Breakfast had a variety and was worth it for our stay. The hotel is also within walking distance of multiple restaurants and close to the outlets. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Our room was large with all the amenities we needed and the hotel had a great gym and pool and basketball court. Rooms are clean and hotel is new. Would stay here again

I used my ~$35 one key points for a very short stay. Location is great 1/4 mile walk to the SF Premium Outlets (in Livermore) the room was large had kitchen microwave , NETFLIX. The view from room #325 was the green hills of Livermore and freeway 580. Minus one star because my room wasn’t ready upon arrival at around 3:15 pm on a Wednesday. The asked if I was ok with a room recently cleaned but might smell like food. That was bizarre. I didn’t have the option so I was short on time so I said I don’t mind. The room was fine didn’t smell anything really. What I really liked was the large bathroom , the privacy and that they had beers downstairs . Another downside was the front entrance is not facing the freeway like you would’ve thought it’s totally opposite so it kinda faked me out so I didnt know where to park but since their is plenty of parking it wasn’t an issue. I would recommend this place, you can even walk to shop and eat and don’t really need a car. Since the Livermore airport is nearby it wasn’t surprising to see a pilot in uniform checking in and knowing the receptionsts by first name.4/5

Planned this weekend stay for my daughter and grandkids. It was a Very hot day so was really looking forward to getting checked in quickly and jumping in pool. The wait was a lil long but ok. Was given 2 bottles of water at check in. Given room 234 and to our suprise the room was not made! So I went back downstairs to let them know and waited for housekeeping to come and find another room. was then given 105 which was clean. Went to pool and there were no towels, went to front desk and they were out!! Tried not to he upset but thats 2 for 2! nice room but coych needs to ve replaced very springy and worn. Beds were ok not great. Breakfast buffet was good! Not sure if I would stay again.

It was perfect for our needs and the room itself very spacious. The shower had a lot of hair stuck to the walls and what looked like dental floss? So gross. The floor didn't look super clean either, but everything else was fine.

I called ahead to find out what was included in the kitchen and specifically asked if there was an oven because I was shopping for snacks for my kids. I was told there was an oven. Get to the room. There’s no oven. And there’s trash on the floor. Smashed up water bottles. Before checking out we go to wash the dishes and there’s no sponge so we try to clean with paper towels. Overall everything else was fine but for the staff to not be knowledgeable and for the room to not be cleaned thoroughly was irritating.

Stayed here with my family for a bit of a staycation. Few notes. The beds move when nudged, had to realign them. Was hoping that they were more stable. The room we were in (328), the window bed was too close to the air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable for the individuals that slept in that bed. Further, the dresser in the bedroom was not secure and almost tiled over and hurt my son when he pulled on an open drawer. That's plain dangerous and lazy.
