The property is beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only detail I think should be changed is the pool hours. It's only open until 6 p.m., even though it's sunny at that time and people are on vacation, and the expectation is to be able to enjoy swimming in the pools.

Property was very spread out and clean. Offered 1 water park at location but also gives the option to visit 2 other water location for free. Main reason for 4 and not 5 stars. For small kids, entrance door doesn’t have a safety latch. Restaurants option are very limited at resort. However plenty of eating options all around, within 5 to 20 minutes away. Definitely recommend, especially for bigger kids.

Property is great value for a large family. Would recommend giving it a try. My only concern would be the clubhouse closing early in regards to using gym. I think closing at 6 pm is unrealistic for todays standard.

Great clean property, no parking directly in front of your building but they do offer shuttle service. Thats the only downfall but Id still book again! Lots of amenities!

Beautiful new property. But limited amenities and close parking. The water park is next door, but you have to walk all the way around the property to get to it. No easy access. Water park and pool close at 6pm. Nothing to do after 6pm.

Loved our condo here at the resort. Also, the fact that 3 water parks come included in the stay. The staff was friendly & attentive. One downside was the pools and water park closing at 6pm. Other than that, we will be back!

This property has a lot of potential. However, when you go through the reviews and it says parking is inconvenient, they are correct. The units are in most cases way off from parking lot. The check in tells rules about people not parking in the 10 minute parking in front of your building, however most do not follow this rule which makes it highly inconvenient for guests following the rules. The front desk is only open from 9-6pm, all pools and waterparks close at 6pm. And when I say 6pm, they mean it. The unit had newer furniture in it but was not clean. Had to call back to get cleaned, they did but still wasn't very great but we dealt with it. Front desk tells you that the parking and other issues like elevator not working was an HOA issue they could do nothing about but report. So again believe the reviews. When issues brought to the attention of the front desk they do try to correct what they can correct, but again several things were not under their control. Overall would I stay again, probably not. If they can address some of these issues then maybe we would stay again.

We stayed for 5 nights, my family of 6 and we enjoyed our stay. We ate out for most of the time outside the resort, I was unaware or was not told there were restaurants in the resort. The parking was not as anticipated, it was a bit of a walk away from our condo so I was surprised at not being told that you had to walk for a bit to your condo. The water park is also not close by, as seen on the website. Anyone booking need to ask questions. The condo was loved by my family, spacious and clean. However there are very minimal inconveniences, example the bathrooms needs something as simple as hanging hooks for shower caps, robes, the soaps, conditioners and other amenities are miniature sized and to get more you need to ask 24 hours in advance. That was ridiculous since they are all one time use. I went out to CVS and bought my own. The shower curtain need a regular change and the toilet under the rim has NEVER been cleaned, the grout in the bathrooms need cleaning….kinda discolored. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay there again

We are returning from a 6 day/night stay. The property is beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. My kids and I did find a few bugs (spiders) in our unit but it’s Florida and start of summer. We stayed on a bottom unit and had people above us and we could hear every step/move. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend and stay again.

We rented a 3 bedroom luxury townhouse. It was beautiful, spacious and we had our own driveway and garage to park. The furniture was very comfortable. The location was close to stores and restaurants. We absolutely loved this property and took advantage of free access is the Island H20 water park that came with the stay. Our only critique is that the property was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay. It was surface clean but the floors on the main level and upstairs bathroom needed to be swept and mopped. The price was unbeatable and I would definitely stay here again. Prior to the stay, Brian called and explained the deposit and report fee. The office staff are professional and top notch.

This was not how it was advertised. The pictures are very deceptive. There is no where to park as we had to park a long ways away from our townhouse at night. We smelled marijuana constantly. The patio furniture was green and dirty. The buildings need to be pressure washed. Piles of trash were sitting by our unit when we arrived and never moved even after we checked out. The front desk help was not there when we checked out as we had to leave early to get to another destination.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at Spectrum Resort Villas. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. This was truly the most bizarrely planned out resort I have ever stayed in. You have to park in a front lot and walk to the unit, which can be over a quarter mile away. It’s not bad unless you have rain. They said they could transport you to and from with carts, but you would have to wait for staff to do so. Our unit had dirty floors, and despite calling front desk twice, talking to check-in, and bringing it up to room attendant who showed the room, nothing was done the whole day. Resort is dog-friendly, but there are no outside trash cans to place doggy bags in. Also, buildings run hot and you are unable to lower the AC below 70F, which made the unit uncomfortable.

