My only complaint is the parking situation for the Village Center—you have to either do valet or walk quite a bit. The distance is only a problem when you have a lot of luggage!

Great hotel, very clean and well kept. Great look and feel. The walk from the lower parking lot was pretty ridicules. Rolling suite cases on the gravel was just not a good look. The walk was also zero lit at night. Walking on a gravel construction road in the dark seemed not on par with the how the hotel would like to be represented.

Amazing stay, amazing area, beautiful views. Room was beautiful, shower was beautiful! Bed… was ok, was a pull down “Murphy bed”. AC was quiet but turned off and on all night which became annoying. Also, surprisingly came with a beautiful free breakfast and chair lift rides. Amazing

Nice stay, hotel is in great condition. Close to everything, slopeside. Can actually ski in ski out if you keep your gear at the hotel. Really good free breakfast, small gym, outdoor pool and hot tub. Fantastic staff. Only complaint was the Murphy bed - it's very low, so hard for people with limited mobility and sheets touch the floor. Also, no night stands. Despite that, would stay again.

The Village Center at Big Sky was one big luxurious stay. The staff especially were exceptional from check in to bell hop service to cleaning. Without exception the staff were friendly, extra helpful and just happy. The facilities were top notch with ski in/out, free use of laundry facilities and supplies, hot tub, walk to everything. Would definitely love to return.

Best location for ski in, ski out on the mountain! Shows signs of wear and tear in the unit, but was comfortable overall. Condo #280 has the best patio for sunning and watching the skiers. Outdoor pool and hot tub were great after a day on the slopes.

Was a really nice stay. Very nicely appointed room, Murphy bed was actually comfortable, staff was all very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit confusing at first but they easily directed me where to go for check in and then to park. Can’t drive up to this hotel due to its location right in the Village Center, but they will shuttle you to the door from your vehicle. Hot tub and pool are excellent-they said pool temp is 92, and felt wonderful in the cool mountain air!

Fantastic location, super service and surprising amenities (high quality breakfast that exceeded expectations, easy ski storage with ski in-ski-out, outdoor pool and hot tub despite freezing temps, workout room, fireplace, dishwasher & instapot). Also - bed was a murphy bed, so apres ski we had more space in the room to enjoy the fireplace and mountain views. Pricey, but worthi it.

Wonderful resort with lots of amenities, even in the summer. Great dining options. Housekeeping was phenomenal. Room was spacious with a nice fireplace. Views were incredible and complimentary ski lift tickets were a huge bonus. Access to free laundry was appreciated. Pool and hot tub were nice, however jets on hot tub were out of order. Only negative for the stay was a lot of construction was happening at the resort, so parking/walking was a bit frustrating, as well as the noise and appearance of surrounding area. However, the stay was awesome, so this was easily overlooked. Would definitely return to stay at Big Sky in the future.

The resort is nestled on a beautiful mountain and I'm sure that those who ski or bike could speak to a much better experience than we can. We did not have a bad experience by any means, it's just not the resort for us. The property was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. We don't bike, so there wasn't anything for us to do at the resort. Even the shopping was bike/ski focused. The restaurants and cocktail lounges closed early in the evening, but that could be because it was a week day. We had to drive 30+ minutes to do anything.

Staff and rooms were exceptional. Only downside would be the house keeping. Requested a room clean and they only took the dirty towels and halfway moved the blanket on the bed. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay. Will be back

The staff were very friendly and helpful! My reservation was for a queen bed room and instead I got a very small full sized Murphy bed. The bed itself was very uncomfortable, and the area behind the bed was dusty and dirty. The complimentary breakfast was a nice amenity with a standard breakfast buffet.

Beautiful settings in the Mountains, front desk staff welcoming (every time you walked into the lobby).. lovely spacious room, with surprises! Restaurants on premise were delicious (but expensive) Hot tub needs a little updating but clean! The check in process is a bit unusual but later understood the reason.. Overall, relaxing and comfortable, with beautiful scenery

Overall the hotel itself was beautiful, lobby, rooms etc! However, if you looked closely you could tell the carpet had not been replaced in ages and the furniture was worn. Also, very inconvient and confusing for check in and check out! Surronding contruction was very annoying. We were able to enjoy our stay, but I would not recommend it to anyone.

The mountain is beautiful. Big Sky as a whole is great, but I could not believe that for the price we paid, we had to sleep on a Murphy Bed! Which was not much better than a hide a bed. My wife and I, as well as our friends in another room had the worst night sleep we’ve ever had due to the horrible mattresses. “Come stay at our luxury resort hotel, but don’t expect to enjoy your stay, because the beds will make you so mad and sore you won’t be able to do the activities you have planned” Is what the advertisement should say.

