The room was fine, the staff was horrible. I stayed one night for work, I needed to extend my stay and waiting at the front desk from 7:15 until almost 8:30 and no one showed up. I called the hotel and of course when I called I was standing at the front desk and the phone rang right in front of me. I have to go back to Rutland VT for work again and I will not be staying there

The breakfast was good. The drive to Kilington from the hotel wasn't too bad. The room was nice and spacious and pretty clean overall. It did have a strange smell but it wasn't too bad that we couldn't deal with it. The heat was blasting when we checked in and the fridge was turned off when we arrived but both of those were resolved in time. The pool and sauna were great options after a day of skiing. Generally a good place to stay and would consider it again.
