フライトの前日に泊まった。駅の目の前でロケーションはよい。温泉とサウナは２４時間だったため便利。ジムは２２時までだったので利用できずに残念。最寄り駅が各駅停車の電車になるのでその点は不便にかんじるかも。ホテル内はきれい。

Onsen, Sauna, and a fitness room. (Treadmill/ bikes, etc) Rooms are not cramped.Fridge/ Electric tea kettle. Water. Train about 30 meters away( Nishikinohama Sataion). About 30 minutes to Kansai Airport/ 40 minutes the other way to Namba( Osaka) last stop.

非常階段を使用する方はあまりいないと思いますがホコリがすごいので利用しない方がいいです。アレルギーがあるので部屋の換気扇のホコリも気になりました。それ以外は良くすごせました。

朝食があったらもっと良かったですが… とにかく室内はきれいで居心地も最高！温泉もあるし清潔だし、アメニティも充実。スタッフの方々の気持ちいい対応にも大満足。また是非お願いします。

綺麗に清掃されており、気持ちよく過ごせました。お風呂も大浴場があり、中にサウナもありましたので、ゆっくりできました。スタッフも丁寧でまた機会があれば利用したいです。

お風呂を毎回楽しみにしておりましたが、排水溝から臭いが上がってきており、とても不快でした。。お風呂は綺麗なのだろうけど、排水溝の匂いと、床の汚れが目立ち、温泉も綺麗なのだろうか、、と気になってしまいました。

お部屋や廊下はとても綺麗で清潔でした。ただ、24時間営業の大浴場が未明の利用のためか清掃が追いついていませんでした。床がヌルヌルしていました。妻も同じことを言っておりました。

스탠다드로 이용했는데 두명에서 사용하기에 적합하다고 생각했으나... 캐리어때문에 그런지 조금 좁다고 느껴서 ㅠㅠ 수건(카운터에 말하면 여분 수건 줌)과 다른 화장품들도 하나씩밖에 없어서 아껴썼다랄까... 하지만 샤워 부스 있고 비데있고 목욕탕까지 무료로 사용가능하고 히터, 에어컨, 소파에 침대, 냉장고 그리고 커피포트까지 있는거 보면 그래도 가격대비 가성비가 좋다 생각해요! 무튼 큰 가방이 있다면 한 등급 높여서 사용해보는 것도 좋을것 같네요!

お部屋はベランダがあり明るく、ユニットバスとトイレという作りでなく、シャワーとトイレという作りで間にしっかりと仕切りがあって使いやすかったです。部屋に細かいアメニティグッズも揃っており、お水もペットボトルでのサービスもありとても助かり快適に過ごせました。

Had a great short stay. Flew into KIX for a one night stay before leaving in the morning for my next flight. I wish I would’ve had more time, as the gym and spa areas looked very nice! My checkin was quite late, after midnight, and the front desk employee was very quick and kind. Room was great - had enough space for someone that doesn’t need a ton of room. LOTS of amenities including a razor, some soaps, toothbrush and more which was very convenient. Location is very close to the train station. I had two full sized suitcases plus a carryon, and a large backpack, and it’s only roughly 200m. If a cab was needed, under ¥1000 for sure! Only downside is that the pillows were very flimsy, and the bed a bit hard, but these things are more normal compared to North America so can’t complain too much about that. Overall, fantastic stay for a good price and I highly recommend! Would return.

Kanade hôtel is a little bit far from Osaka so I was a little bit surprised, the town around is really quiet and calm . You can go to the beach with a 20 min walk . A night it's pretty cool ! Two convenience store are in the street , one bar and one sport club . The train station is 1 minute from the hotel very conviennent. The staff is adorable , I love my wallet in the Osaka station during my stay and they have done everything to help me and thanks to them and the local police I was able to get back my wallet with everything inside. Can't express how grateful I am ! The sport club inside the hotel is really big and complete for an hotel and the onsen is super clean an open 24 on 24 . The rooms are lovely: big and spacious and the bathroom is a must . You have also a AC fully functional and a big TV screen . The only bad pont is that is far from the center of Osaka but if you spend some time around you will start to live this quiet place and thoses lovely people . The staff don't speak English but they will do everything to communicate or help you . I give a 5 stars to Kanade and his wonderful staff

このHotelsからの予約が、今回宿泊したホテルカナデさんに予約の情報が届いてなくて、30分程チェックイン出来ずにロビーで待たされました。今までこんな事は無かったのでしんどかった。次回からはこういう事がないようにお願いします。

Very nice! Staff were kind, friendly, and understanding! Location was right next to a station so I didn't have to worry about walking. It is located in further south of Osaka so a bit far from places but if you are fine with that, highly recommend! Not a lot of restaurants around but still have some good places!