I love the separation of what I would call the adult pool area vs the kid pool area! The decor was unique! If you are looking for safety this resort is gated and have on staff security guard at each entrance point! I dislike the property wasn’t up to par on the cleanliness from large spider webs to stain bed linen’s to poor water pressure in the showers to strings of hair left in the showers! Also the sliding door needed some attention. To the awful smell in the main bedroom closet. I will not be returning unless all issues listed would be resolved.

We would never stay here again. There was an extremely loud beeping noise all throughout our trip. We would call several times for them to come and when they finally did it only stopped for an hour until it continued. It kept our children up all night. We would call at midnight, 3am and 5am. Every night of our trip. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had. I would never stay here again. On top of that they would not compensate for the inconvenience. No one on the property cared that we had to deal with this annoyance. Save yourself the trouble and book else where. You will thank me. Trust me.

Very nice, spacious, and comfortable unit. I would really like to rate it a 5, but the experience we had with our keypad won’t let me rate it a 5. We had to call the front desk on 4 different occasions to be let into our unit because of the keypad malfunctioning. We were quite perturbed after the 2nd and 3rd time.

Stayed at 3 bedroom townhouse with garage. Wonderful on site amenities. Kids had a blast at their 2 water parks on site. Only 3 things I wished would have been different: water pressure in shower and pillows/comforter.

I loved the property as far as the aesthetics, but you can hear the upstairs neighbors really badly. Other than that, I loved that they offer shuttle services, the property was super clean, and the water parks were EVERYTHING!!!! 😍

The place we stayed at was brand new. I can tell the appliances were never used. Very clean and luxurious. The gym was very clean and the staffs are on point. Thank you guys. Only down side was we had someone upstairs who was running around everywhere late at night around midnight. But it’s a family vacation with kids so didn’t mind it. We were all up late anyways so we hope they had fun also. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is new and the unit is great but , there is no parking near the unit you will have to walk , and the ac they refused to unlock it in order for it to go under 70 while it’s 100 degrees outside.

This was a great place for a staycation. The only downside was that the villa we stayed in was close to the highway and we heard the cars all night on our side of the villa. Also, the bed was not very comfortable. Other than that it’s a great place to bring a family. The water parks were great but bring a lock if you want to put your belongings in the locker as the attendants told me there were none available at both onsite water parks.

The hotel is misleading in several areas: 1. The website mentions a shuttle to the parks, however it is only for specific times and only available at 8:40am and 8:40pm which is before the parks close. Ubering is challenging and takes 20-30 min. 2. They will not store your bag so plan ahead. 3. Overall customer service was poor, would compare it to a 3 star resort. Overall, would not stay here if you are planning on going to Universal or Disney

I was very pleased by the condos and the customer service. Brian made sure everything's was taken care of and I was satisfied. Even though I had an issue with one of the ceiling fans Brian was understanding and quick to remedy the situation. My vacation stay was spectacular and I want to thank everyone at Spectrum that played a part. Thank you!

I recently spent a weekend at Spectrum Resort with my family, and it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. This resort exceeded our expectations in every way, providing a perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. The only downfall was not being able to park in front of the building, so depending on where your building is located on the property, it might be a bit of a walk to and from your car. This resort exceeded our expectations in every way, providing a perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service. The only downfall was not being able to park in front of the building, so depending on where your building is located on the property, it might be a bit of a walk to and from your car. The overall stay was okay. To start, after driving 8 hours and arriving shortly before midnight we did not have a seamless nor pleasant check-in experience. The night auditor did not acknowledge the fact that we were there and left us in the front lobby without saying he was leaving or he would return after accompanying a guest to their accommodation. After speaking to a supervisor the next morning, we did not feel reassured that any processes would change in regards to late night check in. They did say they would speak to him and offered a dismissive apology. Upon entering the unit, it was as pictured online. Initially it appeared clean and very nice; however, upon further inspection- I realized looks can be deceiving. There was a squashed bug on the floor that I assumed was just an outdoor insect, until my husband said there was a roach near the fridge. The stools and sofa had stains on them, the safe was left open with the bolts out; therefore, we could not store our items in the safe, and the floors were dirty. A sufficient amount of starter supplies were provided. The garage for the three bedroom townhouse was too small. It also smelled like sewage or natural gas which kept us inside when we were on grounds. The location was very convenient and safe. It is close enough to shops and the gym, but far enough to where you should not be inundated with traffic. Although the property has potential, it is not enough to say I would recommend anyone stay.

