housekeepting was vacuuming the hall for what seemed like forever, and the people above me had a child who ran and jumped all day. The restaurant was stupid expensive and SLOOOOOOOOOOW. And then the food wasn't all that great. A hot tub might have improved my feelings about this property, but gor what I paid, it was not worth it. I probably won't stay here again.

What I liked is the staff at the front desk was terrific and the room was amazing and quiet. What I didn’t like was the hotel restaurant, first day the menu items were basically vegan friendly, super expensive and portions were tiny. Female waitresses was in a hurry to get paid and get us out of there, she was miserable and made my wife feel uncomfortable. Tall older lady! Second day went for breakfast and the kitchen was out of order and they had a buffet for $20. It was fake eggs, already made waffles which were stuck to the catering tins and not edible, uncooked turkey sausage, dry cereal, old fruit and English muffins. I complained but the waitress just rogered out and charged me $20 plus $6 and change for tax and I tipped so it was basically $30 for a coffee and orange juice. Bottom line the kitchen here has issue, need to plan better and staff is good with some staff that is just working for tips. Also had a wine walk going on and park the first day was horrible, crowd was drunk, loud, rude and up at night during quiet hour puking there brains out.

My niece and I were very impressed with our room on the 4th floor with a FANTASTIC view!! We ate breakfast every morning and Lori was our excellent server. We didn’t realize until the last day, that the complimentary cards could also be used for lunch or dinner. NEXT TIME!! THANK YOU. (We only have one complaint. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony because the roof fans below us were soooooo loud). We will DEFINITELY be back!!

Great place to stay would stay there again two comments it’s unfortunate. Whoever designed the building they put the AC units on the roof where you look down on them and they’re extremely noisy at night. Additionally, the fire alarm in the bedroom flashes a bright light every 10 seconds lol