로비에서 처음 만난 중국인 여성 직원분이 퉁명하고 불친절해서 일본여행중 처음으로 불쾌함을 느꼈습니다. 하지만 그 직원도 실수를 깨닫고 이후에는 그런태도를 보이지는 않았습니다. 위치가 좋고 깔끔하고 샤워시설이 좋았습니다.

二日連泊しました。うまく伝えられずにいて、タオル交換をフロントに告げると、そのままタオルセットを手渡されました。そのほうが良かったので助かりました。フロントも対応が丁寧でした。

Onsen, Sauna, and a fitness room. (Treadmill/ bikes, etc) Rooms are not cramped.Fridge/ Electric tea kettle. Water. Train about 30 meters away( Nishikinohama Sataion). About 30 minutes to Kansai Airport/ 40 minutes the other way to Namba( Osaka) last stop.

Very nice! Staff were kind, friendly, and understanding! Location was right next to a station so I didn't have to worry about walking. It is located in further south of Osaka so a bit far from places but if you are fine with that, highly recommend! Not a lot of restaurants around but still have some good places!

Only stayed a night to get to the airport easily. Right next to the train station which was great. Room was a smallish size if you have baggage open but enough to walk around. No bathtub in rooms as they have a natural spring public bath. Friendly staff during check in and checkout at 6am was no issue either.

3回目の宿泊です。今回初めて朝食を食べました。和食のお惣菜中心で物足りない人がいるかもしれませんが、私にとってはとても良かったです。味も美味しかったです。また利用したいと思います。

駅から近く、コンビニもあって便利。コンビニ以外は何もないけど。。施設は大浴場があって良かった。お部屋も快適だったが、洗面所はお湯が出なくて困った。さすがにこの寒い季節、水で顔を洗うのは辛く、シャワーブースはお湯が出たので助かった。

朝食があったらもっと良かったですが… とにかく室内はきれいで居心地も最高！温泉もあるし清潔だし、アメニティも充実。スタッフの方々の気持ちいい対応にも大満足。また是非お願いします。

子どものサッカー大会が近くで開催されたために利用。ダブルベッドは大人と子どもで使ってちょうどいいくらいの大きさなので大人2人だとやや狭いかも。大浴場があるのはありがたい、設備はスポーツジムにあるお風呂並み。最近できた施設で設備は綺麗、駅から近い。近くに100円ローソンあり

周りに何もない上、ホテルにも特に食事の設備はないので、あらかじめ買って行った方がいいです。軽食自販機はありましたが、売り切れも多かったです。二色浜というちょっと離れたところなので仕方ないかもしれません

Convenient location, friendly staffs, has a free public hot and cold tub plus a sauna. The gym is decently equipped most hotels don't have a gym at all in Japan and in Asia in general. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.

New Hotel everything is clean and fresh. Located right next to the train station. Easy trip to Kansai airport. Great spot to spend a night before a flight.

**Positives: *A balcony with a view! That was a welcome surprise. I could see the airport! *Check-in was easy enough (although my Japanese is improving, but the staff was also very friendly and non-judgemental), and check-out was via an automated machine. *Super-close (1min walk, if that) to the Nishikinohama Station. *I was never forced to vacate the room for cleaning, although I only stayed there for...4 days? 5 days? I forget. *A vending machine in the lobby that sells drinks I want to drink, and they're not 'hugely marked up!' That's a nice change. **Mixed-bags *The bed was pretty firm; it was super-comfortable to sleep on, but not to sit on. *The shower was on the weak side, but it was warm and comfortable (after giving it a minute, anyhow). Others have mentioned the minerals stains on the doors -- mine had those too. *The toilet was nice, but there's nowhere (in front of me) to put my phone down (aside from 'next to the soap', which is behind you, while sitting down). *The coin laundry cost 300 yen for a 30min wash and 100 yen per 30min for the dryer. 90min in the dryer got everything nice a dry. Slight downside: The coin laundry is in the parking lot; there's probably a camera, but no physical security. **Negatives: *Cheap toilet paper, cheap bottled water. I tried one -- it wasn't good. (So I picked up a 2L bottle at Lawson.) *NOISY. Every nearby carried.😵‍💫 At one point I heard a neighbor snoring so I got out the noise-canceling headphones.
