We have no complaints about this Oak ridge at all, it was clean, comfy and the sheets were so soft! The only real thing that needed help was the elevator was out of service. The only thing I could think would make this place better is bigger coffee setup and/or a Continental breakfast. Everything was clean and cozy, loved the games on the second floor. VERY nice touch!

Disappointing stay — needs major improvement My experience at Oak Ridge at Branson was very disappointing. The room was old and worn, with noticeable cleanliness issues that made it uncomfortable. No breakfast was offered during my stay, even though I expected basic amenities. The most concerning part was being stuck in the elevator for about 15 minutes until help arrived. This stay was completely disappointing. Our plan for this trip was to relax by the pool, with no schedule to keep. The pool was not in operation during our whole stay. I checked first to make sure there was a working pool. I was told there is a working pool, but when we arrived after two days of hot and tiring travel ready to hit the water we were told the pool wasn't working. Ruined the plan for our whole trip. Also, there were no USB outlets in the room to charge phones/electronics. I can't even remember going to a hotel or condo without USB outlets. And the hallways weren't vacuumed. There was always bits of trash in the hallways.

3 days, 2 nights. Stayed in a King suite with a kitchen. The stay was fine, bed was not all that comfortable, hotel smelled so good. Pool was fine, but no security so anyone can wonder in. Biggest complaint, no breakfast offered but room did come with a complete kitchen.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room, actually a suite, was clean and comfortable, and the price was a real bargain. Also the pool was well maintained. Also , I used the fitness room, was was very basic, but enuf for me.

The hotel was clean when we arrived. The halls did not show that that had been cleaned on any of the 4 days we were there. They were out of soap when we arrived, with no offer to fix the shortage, only the truck would be in tomorrow. We had to go to the desk to get the soap, which should have been delivered. They do not advertise that they do not clean the rooms. Only when you check out. Bring your dirty linen to the front desk to get clean ones.

Loved the room size. However there were ants in the kitchen. Also we put do not disturb tag on the door when we left, we came back and had new towels and the bed was made. So they obviously came in.

This is an older hotel which has been refreshed. Fresh paint, new flooring, replaced fixtures and furnishings. It's a little dated but extremely clean. We have stayed here many times and it feels like home. Front desk employees and friendly and helpful. There is no daily housekeeping, all we have to do is ask and housekeeping is cheerfully provided. Definitely will stay here in the future.

Our suite smelled like molded pepperoni pizza, there is no hair dryer, iron, dirty clothing bag or full size mirror. The wall dispensers in the shower were completely empty. The room had no phone, neither of the tv's worked, in fact, they wasn't even plugged into the wall or cable outlet. There was a small square thing attached to the top of the tv, still not sure what that was but it definitely appeared to be a camera but I can't be 100% sure. The sofa was dirty with what appeared to be a "snot" smear (we all know what this most likely was). It all looked really good online but definitely not as portrayed. They did allow me to cancel my second night so that's about the only good thing about the whole stay.

Front desk was amazing. This is an older property but not bad overall. Just a few things: 1. More attention to cleaning. Found a pair of socks from previous guest by the bed on the floor. 2. No phone in the room so if you need anything, you have to call using your personal phone. 3. Door in bathroom doesn't stay open at all. 4. Very poor and low water pressure in shower. Overall it's good. Close to everything..right off the strip. The 90 minute TimeShare deal is optional and they don't shove it down your throat which is a huge plus. Also, this site offers no breakfast which I knew going in.

The size of the room was nice with a nice kitchenette, but the mattress wasn't very comfortable, the bathroom was small not much room to put our toiletries bag, it ended up getting wet, the soap was a thin wafer so I went to the store and bought some, the shower did not drain well and it had hair in it, they shut the water off for a couple of hours two days in a row and their towels were thin. The girl at the desk was nice enough, she made sure we knew there was no housekeeping and if we needed more towels let then know and we would get them the following day. It was in good location not far from restaurants and shopping.

Totally enjoyed our stay at Oak Ridge! We had a one bedroom condo with a king bed. The bed was a little soft for our preference, but the property itself, the cleanliness, the location, and the quietness was perfect for our needs. Check-in was fast and the associate that helped us was so sweet and communicated everything we needed to know. We will definitely stay here again!

