Our Stay was wonderful. They only complaint was the pool was not very clean. There was hair floating in the pool. Possibly the filter was not cleaned properly.

The pool here is apparently closed every Monday for "deep cleaning"; this wasn\'t indicated anywhere except on the entrance to the pool and we would have booked another hotel had we known this was the case. This hotel is fine otherwise- it is clean and quiet.

Asked for clean towels on third day and did not happen until I returned in the evening and asked again. Night person brought them up. Bathroom sink drain was stopped up and would not drain. Reported the problem and it was fixed that day. One of two elevators was out of service.

Nice place to stay after a Patriots game. Quiet and clean place to stay. Nice breakfast in the morning. If we were going to stay longer, we could have gone to the casino practically next door, less than 5 minutes down the road. And my husband was excited that the gym had 75 lb dumbells, which most hotels do not have, apparently. Also, there are plenty of outlets, conveniently placed in the room, to charge all your devices.

I did not stay and checked out of my room after dinner due to the bathroom toilet having urine in it and on the floor in front of the toilet. I was disgusted and requested a refund, which I haven’t received.

The only thing I liked was being able to checkout of this overpriced dump early. The room was smaller than advertised, the TV didn't face the bed, and there was no fan in the bathroom so the shower steamed up the whole room. Never staying here again.

The walls and ceilings are not soundproof. All hours of the day and night we heard stomping. I didn’t sleep even though that’s what I paid to do here. I was told I would receive a voucher for a free night hotel stay and have never received it.

One thing I didn't like about the hotel was, I could hear the people above me walking heavy thumps. Also, the cleaning people can clean a little better. There was spots on the countertop with the TV. Was I mean better vacuum in the floor as well maybe shampoo the rug

Booked two Queens and given a king bed. I specifically chose this property because I needed two beds for my family so I was not too happy. I don’t love that you have to pay for premium WiFi even if you’re a member. Location is close to a very busy route with loud traffic all hours.

The food was awful. Eggs had a TON of salt. Not good if you can’t have salt in your diet. I was not the only one who commented on this. Other patrons said the same. I would rather add my own salt and pepper if needed. French toast , hard as a rock. Bagels ,not fresh. Sausage over cooked. It not a complement breakfast,we pay for this when we stay here. The staff were lovely!!!! They should get 10 stars!!! Also , if you make reservations and add requests about feather allergies or needing to stay on the first floor, this needs to be on my reservation and implemented when I arrive! Not one reservation but two for an over weeks stay! And if the fee for pets is not included it should be stated that you will be charged $150.00 for their stay! This is absurd! They came with their own new , beds! Not once I was charged , but twice! Because I stayed an extra day and a different reservation. First stay but last stay for these reasons alone. Having my room cleaned once in a weeks time is a little much. “ we don’t go in if the pets are there” ( I told the desk I would be out with the pets and it still wasn’t done) they watched me leave. They don’t knock either if they are outside your room and ask if you are leaving . I shouldn’t have to get towels and toilet paper at midnight