There are lots of places to stay up at Big Sky Mountain and this one was a bit newer and nicer which we liked. The murphy bed allowed more room in the room but wasn’t that comfortable, okay for two nights but wouldn’t do longer than that. The other furniture in the room was comfortable and we really liked the mini kitchen too. The breakfast that was included was okay but you had to wait in a long line to get it which didn’t make it worth it. Overall, Big Sky was good skiing w great views but had a corporate feel to it, like one company owned all the rooms and food options and nothing was independently owned so it lacked character. Food options weren’t good, generic and overpriced. There was a market so you could make food in your room to save money, no stove top but had microwave and an instapot if you know how to use one of those. We also appreciated the free laundry.

The property is beautiful. So many things to do to keep the family entertained. Bonus, the scenic rides up the mountain are included with your stay, although nobody told us. We were prepared to pay the $42 ticket each (yikes!), then were pleasantly surprised to hear it was included. Sad that we almost missed out but had decided to splurge. The room was lovely. Our room was in the Village Center. Only complaint was having the most uncomfortable mattress ever. Neither one of us slept well for two nights snd woke up aching all over.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, the staff showed genuine kindness - housekeeper wishing us safe travels, front desk thanking us for our stay…. It was lovely, as was our room. Amazing view, toasty fireplace (we actually used it in June), comfy bed. And it was so roomy. The area was also magnificent. We were able to walk directly to our hiking trail (plenty of staff to guide the way), stroll to dinner, and just a few steps to a well stocked grocery store. Wish we had been able to stay longer!

Stay for the most part was great. Staff was very friendly. Cleaning boy - did nothing but give us clean towels. Did not even take out our over flowing garbage. The resort is nestled on a beautiful mountain and I'm sure that those who ski or bike could speak to a much better experience than we can. We did not have a bad experience by any means, it's just not the resort for us. The property was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. We don't bike, so there wasn't anything for us to do at the resort. Even the shopping was bike/ski focused. The restaurants and cocktail lounges closed early in the evening, but that could be because it was a week day. We had to drive 30+ minutes to do anything.

Terrible problems getting into and out of Big Sky via the access road. Delay of 1hour 45 minutes to get in and 30 minutes getting out. This is wasted vacation time!!

It would have been helpful had we known prior to our arrival the check-in process. Due to construction projects we had to be escorted to a parking lot, and then driven to the hotel.

This is a beautiful place to stay in a wonderful mountain setting. The staff were welcoming and so very helpful. The only concern we had was getting luggage from our car in the parking lot to the hotel. The pathway between there was under construction and graveled and very difficult for rolling suitcases. The bathroom and kitchen were very well stocked, the kitchen even had an Insta pot. The towels in the bathroom were very plush, and they were even bath robes for our use. We had a nice balcony with a fantastic view of the mountain and ski areas. we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Best location for ski in, ski out on the mountain! Shows signs of wear and tear in the unit, but was comfortable overall. Condo #280 has the best patio for sunning and watching the skiers. Outdoor pool and hot tub were great after a day on the slopes.

We could walk to the lifts which made it very convenient. We went one of the last days for the ski season, so the staff was someone lean as expected. Great snow. Great lifts. We are coming back with family and friends in Feb of 2026.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The location is the absolute best. A true ski in & ski out - so close to the lifts and runs, we went to the room for lunch everyday and back on slope in less than 45 min. Breakfast included was great - hot buffet - not mini muffins and a waffle iron. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating.

Really enjoyed staying right in the village. The convenience was amazing. The hot tub and pool were super nice.I loved that they provided robes which was great for going to and from the hot tub. I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast. I did not like the way it was set up.The food just wasn't that good. And even though our breakfast was included in our booking, we had to pay gratuity still for having someone bring beverages, and bring me the check that says complimentary and give them a tip. LOL.

Breakfast could be better though, even though it looks like they tried their best. Please look up breakfast in european resorts - add more choices of eggs, egg whites, boiled eggs, etc. more salad and more fruit options would be a plus. Staff was seeking tips just for bringing in hot water.

It was quite and the views were amazing, however I was not very happy about the dinning opposition's. Very few places to eat and feel comfortable. My husband and I were there for our anniversary and when we went to eat there were only 2 places to go. Although it was very beautiful there we will choose another destination next time.

This hotel was located very conveniently within the Big Sky Resort. It was right at the bottom of the mountain where all of the summer lifts operated from. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and had a great view of the mountain from our room. The room was clean and spacious and we had access to a laundry room right down the hall. The staff was courteous and attentive to our needs such as baggage help and parking options. Overall, a great two-night stay at a very reasonable summertime price.

Anna at the Front Desk was kind-hearted and helpful, as were all the front desk staff. The property is beautifully located, and the caliber of the rooms is 5-Star - just like pictured! If you are arriving in the evening its good to call ahead for instructions, as the complex of buildings can be challenging to navigate when you first arrive. Thank you for providing us with a marvelous place to celebrate my wife’s birthday, in a lovely setting next to chairlifts and a gondola. The onsite restaurants were great as well! Cheers, Steven E.