Nice space, but need more convenience in shower and the actual shower sucks. Definitely Needs better customer care. If you’re staying for more than 3 days, they should atomically check in and replenish on basic necessities. Got there with my 2 kids and older mom at 2:30AM, the front desk guy wouldn’t even help me load my suitcases on the the trolley, I had to ask for help while he’s watching me struggle. Got to the room and again had to practically beg him to hold the door while he watch me bring in my suitcases. That was really harsh. Daytime front desk was very professional. I wouldn’t consider this place a luxury stay.

Over the years , I’ve stayed at numerous places in and around the Orlando and by far Spectrum has climbed to the top as my favorite. From the professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness of the grounds and condo, it’s ranked number 1 in my book!!!! Definitely coming back again and again!!!!

The pool was the best, we didn’t spend much time at resort but it fit our family perfectly and everyone slept well. The staff was a no show to check us in for 45 minutes late night. That was annoying after a long travel day. We were pursuing alternative options thinking we might not get in.

Property was very spread out and clean. Offered 1 water park at location but also gives the option to visit 2 other water location for free. Main reason for 4 and not 5 stars. For small kids, entrance door doesn’t have a safety latch. Restaurants option are very limited at resort. However plenty of eating options all around, within 5 to 20 minutes away. Definitely recommend, especially for bigger kids.

We had a great time with the family at the water park, which had a little something for everyone in our party; from the lazy river to the kids park. The bar was amazing and the staff there was so nice. We loved how clean and welcoming the unit was. It had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. I can’t say enough how happy I am that we chose Spectrum for this year’s family vacation.

We loved the option of a quiet pool area and also a waterpark for the child ren. They were able to walk the area and we felt they were safe and they really enjoyed themselves. One thing is the food options. The food truck is a great idea but communication lacked. We had ordered and paid for ceaser salad wraps and when we went to pick them up the gentleman said he didn't have any. Perhaps some other food options in the future. The workers behind the bars were exceptionally friendly always smiling. We had a wonderful time and will be back I am sure. Very friendly, famliy oriented resort.

This place is amazing. My family and I had a great time. This resort is beautiful and it has lots to offer. We loved the pool area, nice and clean and plenty of towels. Staff members were super super helpful and friendly. Overall the experience was great. The only negative thing I can say is that the Reunion waterpark should have more staff to keep guest under control. It was a little chaos in the lazy river and kids and teenagers running around. We stayed for 5 nights, my family of 6 and we enjoyed our stay. We ate out for most of the time outside the resort, I was unaware or was not told there were restaurants in the resort. The parking was not as anticipated, it was a bit of a walk away from our condo so I was surprised at not being told that you had to walk for a bit to your condo. The water park is also not close by, as seen on the website. Anyone booking need to ask questions. The condo was loved by my family, spacious and clean. However there are very minimal inconveniences, example the bathrooms needs something as simple as hanging hooks for shower caps, robes, the soaps, conditioners and other amenities are miniature sized and to get more you need to ask 24 hours in advance. That was ridiculous since they are all one time use. I went out to CVS and bought my own. The shower curtain need a regular change and the toilet under the rim has NEVER been cleaned, the grout in the bathrooms need cleaning….kinda discolored. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay there again

It was my first time staying at Spectrum resorts and we didn’t have a good first experience so we probably won’t be going back. First I rented a townhome I checked in, went to the room. The door was unlocked still proceeded to walk in and then we see somebody stuff in there so somebody was already in the room that was given to us. I have to go back to the front office and then they gave us a different room Which was a condo when we had wanted the townhome and it wasn’t clean very well. There are still dog hair in there from who rented it previously, some of the dishes were dirty along with ice cream left in the freezer and somebody’s clothes left in the closet. Everything else was good minus those things.