Very clean, very quiet and very affordable!! We got a king bed room, and it was like staying in a 1 bedroom apartment. Kitchen was fully equipped if you plan to cook, with a full size stove and fridge. And a dishwasher! The bed was very comfortable, the bedding smelled fresh and clean!

Came here for along weekend. We loved our room 414- which is a one bedroom, livingroom and full kitchen. Unit was clean and comfortable. Shower has great pressure and very hot water! Easy check-in and out. The only thing I would recommend is new blinds! ( warped from sun)

We purchased three nights and left after the second. Our room was not as advertised!! Can you call it a “one bedroom condo” when there is no door on the bedroom? Our room was just two old motel rooms with the door removed between and a kitchen area installed on one side. Disappointing. There was dried snot on the wall of the bathroom. The blinds are in such bad shape they can’t swivel open and close, only pull up and down with lots of effort. Lighting is horrible. I banged my head on the poorly placed over head light in the kitchen. Outlets are minimal. There is only one outlet in the kitchen and it’s located behind the sink. There are no available outlets by the bed to charge your phone at night. You have to pull the bed out to get to the outlet behind it. And the only TV to watch was direct TV. Not even a smart TV. Staying there was like stepping back in time.

Bed was really comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking meals, water pressure in shower was good, outdoor pool was pretty cold, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, could use a bigger coffee pot in the lobby, quiet and relaxing hotel, close to a lot of fun stuff.

It’s very convenient; in the center of the theater district with easy alternatives to avoid the traffic. Very comfortable and spacious room. (but bring your own blow-drier) They did tease a coffee maker in the lobby that I never saw coffee in.

The bed was very comfortable !! Loved how the room has a range top and refrigerator and has everything you need to cook and serve the meal My only complaint is the room to room noise. We could hear so much noise from the room next to us, slamming doors stomping on the floor screams all through the night, I assume it was kids in the room and the parents were in an adjoining room or not even there Customer Service is amazing. I forgot my purse in the room didn’t even notice till we were back home 4 1/2 hours away, I called front desk and she quickly check the room called me back to let me know she found it and took my information to have it shipped to me

Front desk - awful. Slow! We had no lighting in back parking lot - after a show - dark, scary - easy to fall. Folks are elderly, and not safe for no lighting. Bedrails - not clean - yikes. Full of yuck. Shower gel and shampoo empty - although small shampoo bottle so OK - Required to load a charge to my card - as a secuirty deposit - Isn\'t that why there is a card on file? There is not a reason to charge a secuirty deposit - When we checked out - no one at front desk - Just told leave keys by the maintenance man - He said the deposit will "go away" Not a happy Branson guest with this place - do not recommend

There is not a reason to charge a secuirty deposit - When we checked out - no one at front desk - Just told leave keys by the maintenance man - He said the deposit will "go away" Not a happy Branson guest with this place - do not recommend

This stay was upsetting and not what was expected. On the website we booked a “comfort studio, double beds, pool view”. The photos that went along with the room included a kitchen. After verifying on the website we believed we were getting a studio with a kitchen which was the reason we booked this hotel. When we checked in we got a double room with no kitchen or pool view. The toilet also had toilet paper in it and the room had a bad smell. When we went down to the front desk we were informed they changed the wording for room styles and not all studios were given a kitchen, and when we asked why the room was not just called a regular room with double beds, they had no answer. We also asked about the pool view and they said they had given away all pool view rooms. We asked for either a new room or money off because we were not given what was expected and the room was dirty, and we were told no for both. We are active travelers and this has been the most disappointing hotel stay. We ended up leaving to stay at a different hotel which was a much better experience. The next time we are in Branson we will avoid this place and tell all of our friends and family to not book here.

The bed was very comfortable !! Loved how the room has a range top and refrigerator and has everything you need to cook and serve the meal My only complaint is the room to room noise. We could hear so much noise from the room next to us, slamming doors stomping on the floor screams all through the night, I assume it was kids in the room and the parents were in an adjoining room or not even there Customer Service is amazing. I forgot my purse in the room didn’t even notice till we were back home 4 1/2 hours away, I called front desk and she quickly check the room called me back to let me know she found it and took my information to have it shipped to me

This property is a bit dated, however , it provides all you need for a nights stay. The employees we dealt with were all very friendly. We had made a mistake with our reservation and we were suppose to check out 1 day before we thought. this could have been a real issue. lucky for us Jessica Frederick was at the desk and treated this as not an issue at all. she found a way to keep us in our rooms for 1 more night. I can not praise her enough for how she handled a mistake that was our fault. The owners must be very happy/proud to have such a great employee.

