This hotel is a bit dated, but it’s a very good value considering what you get, it’s very convenient to Disney World, and it includes a hot breakfast every morning, coffee all day, and freshly baked cookies in the evening. Apparently a shuttle to the parks is available, but it’s not all that convenient. We had a car, so we drove to the Disney parks ourselves. It was 10 minutes away. The breakfast is typical, but filling. It has eggs of some sort (mass produced, usually scrambled), a breakfast sausage of some sort, bread, somewhat stale pastry, a selection of fruits, etc. The breakfast is pretty hectic, but when we were there, a very cheerful and kind lady from Uruguay kept everything clean and in order. I don’t know her name, but she was wonderful and clearly loves interacting with people. There is also an IHOP next door that discounts your bill by 20% if you show them your room key. The rooms are basic and clean, but need to be updated. The tub and sinks were chipped and the caulking is turning moldy. Overall though, a decent hotel for the price and very convenient.

I have since returned to this hotel to report a forgotten solid state drive full of data, photos, and business information behind that was confidential which has now been stolen by hotel staff. I know this was left behind as it is always in my bag. I showed photos to the front desk clerk and I know the only people that could have taken it was those cleaning the rooms, or other staff. I've searched endlessly all over my vehicle, all of my bags over and over and over again just to be sure that it was not overlooked. And I've continued to wait patiently and it still hasn't been returned and no phone calls. This will now be considered theft and a report will be filed. The total value of all the lost data including the drive exceeds the value of $10,000 and has also caused damages as it has prevented me from being able to edit, as the cost to replace this drive has significantly climbed in price since the date of loss.