The property was ok. However I don’t like that I was deceived before booking. I went to the front desk and asked to be shown the exact room I was looking to book, the front desk attendant showed me the room it was to my standard so I booked. She asked if I wanted to be in same room I was shown I said yes. To my surprise when I came back to check in I was given a different room and told I got a good rate which it was a good rate due to my Expedia status discount, when I got to the new room I noticed that the room was not the same niceness not even the same type and it did not match the description that I booked on Expedia. Then when bright to the attention of front desk she told me there was nothing she could do about it!

Excellent staff so polite and helpful. Very clean and quiet areas throughout the property. I love that it is just off the main strip and offers 2 parking spots for each room. Our family comes from 2 different areas and we meet here for a few days together.

We enjoyed our stay at Oak Ridge. It is in a great location, right at the center of all the action. They do a good job of keeping the facility clean. Just what you need to enjoy the fun of Branson. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was our second time to stay here, and we will probably stay here again.

The Oak Ridge was a nice quiet place right off of the main strip in Branson, the room was clean and the staff was really nice. Very reasonably priced to boot.

Check in was easy and desk clerk was very pleasant. Room was nice and roomy with a comfortable bed and couch. Great location easy to get to shows and various activities we had planned. Really liked the area.

Front desk was amazing. This is an older property but not bad overall. Just a few things: 1. More attention to cleaning. Found a pair of socks from previous guest by the bed on the floor. 2. No phone in the room so if you need anything, you have to call using your personal phone. 3. Door in bathroom doesn't stay open at all. 4. Very poor and low water pressure in shower. Overall it's good. Close to everything..right off the strip. The 90 minute TimeShare deal is optional and they don't shove it down your throat which is a huge plus. Also, this site offers no breakfast which I knew going in.

Very clean, very quiet and very affordable!! We got a king bed room, and it was like staying in a 1 bedroom apartment. Kitchen was fully equipped if you plan to cook, with a full size stove and fridge. And a dishwasher! The bed was very comfortable, the bedding smelled fresh and clean!

Bed was really comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking meals, water pressure in shower was good, outdoor pool was pretty cold, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, could use a bigger coffee pot in the lobby, quiet and relaxing hotel, close to a lot of fun stuff.

It’s very convenient; in the center of the theater district with easy alternatives to avoid the traffic. Very comfortable and spacious room. (but bring your own blow-drier) They did tease a coffee maker in the lobby that I never saw coffee in.

It was a nice place, i stayed two nights and didn’t get new towels. And the coffee they supply is small packets, for a coffee pot and it wasn’t enough for good coffee. They also don’t have breakfast. Good stay though

3 days, 2 nights. Stayed in a King suite with a kitchen. The stay was fine, bed was not all that comfortable, hotel smelled so good. Pool was fine, but no security so anyone can wonder in. Biggest complaint, no breakfast offered but room did come with a complete kitchen.

Overall great older hotel as rooms could use an update. Heard they were in process of remodeling. Super clean and quiet and great location near the strip. Easy to get around to local shops and restaurants and fun places.

The location can’t be beat! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were a little small, but the room was clean and most importantly—the AC worked! The only downsides were loud guests at all hours of the night and the pool was closed for some unknown reason halfway through our stay. That sucked considering how dang hot it was outside! The pool was definitely needed on those days.

The lobby was beautiful & clean. Once we got off the elevator we realized the building was lacking in cleaning. When we got in the room, the beds looked like someone had jumped on them after being made. Sheets were clean so we just assumed the person making beds was not picky. Hairs on toilet (gross). Bathroom flooring missing in places around toilet & cracked in several places. No drain stopper for sink. Just overall in need of a renovation. In the room, the wall next to trash can was splattered with something? Probably food from being tossed in can. Was also splattered on cabinet near trash can. There was a live roach on wall that we killed. Only one that we saw tho. Only good thing was the mattress was decent. Actually slept pretty good. We only stayed one night. Side note, both times we went to front desk several employees were huddled at front talking & laughing. Stopped to help us then went back to talking. Just an overall unprofessional experience for us. Also told my $100 despot would be returned to card immediately after checkout. Still don’t have it 24 hours later. Will be calling to check on that issue.
